The manager and staff is always so nice. They go out of their way to make sure you are helped!! Right when you walk in the door someone is always greeting you!! This Zales is so awesome!!!

Excellent customer service from Meka and the manager Stacey! Always a pleasant experience. Our family has made multiple purchases at this location and have always received patient help in finding just what we are looking for as well as good deals. I wish that this review was strictly based on the customer service which would be a 5, but this is based on the quality of the product. I purchased a wedding set in December of 2017 from this location. Since that time the ring has been in for repair 5 times, and it is all for the same stone that keeps falling out. Low and behold it has fallen out again. Please save your money and go somewhere that offers a better product.

Very rude. There was a wait & they were not apologetic or anything. So I waited and eventually went ahead and asked my question so my time was not wasted. Her response to me was very rude. I will be taking my business somewhere else.

From start to finish my experience in this store was outstanding. I was greeted by the store manager Jonathan who was glad to help me. I went in to get my Invicta watch battery checked. Not only did they fix my watch they cleaned it and offered to clean my rings too. I left a happy customer. The store setting was very professional and so were the staff. I honestly give them a 10 but I guess a 5 will do.

Walking into the store was greeted even from the back of the store I heard the greeting. Jonathan helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I was very undecided on what like or would want because I had a over four carrots on my previous ring and it was stolen so this meant a lot to me.he was paying to detail with other customers and well as me. This is the type of service that many companies need to hire very genuine and patience people in this kind of business.None of the customer felt like they lefted out with only two people in the store. After purchasing the rings they called me as soon they arrived. I would recommend anyone to This store for the same warm and clean experience..thanks Jonathan

Clarence the assistant manager & Cam were very nice & helpful!! Other times I have been with different people it wasn’t as welcoming but they stole the show!!! Thank you guys!! Nothing but Business & Laughs.

The staff was very pushy for me to buy a necklace. And said that I couldn’t find a better deal. Which wasn’t true. I worked at Zales and this type of behavior should not be tolerated. You can be a saleswoman without coming across as aggressive.

I went in to return a ring that was too big and the customer service was terrible. The girls were rude and acted like they didn’t want to be there or even speak to me. Not thrilled to shop here.

Great overall experience! Salesmen were very helpful and professional.

Went there to get my ring inspected and look for some earrings, the lady barely spoke to me. However a man walked in about 3 minutes after me and she jumped for joy to help him, she grab my ring out the cleaner and sign the inspection sheet. Her name starts with a A, I stood there for at least 15 minutes before another lady came out. I would never go back there ever again. The guy she was so happy to help didnt even buy and I was glad. Plus Im a account holder. She needs to be trained better or fired.
