Best parts store in area. All the guys are smart.Helped me with engine parts

Had the hard to find old part i needed and helpful. Not crowded either. A little had to find ( newcomer here) and a little difficulty getting out in the flow of traffic but YES I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM !

Quality parts, good advice, fast part delivery. Why buy online when you dont know when parts will be shipped/arrive, when they dont answer phones or reply to emails. Buy locally and get advice and help, and get great parts. Been using NAPA for 25 years. If you get a repair estimate you cant afford, do it your self for 1/3 the cost, with better parts! There are YouTube classes for every car model and part.

Awesome people that work here. They did not have exactly the part I wanted it took at least 10 minutes to look up through their books, find a part that I thought I could use. A special ordered it with a condition that if it didnt work I could still return it. Couldnt ask for better customer service!!!!

We were very well treated at this store. Had a brand new fan belt break due to mis-alignment but they replaced the belt at no charge. Really great help there

Gary filled me in about fuel injectors maintenance knowledgeably at 200k miles, as I expect from NAPA- its why I went there.

If you need it they have it or can get it. New heavy truck department, equipment and semi truck parts and service materials. Their prices are competitive and reasonable. The service is worth spending a little more.

Best place in this town to get car parts

Great location friendly people good prices depend over backwards to get you the parts you need even if not on hand theyll send a runner to a different store to get it for you and get it to the store as quickly as possible. Special shout-out to Jay this lady is the best they moved here from my I Kitsap Way to the store in Silverdale your are missed.

Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Napa had the items I needed that the other 2 national auto parts chains didnt have.
