Went to the hospital for two days my door got kicked in by the previous owner

My family lives out there i have only been there once but all the people around came together like one big family it was a great experience

Ilike all the old trees, especially when they are on both sides of the road as you drive through Vermillion Estates. It is quite and there was a lady watching me through her window, as I was trying to find an address and I seemed a little lost, so that tells me that the neighbors look out for each other. The only thing I didnt like are the potholes.

Better since they fixed the roads some lots are full of junk

Nice place to live and raise kids! Convenient work location for myself. I love all the cleaning up of the park that has been going on! The only thing I dont like is that rent keeps going up and I have to pay more than my mother and son that live in the same size trailer and they have a much bigger yard and nicer trailer than I do! Love the people but cant wait to move!

New paved roads threw out

To be honest. Grass is never mowed That should be mowed. The roads are awful they need to be fixed. The dogs need to be on leashes and theyre not at least some of a arent.. But besides that everything else is good.

The driveway has a lot of pot holes. Also cars drive way over the speed limit thru there. I recommend speed bumps

A nice little mobile home park, where the neighbors are friendly and management is too and helpful.

The new management there is ridiculous. Find another park to rent or buy from.

This community is looking great!! Absolutely LOVE the new management!!!

Bought a trailer out here and been getting treated like dirt by managers and the corporate office management tells u one thing and then later tells u we got to fine u i wouldnt recommend any body staying here. their are alot of drugs out here and a few people who deal also and management knows about it also! they dont di nothing about it
