They had a paperwork mishap and proceeded to throw EVERYTHING in our storage unit away by mistake. All of our winter items were in there. Just in time for cold weather to. so my 3 children are left with no winter clothes, coats, hats, or boots, nothing. Our Sentimental items from siblings, relatives and our child that passed away are gone now, EVERYTHING. Upper Management never once communicated with us personally about the situation and kept going through emails sent to the office people. Upper management still has not said anything to us personally. They Waved 1 month of rent and they want to call it square??? Pathetic. Personally I will NEVER use their storage units or any storage unit for that matter again. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Over the past year there has been a lot of improvements in our community thanks to the manager of our community. People are showing more pride in their homes. It is becoming a good place to live again. Thank you to the management. The only things that need to be improved now is the water and the roads.

Why is there no emergency shelter in case of tornadoes? the place is out in the middle of freakin nowhere!- edit i received a generic auto response with no answer to my question. redwood manors owners do not care for the safety of their tenants. ALL trailer courts should be required to provide safe shelter areas for its residents in case of an emergency weather situation!

My stepson lives in the trailer park.Roads need fixed otherwise no complaints

Love living here, very quiet, but also has kids that all play together. Office staff is always willing to help and are so nice!

This is one of the best parks I’ve been in! They are making all kinds of improvements form new trailers to high speed internet! The office staff is very helpful and alway smiling! This is a great community with storage on-site! I would highly recommend checking them out!

This is a great place and the living is so great for my kids. The only problem is the pot holes I wish they would fix that instead of spending so much money on the wifi that half the tenets dont even want

We are still new to the area, but from what we experienced with the old manager i would had to rate it in the negative. But under this new management she is honesty tying to get the job done.

The roads are horrible makes the place look trashy

The stars are for the park, the new office staff are really great !! This didnt get in condition its in overnight & it wont get fixed overnight ! So, everyone cut them some slack about things improving overnight & quit whining about everything . 😘😁

This place is falling apart. The streets are full of pot holes that are so numerous, at times its impossible to avoid them. Redwood has been sold once again, so maybe there is hope for this once beautiful trailer park.

I have been trying to get in contact with ANYONE at the office, all the numbers listed have been disconnected, and the only good one is the one on the sign on the corner of Redwood road and 116- Unfortunately I had to drive from Bloomington to get the number! Rent check has still not been deposited and its been 16 days! Left several messages and no return calls. Called Vermillian estates office because I was told they were owned by the same company, and was advised to call the Redwood office. The back row of trailers didnt get their trash picked up for two weeks, and other tenants were leaving furniture and mattresses out on the side of the roads. The roads are so horrible that you could loose your car in them and the building that used to house the laundry matt is empty and vandalized. Some upkeep is desperately needed, and yes I did notice that they have cut down a lot of trees throughout the court. Please start returning phone calls, please deposit the rent checks in a timely manner, and PLEASE update the phone number on all the websites that still have the disconnected number!

My son and his girlfriend n daughter live in the Redwood Trailer Park nearby.

Watery, muddy roads. Also full of holes.

This place has gone down hill. Lawns need mowing, vacant trailers, junk trailers etc.

Cold, with widely scattered white stuff. Going home to shovel now.

Unpleasant to say the least, be wary of the $60 a person background check/application fee!!!

The office work is never there not even during business hours, they will not work with you, and of your late paying rent twice they kick you out and want your trailer and for you to pay for everything.
