Super honest upfront folks! Had an easy fix for them PITA problem for me. Went in for an estimate he fixed it in five minutes and refused payment because it was a super easy reset. All my repairs will be done here from now on.

Jay is Solid. You can trust and respect his work and his word. I am grateful to have been referred and come across this shop, his word is good. He will do great work and tell you the truth. Thank you. Jay and Pontiac Auto Repair will be the only mechanic shop working on my car from this point forward.

Deal with JAY he is the manager. 1st Ill start off with why I did not give 5 stars. I went in and had my rear brakes checked out. I was in and out the shop within 15mins. . . . . . . . . . They told me everything was fine. Which I know not to be true because I had little stopping power in the rear and squealing. SO I got a second opinion. I stood there outside with the my father-inlaw while he took apart the drums etc. My brake shoes were worn completely down and on one side the brake wheel cylinder was jammed (not Functioning) and brake fluid leaking from the rear as well. This made me REALLY disappointed as I always stop here 1st with my car issues. To me thats worse than being ripped off. What if I wouldve continued driving my vehicle and was unaware of the safety concern. Sorry for the long post but I know there are people like me who appreciate a good honest review. Ive also Been to this shop as my car was shutting off and failing to start. I was in and out within 30 minutes. Have not had a problem with that issue or part since. Jay was very polite and professional. Fairly priced ... If jay is not in I will not inquire about anything or let anyone see my car.
