They say people only post reviews when the experience is bad which is exactly why I’m here. I would give the sales staff here 6/5 stars if I could. Bought my first new vehicle from Jan Hicks, was painless and he went above and beyond to put me in something I could afford with basically zero credit and no down payment so definitely go here to buy a car just good luck getting it serviced here. I’m currently on day 7 of waiting for a call back to schedule an oil change. Called and was on hold long enough to come back around to the secretary prolly 5 times and have to be reconnected. The secretary seemed as troubled as I was at least. The same thing happened last Monday when I first tried to schedule it. I’ll keep you posted on if I ever do indeed receive an oil change or not. This has never really happened before, normally there’s a decent wait to get an oil change but not worse than any other dealership in the world but a week wait to talk to a guy about an oil change is excessive.

We were traveling home to Iowa from Arkansas when our Chrysler minivan transmission started acting up. The service department got us in immediately ordered our part, found us a nice hotel, offered to take us to a store if we needed. So helpful. Fixed our van the next morning and on our way home about noon. So helpful and concerned. If I lived there thats where Id get all repairs done at Hollis Chrysler. I cant remember the names of who took care of us, because Im 70 and cant remember anything, but Im sure if you looked at our receipt youll know. They are the best!!!!!! Thanks

I took my truck here. They did a diagnostic said it would be around 300. Said it would take less than an hour to fix. My husband spend 7 hours in their office they put the new part on and it didn’t fix the problem. They then said my truck needed re-wired the whole thing quote 6,000-7,000. But then they wouldn’t even guarantee once it was re-wired that it would be fixed. So if you like paying a lot of money and not having the issue fixed I guess come here. I took it to a non Dodge dealership they had the issue fixed within an hour and the truck didn’t need re-wired. I feel like the dealership owes me 300.00.

Update: We got a phone call some days ago from one of your sales associates asking if we were still interested, my fiance stated we purchased a vehicle elsewhere....well, mid sentence your sales person hung up on him. This cements the fact that I will NEVER purchase a vehicle from your lot. Your sales person needs to understand that hanging up on people when a purchase is done elsewhere is not a way to go. I would LOVE to give zero stars, however, that cannot happen, I will stick with 1 star and not recommend your business to my friends and coworkers to go elsewhere that treat their customers with respect.My fiance was there I believe Monday looking at a GMC truck since he wanted to trade his in. However, the salesman felt as if he was not worthy if having such a nice truck due to the fact that he was trying to sell us some Dodge Laramie and not the GMC. I knew immediately when I was told this it was something to do with commission rather than good customer service...I WAS considering trading my Altima for a new vehicle from this dealership but I know I will get the lukewarm service my fiance experienced since he has been a returning customer several times before.

This is a family owned and operated business, and it shows; they treat their customers like family. The staff is incredibly kind and hard working. They bent over backwards to make sure we were able to buy the car we wanted. Theres a stigma of car salesmen, but at Hillis, customers are treated with care by honest, personable staff. Weve looked at vehicles a couple of different times here. Weve never bought from here. Both times the salesmen seemed pushy.Today Im looking at their website and there are no prices available. You have to contact them for the price. I really dont want to give my info and be contacted by a possibly pushy salesman just for a price. Most other dealer sites I look at have prices on most of their vehicles.Just put the price on the page and let ME decide whether or not I want to call or go in to and inquire about a vehicle.

This is absolutely the BEST dealership I have ever visited! A month ago, I was driving my 82 year-old mom back home to Arkansas from Branson, MO. Unfortunately, I started experiencing problems with my car - an 11 year old Honda Element. As it turns out, the alternator was going bad. I stopped at the first place I came to, which was Larry Hillis Chrysler Dodge Jeep, fully expecting them to tell me they did not work on foreign cars. Not only did they NOT do that, they bent over backwards trying to help me! Once it was found that the nearest Honda dealership was 80 miles away, they did not believe I could make it. They looked at my car manual, checked out my alternator, ordered a part, and replaced it within two hours. On top of this, they charged me less than what I wouldve been charged anywhere else! These people are BEYOND understanding, compassionate, and empathetic. Thanks to them, I got my mom home safely! If I lived in this area (I live in Michigan), I would definitely be buying from this dealership. I cannot thank them enough for what they did!

I gave an ugly (they deserved it) review; I was contacted by management wanting to fix the issues. They did. Shouldnt have to raise hell for a fix, but at least they responded. Theyre human, they make mistakes, at least they will try to work through it if you be reasonable. Thanks to the Sales Manager for a timely response. I got a great used Grand Cherokee that I am quite happy with. The vehicles arent the problem, its the small number of idiots that work there who dont understand that customers are not the enemy. There are lots of car dealers out there who will take our money and appreciate the fact that customers are a perishable commodity.

My truck was sent there 2016 full of fuel in oil and rod knock I have factory warranty and ase warranty they refused to fix it I had to tow it to Paragould to get it fixed and it was covered they are rude will not take my nothing to them ever again! If you dont buy from them they wont fix it worst service every !

If I could put 0 stars I would. The sales people are rude, hateful, disrespectful and treat you like garbage. They blame you for their own problems and then take it out on you when you try and speak to them about a car you are interested in. Their vehicles are thousands overpriced and they will try and screw you for an extra buck and when you politely decline their offer, they will be hateful and say you waste their time and act like you are garbage and below them. Customers should be treated better than this place treats their customers. I will never go there and no one else should. Save your money and your self respect and go somewhere else where you will be treated and spoken to like a quality customer at a place that takes care of you and where you spend your hard earned money.

Service Dept: Told us they were ready to start looking at our car immediately, came back from a 20 minute test drive and the car hadnt moved from right in front of the service door. Took twice the time that was estimated for them to do all these checks and analysis that ended up not fixing the problem and I discovered a few days later that it was just a battery cable had come loose. Dissapointed.

Their technicians are untrustworthy and the managements stands behind the technicians wrong doings, I took an 05 mustang here to have a safety inspection done, it passed the inspection I was really surprised, and I ask the teah again it passed it really passed, I was like wow ok, less than s week later a tie rod broke so I replaced it and decided to check the other side, it to was about to come apart, I called Larry Hills about the matter and I was brushed off as Mr hillis said I must have hit a pot hole and that he has the best technicians and they could never make a mistake like that. If one of my family members would have been driving on the highway when it broke it would have been really bad and Mr hillis mentioned no concerns, all he did was defend his tech, my guess is the tech saw a nice car what could possibly be wrong with it nothing so he just stuck a sticker on it or it wasnt a Dodge so he just didnt bother actually inspecting it. And I tried many times to contact Mr hillis and he and his manager refussef to contact me. Dont trust them to work on your vehicles they are not reliable dependable dealership, and definitely never let them preform a safety inspection. It could cost you your life, or a loved ones life, dont trust this dealership.

Well for one thing when mechanic pulled my car onto ramp when he opened door it hit the frame work of the lift and dented my door. Of course they said he didnt hit it. Well I was in the car and when it happened and he said whoops when it happened . Then he put car into run and I told him if he needed to do that to come get me because I have a interlock on the ignition well he didnt and I have a 50 dollar violation. I told service manager and of course they denied everything. Well Im done with Larry hillis.

Go somewhere else, they will get you upside down. This is my fault for being naive but I bought a car from them 4 years ago that had a couple of dents and they told me that it wouldnt matter if I went to trade it in later on, (too far from the heart) around last year I decided to upgrade and went to look at a jeep Thursday and told them I would come back Friday to trade. After they brought the paperwork back to me too sign noticed that the vehicle I was buying was a $1000 higher on purchase price and after I questioned them about that they started talking about the dents from my trade in, told them they were there when I bought the car FROM THEM. Asked for my keys back, took me 30 mins. for them to go get them. I left, there are plenty of other car lots around dont waste your time.Stepfather and mother found a truck they liked and decided they would try them out. The trade in difference was 14,500. They went to Dexter to Autry Morlan and found pretty close to same truck and the trade in difference was 9000. Save your Money, go somewhere else.

I have been a customer for many, many years and so has my parents. I have to say we will no longer buy a vehicle nor do any service work with them any longer. I had a terrible experience with the sales manager and I would not recommend this place to anybody to purchase a vehicle ..You will hear Christian music playing on the show floor but trust me, Its all a big show because they prey upon Christians and the elderly . They are not to be trusted . They bring a couple of con artists for their big sale by the name of Scott and Louie who are straight up crooks and they take advantage of unknowing people . Run from this place . Their reputation in the community is terrible and you will pay thousands mote for a car than you should .
