All the other AutoZones are well-stocked this one is not so watch what you looking for I might not have it but the other ones will I want a quart of hydraulic fluid all they had was a gallon the other ones do have the quart

In a word, Maria! She is the reason I will return to AutoZone Auto Parts store in Pontiac, Michigan on Perry Road. Maria went out of her way today, and changed the car battery. She had such a positive attitude, and was so concerned about providing exceptional service, she grabbed a cart, socket wrenches and other tools, but NOT a coat for herself. It is rare to see such selfless leadership from a person who was incredibly committed to replacing the car battery efficiently, and quickly, and in a way that was both personable and professional. There is certainly no shortage of people who will say they are too busy, or clarify what their job is or isnt. None of that with Maria! She would not let me help her, she wouldnt even let me touch a grommet. She reminded me that if I forced any of the pieces off, that there was a very slim chance that they would ever function the way they were supposed to ever again. What really touched me is all of this was done without an appointment. I even observed her interact with others, and she has her entire stores physical inventory catalogued in her head, and her knowledge of her stock updates in real time. Maria is also bilingual, and is able to help whoever needs help. She cares about providing customers with reasons to return to AutoZone, and I will. Thank you Maria - AutoZone is to be commended for having you represent them.

Was on the website looking for parts for my car. I search and find multiple options. I go into 3 diff locations and they all said the same thing. Whats listed on their website isnt their true inventory. I wish I would have known that sooner. Update your inventory to show products that are actually available on your website. Very poor business model.

Good morning I was just in AutoZone and realized what great service this AutoZone has I was in there for my own parts and realized there was a woman which I ask what her name was and her name is Maria behind the counter in plain clothes come to realize she was there on her day off fixing a woman’s rear wiper which another AutoZone or had broken the day before this is my neighborhood store great serviceOn hard times like this it’s good to know you have stores you can depend on with us some workers

Right information to get the wrong parts Im a ase master cert mechanic and I know my vehicle and what it specks are I had a issue with the guy telling me what parts I need what happened to give the customer what they are asking for not to be told this is what Im giving you because thats what I said so I send my brother in to get some 3/8 hose they give him 5/16 ahhh what part of 3/8 didnt you understand i went back up to get the right size and they tell me that they are out of 3/8 hose and the guy that sold him the hose tells me he just sold him the hose to make a sale and he was thinking it would fit ahhhh no then the guy sells it for 5.78 dollars a foot I got 8 foot of it so needless to say I will not go back to this location

Staff gave excellent support when my alternator failed while driving, but had enough battery to make it to this location vs. home. They had an alternator in stock and loaned me the tools to change the alternator in parking lot. The job was a success until I started car and heard squealing. Thats when the staff provided extra support in reviewing the noise and recommending a belt change. The belt change solved that problem and I was on my way. Wowww what great service!! Maria was awesome!!! My car had a special battery that i knew there was no way in hell i could install a new one. I took it to the one in Eastpoint and they told me it was to late (it was 5pm) I brought it here and no questions asked! Maria told me the battery I have (some module on top) was a harder one to do and but she was showing a other employee who was also great. Did she say Damn this is to hard we cant do it NOPE she got all up in it and replaced my battery!!!(not to mention it was freezingoutside)!! Highly recommended going to this location as they treat you amazingly and provide more than exceptional customer service!! Thanks maria!

Good place to go for your automotive repair and maintenance needs. I needed to replace my sparkplugs. They got me the plugs I needed, and the tools to do the job, at a decent price. Even let me do the job in their parking lot.

I was given the wrong brake pads in the box at another Autozone. They said I had the right pads but the manager told them to grab another box which had the right ones in it. So we just switched them & she put the other ones as damaged. Very nice woman & man helped me. Im pretty sure the woman working last night was the manager.

Battery had to be jumped at work. Thank goodness AutoZone was close by. Was assisted by a young man name Twon. Very professional, he removed the old battery, popped in the new one and sent me on my way. In the area, need assistance stop in for your professional and fast service.

This is one of my go to auto stores for parts. They are always busy, unless you get lucky and go during a slow time (like week nights before closing). I like this location the best as many employees have good knowledge of vehicle repairs and parts. All AutoZones offer free battery charging & testing (alternator testing too and I believe starters), free wiper replacement, and they will check your check engine light for you. Their system even has the ability to tell you what probable parts are needed for each check engine code. AutoZone offers a nice rewards program where you get one point/credit with each $20 purchase (before tax), then once you earn five points, you get a free $20 credit. I sometimes get coupons from them in my email. They do offer online ordering for in-store pickup, or ship to home. Their website often times will offer a link to click on for a repair guide on how to change the part you were viewing.

My Number One stop to get auto parts. Knowable staff! Important when you are looking for a widget... reliable code testing and promptly performed.

They almost try to inconvenience you. Couldnt complete my return without more than one transaction. Than requested I come back tomorrow, no manager on duty that could assist me so I didnt have to go to a different location. Auto zone makes tons of cash. Their customers should get top notch customer service. they sent me to a different store to complete my return for some odd reason. The employees were nice but it took forever to complete my transaction. I like AutoZone but this.experience sucked.

Perry Store AWESOME Wonderful Customers Service

It seemed like the selection was on par with what you would expect. Although, the staff seemed a little impatient. When I approached the counter with a question, I was abruptly met with the clerk asking me cash or card? straight away. Not even a hello to start the conversation or anything. Also, the employee never smiled or anything to make me as the customer feel like I was anything other than a bother to them.Also, on my way out I noticed the person who checked out after me got the exact same treatment.Again, the store seemed fine and I see no reason to say that it wontmeet your needs. I must have just gotten the employee who was either having a bad day or had no customer service skills.

I dont understand Autozones deal here in Pontiac, they used to be just fine. Now both this one and the one 5min away on Walton are black holes in the middle of your day. You will waste away waiting in line for inexcusable amounts of time, and the reliably unprofessional cashiers show not a care in the world at any point. Its a joke to me at this point whenever I go to a Pontiac Autozone. Just go to OReillys if you can help it!

I visited this store for the first time yesterday and was very impressed with the level of sevice I received. Staff is friendly and knowledgable which made the whole process that much easier.

Very unprofessional. Staff eating pizza and ice cream and not helping customers. Stood in line for 1hr 30 min for a check engine light while there was 3 customers and 3 staff inside. Staff answering personal call! DONT GO. WASTE OF TIME
