My truck broke down while I was in town, stranding me a couple hours from home. These guys got me in the same day and worked expediently, did not price gouge, and all around conducted business like professionals. Got my truck inspected here 3 days before I made a trip to KC. Made the 12 hour trip and came back down to my ball joints tearing off my truck. I am now stuck w no vehicle and ball joints I will have to replace because the inspection was done incorrectly.

Cheapest place I could find, I paid $118.00 a piece for two Firestone truck tires.

I have had to take my truck to them twice because of alignment issues that they messed up. Cost me two sets of tires. DO NOT GO TO THEM FOR ALIGNMENT.

Just left there after spending $1100 on tires. Got there at 6:50AM to be the first customer. Told it would take an hour. Went to breakfast returning 90 minutes later to be told the truck was on the rack. Was assured two guys were working on it. About that time one of the mechanics meandered into the lobby for his coffee break. Finally out of there after 9:00. Sam’s Club next time and saving $50 a tire in the process.

Simmons Auto has been in business in Poplar Bluff for years. It has new owners as of recent, the service is good & they are friendly.

Went there for a front end alignment, they got it done in 40 mins for a fair price. I went here because they charge 10 dollars less than plaza tire. They also will inform you if you need anything else worked on. Over all pretty fair service. I would recommend.

Would not recommend simmons tire and automotive in poplar bluff missouri. Dude never talked to me about prices and just did it and ofcourse for this price i wouldve said no. Waited over 4 hours and charged me $292 to repair wire harness for front light and replaced tail light bulb and inspection. Charged me $278 for labor. Kevin never told me prices and didnt even do the work he was suppose to do. Guy at front was even agreeing he charged way to much in labor.

Charged $87 dollars to change a filter took them 20 mins but they charged for an hour they said reason why so much cuz it was a pain to get to you choose the position you are in so why charge more just because it was a little hard to get to will never return there again to give them any of my business

Quality mechanical service & tires. Fixed a noise problem on our 2016 Ford C-Max, that had evaded the dealership. Turned out the noise at low speed was a faulty tire.Typical - they have worked on several other vehicles of ours. Prices are competitive, and the job gets done correctly.I trust them - and recommend them heartily..

Mr Simmons is a do right kind of guy. Had him and his service team to do a level and alignment on my 04 Durango after I had installed new upper and lower A-arms along with new inner and outer tie-rods and new axle hub bearings. Mr Simmons said what the price would be and he did the job for that price. We dropped off the Durango late Monday afternoon, too late for them to have time to work on it, so his shop foreman gave us a ride home. What a great bunch of folks, if I didnt have arthritis so bad I wouldnt mind spinning wrenches for him. Heck of a great place to do business. #1 in my book. Do you love your car ? Do you want to drive it for longer time ? Than my suggestion will be don’t go to this place . I am gonna be honest with you, Customer service is good. But remember the people in the register don’t fix your car ! I took my car to do oil change and do an alignment, waited 4.5 plus hours and they said it’s done . Very next day my car keep telling me to put more oil as they never put oil while doing the oil change ! I called the register and talked to John the register guy, and he told me to take the car back . Again they put the oil and also gave me a free oil change for next time for wasting my time . After that I went to drive on the highway for the first time after getting the alignment done, guess what, it kept me shaking more than before, lol . That’s not the end, my engine started to make weird noise and I opened my front hood to see what was making the noise and i see they haven’t put back one of the bolt on there . Again went there, talked to John, according to him they fired the guy who did my oil change, lol ( why do u hire ppl like that ) and than you have to fire who did my alignment too . Ok whatever, they took my car back to put the bolt back and one mechanic came out and started to blame me for not having that on the car and totally changed tone . I literally told them it was not your fault, it was mine to come here to fix my car.My suggestion is don’t go there and hope your car to be fixed and also still if you wanna go there, i have a free oil change slip, let me know and i will give it to you for free as i will never go back there again.
