Hello. I just want to share my experience real quick with a purchase I made with LBI Limited. I mainly dealt with Mr. Andrew Mastin and his personnel at their Pontiac Michigan location. I am a first time buyer and it is my first time buying a car without seeing it and driving it myself (I know Im crazy).LBI Limited is a car dealership that mainly sells exotic and hard to obtain cars. I saw a vehicle I wanted through their listing on Ebay and decided to visit their website to see if there was further information on the car.On the website there was a narrative of the cars purported history and a history of the car itself (neat if your a nerd like me). The car was on their website and they had numerous high quality photos of the car exterior/interior/engine bay/under carriage. The photos were very transparent...they did not hide anything. They also had the corresponding vin number locations photographed and a carfax on the car. When I questioned Mr. Mastin about my concerns of what I saw in the photographs he did not try to deceive me or deny what I saw - he acknowledged and was aware of those problems and then told me that those problems have since been addressed and fixed.Communication was excellent. We communicated through email, text, and phone calls. I am in California and the car is in Michigan. I work a lot and work odd hours. Despite my schedule and the time zone difference, Mr. Mastin was accommodating to my requests.I am not a car collector nor do I have deep pockets. I work a normal job. No offense to people that can live lavishly. After discussing the price and having a 3rd party inspect the car I was ready to buy. My biggest concern was sending my hard earned money and trusting someone to complete their end of a very expensive (in my opinion) transaction.In the end everything worked out. I paid the price as agreed upon and the car was delivered as promise. Mr. Mastin made the arrangements for the vehicle delivery and it was fast and simple. Not only that but the buying process was not as convoluted or as complex as I thought.Would I buy a car from them again? Yes. I placed a large amount of trust and resources to LBI Limited and Mr. Mastin and his staff came through. The car was as described and I do not have any complaints.
