Nice and polite customer service

Hi this store is amazing! The manager E here is awesome, she has great customer service. She knows her job and what she’s supposed to do . She also take care of her customers really well! And i highly recommend this store .😊😊

It started out with good service, i left happy. Then when i need to separate my line from my friend for a real good reason, but they would not let me. I left their service.

If I could rate it zero stars I would, the absolute rudest woman working at this store. Never can solve any issue, hangs up in face. If I was the owner I would really start to think twice about this location word of mouth is very important to a business.

The young lady was very helpful and took care of things quick.

Third time trying them Boost phones are horrible if my speaker goes out and Ive had my phone for less than 30 days and have warranty shouldnt be no problem I wont be back going back to Metro
