I went into this Target to pick up a hair trimmer. Apparently they have them locked up at this location which is fine. But nobody around to open the case to give me a hair trimmer. I went to their kiosk that lets you call somebody over, waited for probably 15-20 minutes nobody ever showed up. So apparently at this particular Target those kiosk to call and associate to help you are there just for show. One of the associates that works there did acknowledge me and she called somebody to help me. The person she called never showed up. So I left, I will not be returned for anything else to this particular Target, there no help.

Had the most interesting experience yesterday. My mother and I frequent this target, and usually have the most enjoyable time, however, yesterday is so engrained in my mind I could hardly sleep. Heading to check out with quite a bit of merchandise each, we were surprised by the line of people all waiting for self checkout due to the fact there were no check out lanes open. After 10 minutes, and plenty of trash talk from other patrons of how we should all be given discounts for having to wait in line to check ourselves out along with other comments, a gentlemen started sending some to guest services to be assisted. He directs us to lane two which they are now opening. We walk up to a very disgruntled employee Jillian, who is vocalizing to her friend how she is not even supposed to be helping anyone, along with other rude dialogue that shouldn’t have been appropriate in front of anyone. I do not think we will be going back for a while. Thank you Jillian.

My husband and I had the BEST customer service at the Target in Port Arthur. We were purchasing a baby bed and needed help getting the $40 gift card when you spent over $250. Earl helped us locate the bed, bring it to the front, assured us that we were going to be well taken care of and he did just that! He stayed with us through the entire process. He made sure we had someone help us with the transaction, get our $40 gift card, and helped us load everything up in the car. He was friendly, positive, and just an all around great employee. Great job Earl! Keep up the awesome work! You made our baby bed buying experience so wonderful!

Target was very prompt, staff was super sweet!! I made an online order for store pickup and it was ready within the hour and when I arrived the gentlemen that helped me was super sweet and very accommodating. Great job Target I will definitely be shopping with you more often.

Target is my favorite place to shop. Friendly employees and a super clean and organized store filled with all of the things I love to clean with! We always enjoy our Target trips because everything is so clean and spacious. The kids love that they can grab a snack and they have never complained when its time to go to Target! I appreciate all of the brands they carry in the cleaning department, especially brands like Mrs Myers etc

Ive shopped online with you before and I have always had a good outcome. Even when t size was order size was small/wrong on my behalf. Return and reorder was a breeze, so yes I well tell family, friends shopping online with Target is a Great idea.

I love my Target store. There is sufficient parking for everyone, and more than enough handicap spots. The store is always clean; the employees are friendly and helpful. Best of all, I never have had to stand in a long line at the checkout.

I love target but this one has the childrens clothing very unorganized, and the staff of that department are not nice. The shoes are also out of place. Every other department is good and organized.

My FAVORITE place! I’m here atleast a few times a week! Most of the staff is super sweet. Some of the older ladies working up front are very rude, but I don’t let them ruin my experience. Staff is always helpful at checking stock and assisting with finding items. Thank you Port Arthur Target! You are awesome!

I like this Target location because it is connected to the mall. There’s a Starbucks cafe inside, along with their pizza & hotdogs. The restrooms and customer service center are conveniently located at the entrance. There is a number of self-checkout registers, as well as cash registers with an associate to assist you. I usually have found whatever I needed whenever I shopped here. There is a decent free WiFi connection. And there is ample parking! I also sometimes walk the mall after shopping here and having that connecting door is so convenient!

I prefer to shop at Target. They have good quality of merchandise at a fair price. The store is clean, neat, and they dont move departments around.

Was in target with an armful of clothes to try on. When went to try on at 8:30 dressing rooms were closed. Store did not close until 10. And there was several more people in there wanting to try on clothes. Put them all down and walked out. Will not go back and buy anything else from that store. I could understand if they were about to close but not an hour an a half from closing.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever, the associate at CS was awesome helped me get through a $5000 transaction, even made all the necessary calls to my REDcard to make this possible. Then a incompetent shift manager (Adam) messed EVERYTHING up, refused to follow directions from the REDcard associate and tied the funds from my bank up for three days. The store manager was even worse, didnt have a clue how to fix anything and stayed in the office most of the three hours I spent in the store at customer service, I literally never left the CS desk unless I was looking for him or Adam, they were great for disappearing while fixing the issue.

This store was a mess. Nothing like the target stores I am use to shopping at. They had allot of inventory missing, empty shelfs, clothes labeled wrong and in the wrong area.Allot of trash on the empty shelfs. It looked as though the store was going out of buisness. Then when you go to check out, only one cashier, and she closed so the only option was self check out, with a very long line. Very disappointed. The one good thing was their clearance section was huge with a great variety of items .
