At Wilder, you get friendly people that don’t try to “push” anything on you. They’re helpful. They listen. They’re accommodating. They treat you with respect and kindness. That was my experience with Wilder Toyota. I want to give a huge shout out to GRANT, my Sales Consultant. Grant followed up on all of my pre-car purchase questions with rapid and informed responses. Grant kept me informed on the upcoming delivery of my new Rav. Grant listened and responded in a professional manner with no pushy sales tactics. Grant is extremely knowledgeable about all cars and took time to review my Rav 4 XSE Hybrid Navigation and Multimedia System with me. I’ve never written a google review before but my experience at Wilder Toyota merits one. Grant Williams is my hero. He literally got me my dream truck, and against some considerable odds. He’s straight-talking and goes above and beyond to make the whole process enjoyable. Bill and Micki were also very warm and helpful with my questions and concerns. I really would give a seven star rating if that was an option.

Just bought a 2021 Toyota Corolla Hybrid at Wilder Toyota. Its an amazing car! It rides smooth, has cool safety features, is energy efficient (52 mpg!), and really is fun to drive. My daughter said the same the first time she drove it.I originally wanted a used small SUV hybrid, but none of the newer ones at Wilder fit my criteria or price. On my 2nd visit, about to give up, Tom the salesman helping me suggested the 2021 Corolla hybrid. The price was doable (a rebate helped) & I liked just about everything about it, especially the environmental & safety features.Tom gets my 5 star rating because: he was helpful, friendly, followed-up after my first visit, didnt use high-pressure sales tactics, was knowledgeable about the cars he showed me, and respectfully answered all my questions about the car (the one he didnt know he looked up in the owners manual). He took the time to help me find the best car for me. I wouldnt have found it without his help. I love it!P.S., The cherry on top of the whole experience was Toms suggested test drive route. It was just a test drive on a country road, but the views at every turn were spectacular. I was able to get a feel for the car while enjoying a quiet, smooth drive on a beautiful, sunny afternoon.Masks & other safety measures were used indoors & out to protect customers. They also re-cleaned my car & the key fob before I took possession.

WILDER TOYOTA SERVICE DEPT.This place was awesome! As most know, dealership mechanics are usually top tier and are trained to work on specific brands and most of those mechanics feel comfortable working on all the other brands too. However, this type of service usually costs double of what the average auto shop does. Well guys, I’m here to tell you that the prices at Wilder are hard to beat. I Inquired about a service on Thursday and was given the price and I was astonished due to the fact this price was $60 less expensive than the cheapest shop in Port Angeles/Sequim. And saving $60 on a $160 bill is amazing at the least. Also, with any service they do a free and thorough inspection of your vehicle. Needless to say driving away from Wilder Toyota I felt confident in my vehicle and wasn’t worried about them doing any sketchy stuff to my vehicle (believe it or not, it happens often around the world).

My family recently purchased a 2020 4Runner. Our sales guy was great and patient with us as we bounced between a few different vehicles before ultimately choosing something completely different than what we initially came in to buy.We havent been too impressed with the service department yet.Our first impression was when they failed to fill the gas tank (something that came with the purchase). We notified our sales person and he was quick to remedy that situation. But, we definitely made a mental note about something, that is common routine, was so easily overlooked.We also purchased the NW protection package and scheduled 2 days to drop the 4runner back off. My husband was on a tight schedule the day he purchased the 4Runner so, he only vaguely knew what it entailed... we felt bad not cleaning or belongings out before drop off after realizing they had done stuff inside the vehicle too.But, upon emptying the black trash bags our belongings were put in, we found a really dirty, pink sock. My family has never purchased a sock that color/ type, nor had we had anyone else in our vehicle the short time it had been in our possession. It was an obviously worn, really gross sock.... disgusting.Were really reluctant to continue using their service department in the future.We were also unimpressed with the small loner car offered while our vehicle was in the shop. Thankfully, we decided to keep our other SUV instead of trading it in so we had a vehicle our family could actually fit in/use. Something to keep in mind if you only use one vehicle and need something that your car seats will safely fit in/ install correctly.

Worst experience buying a used car, ever. I went to Wilder Toyota to test drive a used truck but liked the looks of a car that had just been traded in. I test drove it and liked it even more. They seemed to be familiar with this car and offered me a price. I accepted that price and we proceeded with the paperwork. About 1/2 of the way through the paperwork Biff (not his real name, but the salesman assigned to me) stopped what he was doing, looked around and then asked: are you here without a husband? This car, the business in Forks, is there someone else we need to call? I should have gotten up and walked away from Biff and never looked back at that point, but I really wanted that car. I went ahead and answered Biffs offensive questions and things just went downhill from there. The car I purchased needed a new windshield, battery, detailing and a possible fix of any mechanical issues; as I also purchased an expensive service agreement. Biff assured me the car would be ready in about a week, and sent me on my way in a loaner car. Said loaner car was a sketchy Dodge 200 that smelled like a mix of sour milk and cat urine and had flickering dashboard lights. I wont subject you to the rest of the bullshit I was fed by Biff in the coming days but 17 days later, I called and spoke to the manager at Wilder Toyota and she directed me to the manager of Wilder VW. To his credit, he went and found my car and presented it to me. He and the in-house detailing crew earned the mandatory star given, here. The new battery was still in the back of the car. Exactly ZERO service work was performed on the car, to my knowledge, during those 17 days.Dear Wilder Toyota: women not only drive cars, we sometimes buy them, too. Without husbands, even!  FYI, a local VW specialist was able to fix my car in a matter of days, which included ordering a part. Im now prepared to drive this car knowing the service agreement I purchased thru Wilder Toyota isnt worth the paper its written on. Ladies: consider yourselves warned.

On a road trip from California. Had issues with a dead battery. Ran it into Wilder for a thorough check. They took me in right away as I was heading out of town the next day. My husband and I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Wilder last week. We were in great hands working with Phillip Beck. I contacted Phillip about a week prior to being able to come to the lot and test drive, and wanted information about the value of our trade in. He was extremely responsive the whole time and answered every question thoroughly. When we were able to come to the lot, he let us test drive anything we wanted, pointed out other vehicles he knew of that might be right for us, and shared real opinions about all the vehicles. He was realistic about what we could afford, and we worked together to find the right truck for my family. I felt like the whole transaction was executed with patience and integrity. My husband and I left feeling very valued, and plan to return for all future services and purchases.

I have been looking for a new car for 3 months and it has been absolutely stressful and disappointing. Most dealerships start with an astronomically high interest rate just to see if you would bite but NOT these guys. They actually brought the lowest rate the first time and this I believe is the reason why: they actually care about their customers. They wanted what was best for the customer, NOT the dealership like 99.9% of all the ones out there. I ended up buying a lower model for the price and they offered to put leather in at an AMAZING price which in a sense made the model jump up a trim which was OUTSTANDING. They were so helpful and relational. The anxiety that usually comes with buying a car and always coming in with your dukes up was not the case here. There were a couple non negotiable things they I wanted to fix and without a bat of an eye, they fixed it on their dime. To sum it up, if you go there, make sure you work with Grant Williams in Sales and Rick Hoover, the Sales Manager, and Judy the Finance Manager. This trio was a dream team from Heaven! Even though this dealership is TWO HOURS away, it is so worth it. We will be buying all our cars through this dealership. Thank you Wilder Toyota!!

I brought my Jeep Wrangler to Wilder for warranty work from another dealership. Their service department failed to install a rear main seal properly on my Jeep Wrangler. This forced me to bring it back to them because it was leaking oil again. They told me that they installed the upper seal backwards because that was the way the previous dealership installed it. All they could do is blame the previous dealership and take no ownership in their mess up. The previous dealership paid them 1300 in repairs to ensure our happiness.Update: a year later theyre second rear main seal install failed after approximately 6,000 miles. We called they repeatedly hung up on us. We finally got a hold of somebody at Wilder willing to listen and they stated we were outside of theyre warranty. Their staff also wanted to add that there must be something else wrong with our Jeep and again wanted to pass blame. We learned a lot about Wilder this year they dont like you questioning their work and that they dont stand by their work either. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

Service department is terrible. Received the northwest package with resist all treatment. My vehicle came back with scratches all over it. Will be receiving a new window because of this ordeal, have yet to be scheduled for it to be replaced. The salesperson who sold me my vehicle was the only person to let me know of appointments and getting these problems solved, unfortunately she has since moved on to another dealership. So I have not received word on anything with what is going on with fixing these issues. Service department is a complete cluster and won’t even schedule my appointments! My concerns have not been addressed despite paying a good amount for a brand new vehicle. I will not be going to Wilder again!!!!!

Had shaking vibration in my brakes coming down Hurricane ridge. They inspected my brake pads rotars and calipers at no charge. They let me know everything was good. Not only did they not charge me, but they also washed my car. Great store and great people.

First off Ive owned several toyotas in the last 20 years. I have never been treated so poorly as I was treated at Wilder. I went to get an oil change and the employee I had the pleasure of dealing with was as rude as they come. Im from Missouri and the dealerships down south know maners and show respect. They need to read up on the Toyota Care agreement because clearly they do not understand how it works here. I left without an oil change because I felt with something so simple that they could not get it right. Long story short it will be worth your time to drive somewhere else.

They ordered new wiper motor from Oregon, so will be late tomorrow before they can fix it. Raining... didnt know what to do. No loaner offered. Was directed to go to Walmart and buy RainX so that I can drive without windshield wipers in the rain. I drove in rain to Walmart and got RainX. Very upsetting, & dangerous.

Last month Wilder Toyota installed a new alternator in my Lexus for $750. Right after my check air conditioning sensor was on and the a/c no longer worked. When I brought it back to check the a/c I mentioned I hoped it was something simple that wasnt reconnected since it happened after my car was worked on but instead after having my car all day they quoted me $2,587 recommending to replace 3 parts. No thanks, Ill roll down my windows. A week later a friend looks under the hood and you could visibly see and reach what needed to be reconnected. TADA my a/c works fine again and check a/c message is gone. Whether it was gross incompetence or a flat out lie to weasel an unnecessary $2500 out of me, I do not know, but neither are acceptable. I will never trust their service dept with my business again. Ill add pics.

Very disappointed in their service. I stopped in with a bad blower motor and a great deal of water dripping on the front floors. Wilder fixed the blower but said the issues were unrelated and essentially refused to spend any time figuring out where the water was coming from. I took the car to another Toyota dealer and they were dismayed with what Wilder did, saying the two issues were absolutely connected: the flooding damaged the blower. The other dealer quickly identified and fixed the leak problem and also removed and dried out the rug for us. Wilder staff were friendly but sent me on my way with a leaking car that might well have blown another blower. I felt they were trying to move things along and did not have good service and my best interests in mind.

I was totally bracing myself for an hour plus of wrangling crazies in the lobby until I realized that the service department had a dedicated kid room right off the waiting area!!! It had a small sofa, two arm chairs, a basket of library books, a fish tank, and some really engaging toys. We were quietly contained in our own space and didnt disturb anyone!!! I couldnt believe how well the dealership was set up for waiting kiddos. Also, the staff was promt, polite, fixed the leak, and washed my car!!! It was worth the hour wait just for the car wash (my special needs son does not do carwashes, so the car was pretty gross). Great experience!!! We will be back.

I stopped by the Wilder today to get the radio code for my old VW. My battery had died and the radio had reverted into Safe Mode so I needed the code to revive it. They told me that this will cost me $110!! I think this is the latest and the most outrageous rip-off this dealership has conceived yet! If you search the web, every reference and chat-board tells you to be aware of the crooked dealerdhips who might want to charge you for this service which essentially takes a couple of minutes to look up with the VIN or radio SN. The service rep. gave me a lame excuse that they had given the code to someone and it was wrong and ended up costing the dealership $900 to fix the radio, which sounds like complete nonsense. If the code was wrong, the worse that could have happened was for the radio remaining in the Safe Mode and requiring another try in a few hours( this is also on the web and discussed extensively) . For me this was the straw with this dealership and my Jeep and VW will never go back to this place nor will I ever consider buying a car from them in the future.
