Its difficult these days, to find an honest and reliable mechanic. LTM is now my permanent, mechanic. They came in under the estimate and did my repairs that the dealership was to incompetent to do. I am so happy with the work, professionalism, friendliness and cost.

They performed full inspections and emailed me detailed reports with photos. They were clear about whether they recommended service now, or whether it could wait. Ive been using LTM professionally and personally for quite some time now and they never disappoint. Their turnaround time and pricing for repairs is great and they have a fantastic customer facing quoting/billing system that allows you to stay engaged with your repairs and approve or deny services in real time. Overall, I would recommend LTM to any business looking to contract medium and heavy duty truck repair as well as personal and light duty vehicles.

I scheduled an appointment for tire rotation on my RV and a simple consultative conversation about options that are available for a smoother ride. Instead, I got inspection of whole RV, and them telling me I didnt need a rotation. $135 and four days later, I didnt even get to talk to a mechanic about my inquiries about getting a smoother ride.Im glad I didnt need a tire rotation because all tires looked even. and I appreciate them taking the vehicle for a test drive and inspect the whole RV (so they said). But that was not what I had scheduled an appointment for. I do feel that was a waste of my time and $135.

Ive had work done here twice now. Both times they had an opportunity to take advantage and charge me for work that didnt need to be done. Instead, both times they chose to behave with honor and honesty. I will be using LTM again for work in the future and will be encouraging others to do so as well.

I had them replace the roll up door on our delivery truck. They were honest and helpful. Their rates were fair and their service was excellent.

Amazing service, amazing staff, and amazing pricing, the only shop that would touch my car besides the dealership. They figured out the electrical issue and fixed it in less then an hour and then showed me how to fix it if it happened again. I am now a life long customer and will refer every person who asks me where they should take their care to get fixed.

Went to get some some semi repair and was very fast

Beware, Do NOT being your business here. Truck took 6 WEEKS to complete what should have taken 2 weeks! Then had to take truck back THREE TIMES and problem still not fixed, thousands of dollars later. had to get problem corrected at a shop that actually knew what they were doing. Mechanics ultimately couldn’t figure out what wrong and actually created a problem that wasn’t present when I brought it in. ABSOLUTELY AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Had to cancel road trip planned months in advance because of this place, pay for work that didn’t correct the problem, and lost out on fees due to cancelled trip reservations.

These guys will do what it takes to do the best job possible. Going here for years.

Bad service!! Mechanics left bolts missing on my engine on a isuzu npr paid over $3000 and still didnt fix the original problem.

These guys are great gram has always worked with me and made sure the repairs were done right and was affordable Ive had transmissions replaced there rear axel and other major repairs they fix it right!

I never write reviews but I will to warn the next person. The other reviews are not lying when they say “expensive!” You are literally better off taking your vehicle to a dealership. $50 to look at it (does not go towards any repairs) $85.00hr $35 if they have to program something $20 just to test drive it after the work is done and additional fees for “shop tools.” They didn’t even tell me it was $20 for the test drive. It should be standard and included! I recommend sitting in the garage with the mechanic and see if they’re actually working each minute as they claim. Lesson learned. I will continue to spread the word about how bad this place is and will never be back. Edit: it’s been 2 weeks now from my original review and my vehicle is having the exact same problem! $300.00 gone and the problem still exists. I’ll be taking it to a dealership sometime this week to get professionals to fix it with warranty. Nothing worse than con artists; live & learn.

Hard to find a reliable repair shop, and LTM is one of the few in the area. Repaired my 2013 Durango quickly and easily.

Well spent 2000 for a problem and it never got fixed got like three other things didnt need fixed jim i think keep saying he dont see why my car keep cutting off but fix other things still charged me everytime get it bac cut off take it bac get charge by hour for something different once i spent more than the car was worth stop trying with them i no there good just mayb mechanic was drinking or something. Dunno

I dropped off my motor home for what I thought was a simple exhaust leak problem. It turned out to be much more complicated than we thought. The technician agreed to stay late that night to get it fixed so I could leave on a planned cross-country trip. I was very pleased with their service.

How can you charge someone $600 for charging batteries?? They dont even deserve 1 star.. I recommend to everyone please dont call them at any cost.

My husband bought a used ambulance which needed some repairs. I suggested he go to LTM. He brought the truck to the shop and got a call back saying it was done. He picked it up and we drove it up north to see how it was running. We found that several things were not repaired after they said it was fixed. They said they were waiting for another part so we would bring it back after the weekend. After returning it to LTM we waited for the call saying the parts were in and the final repairs were done. My husband also told them that there were things they said were fixed and that we paid for, that werent fixed. Well after waiting over a month and calling several times asking for Tim to call us back regarding the vehicle, my husband finally went to get his ambulance. He called and asked for it to be put back together before he came to get it whether it was fixed or not. When he picked it up they gave him another bill and refused to give him his keys unless he paid the bill. He brought it home to find wires disconnected, and parts not put back together and the several problems not fixed. This turned out to be a nightmare experience. They were unprofessional, unreliable and incompetent to do the work. I would not recommend them to anyone for car repairs. After reading some other reviews about LTM and seeing others issues, we should have ignored the LTM responses and followed what customers said about their experiences.

Hi,LTM provided an outstanding repair on our motorhome while we were traveling through Michigan on vacation. We had a portion of the wiring harness that controls the brake lights short and render the brake lights inoperable. They were kind enough to make an expidated appointment and and even provided parking for our trailer upon arrival.Their tech diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes and rewired the bad section and even placed an inline fuse to give us an opportunity to monitor and correct at a later date if necessary. While we were there they also diagnosed an intermittent problem we had with our back up camera circuit and repaired that too.Traveling in a Class A Motorhome and trailer that totals 60 feet and developing a problem with your brake lights is a vacation killer. LTM made a very frightening situation into a mildly annoying problem. Every employee was kind, courteous and knowledgeable, I can recommend their services as a customer who was highly satisfied and frankly amazed at the level of expertise and courtesy provided.If we are ever in the area and need any type of maintenance or repair, they will be our first call.Sincerely,J R Setser

Untrustworthy/lied to me/disrespectful/held vehicle for 4 days with no work done or phone call.I have an 85 Chevy Military Blazer that was having electrical issues. I am getting the truck ready for a cross-country trip to go to a search and rescue course and I needed the truck ready in a week or so. I called on a Friday and made an appointment to have my truck towed in bright and early Monday morning when they opened.I arrived with my vic right when they opened on Monday. I spoke with the woman working at the front and explained in more detail the issues I was having and that I would also like a detailed inspection to insure I wouldnt have any surprises on the road. She took detailed notes and was very nice and helpful. The tow truck driver had already explained to her I was on a bit of a time crunch for the SAR course and I explained in a little more detail of my plans. She then told me they should be able to have it by Thursday. Sounded good to me, and I left confident I would hear from them soon with an explanation of the problems they found and what it was going to cost me.I didnt hear anything from them the rest of the day Monday but I figured they might have other vics they need to get finished up. Tuesday rolls by and I still havent heard anything. Now Im getting nervous because I know how long electrical problems can take to figure out. I gave them a call Wednesday around noon and asked to get a status report. The woman I spoke to told me Tim (the person working on my truck) was out at the moment but would give me a call as soon as he got back. I waited until 4:30 and called back cause I still hadnt heard from them. I was put on hold twice while they tried to find Tim but then told me he had left for the day and no one there could tell me anything about my truck. I explained I was told my truck would be done by Thursday and it was Wednesday evening and I hadnt even gotten a price quote or heard anything about the status of my vehicle. She told me she would have Tim call me in the morning and tell me something. Thursday morning comes and no call from Tim. 9:21 rolls around and I get a random text saying Mike sent you an email. (I never received an email from anyone regarding my truck). Then another: Sorry Joe, please call the office on your truck. thanks. Tim LTM.So instead of calling I drive down there so I can see what the heck is going on. As soon as I started speaking with him he starts making all these excuses on why the truck isnt done, (theyre busy, electrical problems are hard to find, I am asking too much to have my vehicle done in that short of time, blah, blah, blah). Then he slips up and had to confirm with me that it had two alternators. (If youve been working on it, you cant miss two 100amp alternators right in your face.) Then he slips again and tells me the batteries arent charged. (Seems to me, if youre trying to diagnose an electrical problem, charging the batteries would be near the top of the list.) I call him out on him lying right to my face and I said that all his reasons for not having it done are legitimate but they knew I was on a time crunch and if they knew they werent going to be able to get to it in time they should have told me that from the beginning or called and as soon as they figured it out so I could take it somewhere else. He stands up and starts walking away telling me to take it somewhere else!Tim: A little something I learned in the Marine Corps: When you screw up, own it and fix yourself. What you dont do is make up lies and excuses, thats the cowards way out.

I have been going to quicklube location for years, found out there i had a leak in oil pan went to ltm wihtout appointment and they looked at it right away was able to get repairs done next day before the weekend.

This place can troubleshoot anything.
