Fast, easy, and quick service. I cant complain about $25. Its great that you stay inside your vehicle. Its a small tight space to wait in line for an oil change. However, the associates there acknowledge you and will lead you to get in line properly. Theyll come to you to check on your mileage.

Been going here for 3 years with all the family cars. The thing I like best is staying in my car and listening and getting info and watching. Unlike big name companies that you wait inside and end up coming back because they forgot to fill up something when you could have just asked in your car to check. Plus I like the loyalty incentive of a free oil change every 10 or so changes. Thanks for the years of maintaining my vehicles maintenance.

Ive been going here since they opened. Theyre going downhill. If you are lucky enough for them to go through all your fluids dont expect them to grease anything. I asked them to grease the ball joints I put on and they said they were sealed no grease necessary. Since I personally installed them, with grease fittings I know that was a lie and they were too lazy to grease them.

Please be careful taking your care there when this place fix one thing in your car they break another on your car to keep you coming back. I ask for some ac in the car they never put the ac in the car in matter of fact they broke the water pump

I went there for an oil change and they broke my brakeline and messed up the rear passenger door electrical, my brakes went out on me on the road too! They said I could tow it up there and they would check it out. No thanks !

Went in for oil change and trans flush got oil change and radiator flush told the guy not what I wanted. He kept saying I told him radiator. Did trans flush after that. To many employees on their phone. Did trans flush and gave it to me on the house although I offered to pay for it.

They mess over meWent there get my oil changed. Came home my oil was leaking in my driveway. Went back to them they gonna try and say my antifreeze was leaking. Ok I have never had that problem at all. When you are a lady mens will try to mess over us. But God sees it.

They did a great job. Oil change n transmission fluid change 👍... My truck had broken u brackets on the way out (not there fault at all). Had to put it in there shop to get fixed. They did a great job on a rush custom deal for me because the part needed had to order from the dealer and I couldnt wait that long. Mmt only issue was the pricing- was told I would get all new U brackets and plates top n bottom. I paid for all new stuff... but got the new brackets and they hammered off the rust on the others and stuck the old ones back on... then charged me for the new parts that werent installed. Would be a 5 star otherwise!

They even checked my car over when I told them I had an odd clunk coming from the right front once in a while. Theyre quick, efficient, and pleasant. Will return and would recommend.

I wish I could give them 10 stars I went here to get my oil changed they did that why it was being changed the mechanic I believe his name was Kieth (or maybe Kevin sorry bad with names) was letting me know they have a shop right here now so I told him about the issue I have had for sometime now he said he would find my issue so I left my car there and about an hour later he called me to let me know it was fixed I had taken my car to another shop 3 times and still my car was over heating but Kieth at Safeway was able to fix it first try and only charged me $125.00 thats it he was so helpful and nice my son was with me and is 6 why I was waiting for a ride Kieth got him a juice wow they will be my one stop shop from now on A1 job

Very pleased with the quality of service at Safeway. I paid $22 out the door and got a full service oil change with new oil filter, tire pressures checked, doors lubed and all fluids checked. I was offered services that they knew my car needed based on mileage, and was shown that the oil level was full upon completion of the job. Everyone was very friendly and it took less than 10 minutes. Very impressed, I will be back.

I am so glad to FINALLY have a amazing experience at a mechanic shop in Pontiac the manager/mechanic there Keith was wonderful and if you have electrical issue with your vehicle he is too notch fast and he knows his stuff great prices and he gives lifetime warranty on my brakes I can not tell you guys enough how good he was an took the time to explain the electrical issues I had to me when I didnt understand and he did a few small extra things i didnt ask him to when i tried to pay he said he did that because he wanted me safe an i was a customer he understands great customer service bless you guys A++

Wife and i took cars in for oil changes the other day. When her car was done he closed the hood and said nothing. She asked him if she was set he said oh yeah.. Go home and cook some dinner. That is completely sexist and unacceptable. I will not be returning.

I’ve been going here for years. They always take good care of me. They’re honest and friendly. They’re quick and prices are reasonable. They oil your doors, check air in your tires and check fluids etc every time I come for an oil change at no charge.

Have been taking my cars here for over a decade and the service is always great! The workers are honest and they do whats necessary without trying to fish your pockets for money. I recommended my boyfriend to them and he hasnt gone anywhere else since as well. We are loyal to them because they are loyal to us! Thank you guys!

Dont take your car there...run! They fix one issue I paid over 365 broke 4 more parts that will cost over 700 to repair very upset...unethical mechanic practices especially to women!!

The last 4 oil changes I have gone here and dont plan to go elsewhere. The guys are great and speedy. Always friendly and honest. They are never pushy with up-sales. That is critical for a young women to feel safe and welcomed. My mechanic boyfriend highly suggested them and best decision I could make for my car was bringing it here.

I have been going here for my oil changes for about 2 years. They are quick, friendly, affordable and consistent. They always do a great job and really seem to care that my car is good and safe. They even have weekend hours. Other places want to charge you double what they do, believe me I checked. I really do love this place! Great service!

Great employees. Its the only place our used car dealership uses for oil changes. Can be very busy in the afternoon so expect a wait but it shows how good they are.

Friendly and respectful. Dont get a trans flush if you have an older car, it will mess your transmission up. always go to a transmission shop and let them drop your pan and change your filter. Beside that, great fast work and they try to remember who you are.
