We went into the Pooler, GA Kays Jewelers on Saturday, July 10, 2021. There were quite a few people in there when we arrived & several after, each of us were greeted - told that someone would right with us. When our turn came around, Greg was exceptional in making us feel that our needs were just as important as the next customer. He took great pains to complete our transactions in a timely manner & with complete professionalism. We were extremely pleased by the service we received... Thank you.

Id give 0 stars if I could! Pooler store sales associates are so rude and unprofessional. I dont recommend them at all. My ring had a chip in my diamond and they said since I havent had it inspected in the past 6 months my warranty is now voided. They told me it would cost me $2283 to have just the diamond replaced.. I left there to get IDC (International diamond centers )opinion and he said he would give me 700 max if the diamond was fixed. Goes to show you the value of what kays is selling anyways. Before I have a new diamond put in by kays ill definitely buy it from IDC first. As much money as I have spend in this store I couldnt believe it. I definitely will never buy anything else from kays.

Terrible customer service. I was told that my wedding band would be ready for my wedding and it was 4 days late! Upon calling the store to ask for a status update, the associate gave me the run around and didn’t call back when she said she would. I had to call HER back. Very disappointed. Will not be recommending Kay Jeweler for anything that is time sensitive, for they can not guarantee arrivals on time.This has really put a damper on my wedding day.

Great customer service and the staff really knows a lot about the merchandise. I went in for one thing and left with four. I couldnt be happier. If you are looking for something nice at a good price stop in and take a look. If they dont have it in stock and you have a vision for a piece give them the chance and they can make the vision a reality. This is the only place I will purchase watches from.

We come to Kay for all of our Jewerly. Given some of the diamonds are a bit overpriced for the quality but overall we really like Kay. We have several rings and a necklace we got from here and we will continue to buy from here. The service is always helpful and friendly and they arent pushy like other jewellers. We just went in yesterday and my husband got me a new ring from there and the price was magnificent for a ruby!!!!!!!! Its my birth stone and its the same month my dog was born and its a heart ruby with a paw print and I just LOVE it. It has so much meaning to me!!! The woman that helped us was also very sweet, patient, and helpful she even gave us 10% off. We will always come to Kay, and trust me we have been to alot of jewelry stores in Savannah and Kay is the best!! (I posted a pic of my wedding ring, the paw print and ruby, my necklace which is the diamond in motion with an angel around it, and my anniversary ring.)

Customer service was not good today or any day we have gone in. My fiancé and I went in to get my finger sized last year. They acted like they didn’t want to help, he then bought my engagement ring and wedding band in August and said they were not helpful at all, and finally we went in today to buy his wedding band (in all we have spent about $4,200 in the past year) and once again, not very helpful. Acted like it was an inconvenience to help us. No extra conversation, not even a good tone of voice from any of the three employees in there. Didn’t offer to clean my ring, never asked our wedding date, and was started to ring us out before we were even finished. I’m assuming they wanted us out because they were closing for lunch. Which the lady had us locked in the store and told us that she was waiting for us to leave so they could go to lunch. Personally, I don’t care where or when you’re going to lunch.. nor should you be telling your customers who are making a big purchase that we are stopping you from your lunch. Overall it’s been a very poor experience on every occasion and I would definitely recommend going to an alternate location.

Originally went in to exchange a ring for a different size. Really easy process. The staff was very helpful. Looked at the selection for an anniversary gift and Mike was very patient and knowledgeable about their inventory and styles. I will definitely be back.

First time I went in to buy a ring and a lady told me it would be a minute. I didn’t mind at all. Took a seat to wait. I see a guy that also worked there walking around not helping anyone, but I continued to wait. Probably a good TWENTY minutes later he comes up to me and asks if I need help and I say yes. He looks surprised and goes “Oh! Ok! I’ll help you!” Second experience was today when I called and called and called to ask a simple question. No answer. So my fiancé goes up there on his lunch break to ask and no one acknowledged him when he walked in. FINALLY after his lunch break is almost up they decide to ask what he needs just to tell him they aren’t touching anyone’s jewelry right now due to the virus. What a waste. We will not be purchasing from here again.

I have going to Kays for about 3yrs now and get good service. I had to take my ring back that lost a diamond...had to pay for it because I didnt keep up with warranty so now I do. Lana helped me find another ring to get until my other ring with fixed.in the process of my ring being fixed it got messed up in places so Lana contacted the repairs ppl her self explained to the manager what was going on and fixed my ring like brand new. Lana has been a blessing for me because I am very picky about things, Lana followed the process on the ring to make sure everything was perfect before calling to tell me the ring was done and I am very pleased and love her for that cause some places dont care. So if you ever want to get anything from Kays Lana is the one to talk to. Im so very happy with all that I get from there and so very blessed I met her.

If I could leave no stars, I would. Absolutely the worst experience ever. My husband bought me earrings and a necklace and spent about $1,700, for my birthday. Shortly after we decided to get married so we decided to take back the earrings and put it towards getting an engagement ring and wedding band. He initially purchased the earrings and necklace from the Hinesville location in Georgia. We went to the Pooler location in Georgia to return it. The representative told us we would have to contact Treasury to let them know where to mail us the check. We told them the address and now it’s been OVER 3 MONTHS AND WE STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED OUR CHECK. We’ve called multiple times and EVERY SINGLE TIME THEY HAD OUR ADDRESS DOWN WRONG. I’ve even had them read it back to me letter by letter and they still managed to get it wrong! And they told us every time it will take 7-10 business days. I’m telling you, we’ve been through this about 6 - 7 times over the past 3 months. You would think they would expedite the check or do SOMETHING to make up for it but no. This has been a horrible experience and put our marriage on hold. If Kay Jewlers is reading this, WE WANT OUR CHECK AND ARE STILL WAITING.

I walked into this store on my lunch break and knew exactly what I wanted. There were two people at the cashiers desk and a family at the front of the store. No one acknowledged my existence. One person acting as cashier and another sitting down behind the desk looking at jewelry through a loop ... for 15 minutes. This is unacceptable. Some of us have limited time to shop. I will go to another jewelry store where they notice when a human walks in the door. Service at this store has gotten increasingly bad over the past year. You arent the only game in town, Kay. P.S. I have worked at a jewelry store, so I understand the retail logistics. This was just poor business.

I have made many purchases through the years at a Kay Jewelers and several at this location. My girlfriend purchased a necklace on June 17, 2017 for Fathers Day as a gift to me. The necklace broke the middle of September. I go to rerun the necklace for repair and they say the repair has to be paid for because there is nothing they can do. Not only that, but this is the FOURTH time I have had issues with something I have purchased from this store. I will no longer be a customer of ANY Kay Jewelers. Much less this one. Please take your business elsewhere to a company that cares about customer service.

I been dealing with KAYS jewelry for about 4 to 5 years are so from day 1 I have not received any thing short of ultimate customers service from all I came in contact with they are very professional and very very polite, its just the best atmosphere, I would give this store a 10 1/2 if I could.store is always looking its best.me being retired military all sales associate are at their best overall appearance I would give all a 10, knowledge of products 10 Mr Lindner, Mr Mike, Mrs Rodeare,Mrs kaysha just to name a few, all associate treat you like family weather you just browsing or buying, and the last week I witnessed mr lindner go the extra mile on a watch i took back for repairs which was under warranty, Im what you might call a herologistsm,a watch enthusiasts overall 20yrs of military I collected over 60 timepieces from Bell Ross to Rolexs, Breitling, TAGS HEUER, I HAD THE GREAT PLEASURE to purchase from the great sales team of KAYS jewelry of Pooler Ga a couple of MOVADOS, COUPLE BULOVA, CITIZENS NAVI HAWKS, I WILL CONTINUE TO BE A LOYAL CUSTOMER AS LONG as they keep these great teams .

Lana was extremely rude to my parents. They were under the impression a watch they purchased had a different type of crystal when it was repaired. My parents were mistaken but Lana was crass, condescending, and seemed to lack any customer service skills. She curtly told me father she worked in the jewelry business for 10 years. You would think Lana would have picked up some minimal customer service along that decade.
