I have worked side-by-side on a weekly basis with the Bolton Dodge Chrysler Jeep service crew for quite some time now. Even before the most recent change when it was still Mid County Dodge. Any time you walk through the door to the service department you are greeted with a smile and a positive attitude! Being in the towing industry for 20 years I have seen so many ups and downs when dealing with dealership service departments. These folks at Bolton Dodge stay consistent with top of the line customer service! Might I add even the guys behind those big roll up doors turning wrenches are always on their toes as far as asking passing customers if they can be helped. I know it takes a whole team to make it work but also a huge shout out to the manager of the service department Casey for always being on your A game and making sure the job is done and done properly. Any time we have ever had to drop our Dodge flatbed off the service was always on point. Just wanted to drop in and give credit where credit was due!

Purchased a new vehicle two weeks ago. The radio system quit working. Took it in for service. They had to order a new one. Today we tried to start it and everything went crazy and vehicle went dead and will not start. The dealership said too bad. We would gave to pay yo gave it towed over there. I made numerous attempts to speak with someone and was never able to. I called the main jeep number and they took care of everything for me. Bolton could have cared less.
Service center takes good care of my Jeep Cherokee and services are fairly priced. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Love that they send me a link to view my inspection and any issues they take pictures to show what is going on.The staff in the service dept seems to work as a team everytime I have been there and it makes me feel like they are family taking care of my needs.
7 am Tuesday appointment for over heating problems. Called at 2 pm to check on it. Never called me back. Waited until Thursday to call them again still didn’t know. Finally told them to just park it outside and asked what i owed them . 47$ Apparently in three days all they did was change my oil which had 97% life left only good thing is they dropped the oil change charge. Definitely my mistake for using their service department!
Very dissatisfied with service and feel like I was going to be taking advantage of and extremely overpriced for a job that did not need to be doneHad I have not get a second opinion I would have wasted !1000.00.Only reason I gave them a 2 is because when I brought it to there attention they fixed the problem and repaired my vehicle correctly
This is the slowest and worst experience iv had. We bought the car Saturday which took the better part of 5 hours and had to bring the car back Wednesday (200 mile round trip) to get serviced cause the couldnt do it the day i bought it. Didnt touch it all day told me it would be done Thursday. I Come back again after waiting all day and they Said they detailed it and left the seats Soaked and stains still in them. Definitely wont be buying from this place again.
I bought a Ram 2500 a few months ago and ended up finding a few issues wrong with the truck. Thankfully Lauren Angelle was my service advisor, she went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. It was by far the best experience dealing with any service department. I highly recommend asking for her if you ever have any issues or questions about your vehicle.
Service department did substandard work on a simple air, oil, and fuel filter replacement. Filter prices were 3 to 4 times more expensive than auto part stores. Work was incomplete when dealership called me to pick up my vehicle, subsequently i had to leave it there overnight and make an additional trip to the dealership. Air filter housing was left partially unsecured and littered with debri. Im done! I expect a little higher prices for OEM filters but not to be taken advantage of.

Best car buying experience EVER! I have walked out of dealerships at least twice due to the ridiculous and highly transparent games many play. This was actually enjoyable. No games. No pressure. Have had nothing but a wonderful experience with this companys service department. I bought my truck from them when they were mid county, and I had it in the shop after they became Bolton to have a noise checked out. Not only did they get my truck checked out and fixed quickly, they noticed I had a problem with my radio screen, it had started lifting and looked horrible, then even though I was just outside my warranty they still managed to help me with it so I could get it fixed! On top of everything, the extra repair was fast and easy as well, they had to order the part and called me as soon as it came in. Brought my vehicle in for the repair and got it back the same day! Highly recommend this business, will be doing all of my repairs and buying all of my vehicles from them! Great job Bolton! Keep up the great work!

I needed a new battery and installation for a 2010 Dodge Journey. I got the price for the battery from parts, however, service called but didnt leave a message (all I wanted was a quote for installation of the battery). I called the next day to service, a gentleman answered and stated that hed call me back. He never called me back. This is terrible customer service. The good Lord blessed me and I was sent to Jimmys automotive on Nederland Blvd..They were so kind and charged a very reasonable fee.

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HEREBottom line is all they care about is your money. I traveled over 4 hours to buy a truck that couldnt be sold because they were replacing the tires. Could they warn me in advance i wouldnt be able to drive home? Yes, did they do that? No. They wanted to be sure i drove down and buy it because they didnt want to miss out on my money. Then did they deliver the truck to me? No that would have cost too much on their end so i had to drive back. I wish i could give zero stars.
Worst experience purchasing a car for my fiancé and I. Our financial advisor, Todd Minter, SHREDS our CASHIERS CHECK for our down payment and then the dealership ILLEGALLY held our plates instead of holding Todd accountable for that money. I go up to the dealership to get my plates and Todd takes the situation personal saying hes not going to work for free for 2 mo., he should be fired. $10k isnt something to misplace and shred so easily. Also, got new brakes put in and I traveled 10hrs up north just to take the car into a shop and spend $100 to get my caliper bolt TIGHTENED; something that shouldve been done AND checked before I left the dealership. Only good thing from this purchase was our salesman, Robert, very sweet and always followed/checked up on us through this situation. If I could give this place a zero, I would. Go to a different dodge dealership if you ask me.
Value on vehicle was good and sales staff was good. But, I filled out app ahead of time because I drove 2hrs one way way to get there, and I had to wait 2 hrs and was there a total of almost 3. I was there from 6p to 9p. All I had to do was sign paperwork. I gave 3 stars for value of vehicle I purchased and the saleswoman Ms. Betty alone. It would have 5 stars if it didnt take me 3 hours to sign papers.

He was very attentive and helpful. Understood right away what i needed done for my vehicle and gave me very good advice. I didnt feel like he was ripping me off like other folks would. I cannot say enough great things about the experience I had at Mid County this past weekend. I swear I only stopped by to look. Wil, the sales associate who patiently spent a solid four hours outside in the rain with me while vacillated on whether or not to pull the trigger definitely earned the sale. The experience at another dealership was quite the opposite, so I could not be happier with the outcome of a rainy Saturday with my decision making disorder. Go see Wilbert Johnson ASAP!
They were easy to work with and fairly quick. Was very surprised when i got to check out and they charged me 3% extra to use my credit card. I was not given this information prior before placing my order. Will try other repair places next time.
Trying to get a response from someone in Sales has been a struggle at best, or to be more accurate, non-existent. Every time I get told that Ill get a call back after they look into something, I never do. Every time I leave a message on an answering machine, I never get a call back. I have a car sitting in my garage with expired temp tags and Im waiting on this dealership to provide the permanent tags to me. What started out as a great experience quickly ended after the sale of the vehicle was finalized. I hope this isnt the attitude of the management and leadership at this dealership. The individual who sold us the car was wonderful and he gets the credit for the one star....

Thank you! I sent my mom to have my vehicle serviced at noon. By the time I left work at 2, I walked into the service center and paid for my service. My mom enjoyed her time out and was happy with the cleanliness and friendliness at this dealership. I was suppose to get a recall repair at Mike Smith in Beaumont but due to a situation I experienced there a few months ago, I never returned for the repair. Nice place to buy a vehicle. They worked with me to get a really good deal on a new Ram 1500. Haleigh was my contact and she did a good job of getting the deal done fast and getting finance to work up the paperwork quickly. We had a small misunderstanding which was probably my fault but they handled it very quickly and professionally. I felt I was treated well and they were very friendly and helpful. Would differently buy from them again.
When visiting the dealership, we usually have an appointment. They get us in promptly and go to work. They are very friendly and courteous. We would recommend this dealership to anyone who would like to have a great car buying experience.
I inquired online about a vehicle that was listed on their website. A salesman was nice enough to send additional pictures and a video. I completed an application for the vehicle and it just went downhill from there. I was contacted by the Internet manager the next day and they continued to run my credit for the vehicle. I was told I wasnt approved by any of the lenders due to a thin credit line, but could be approved for a new 2020; which I found crazy. I was then asked if I could put $4K down on the vehicle. I emailed back and told him i could put $2K down, and did not hear back from him the rest of the weekend. I called yesterday morning and asked if hed gotten my email and what was the status of the car. I was told hed get back with me in 30 minutes. That time went by with no callback. I called several more times and felt like I was be given the run around. I called back and asked to speak to someone else, only for that person to tell me the car was sold a couple of days ago. I then got a call at the end of the day from the salesman I had been corresponding with about the car, telling me the car sold on Saturday. Well, I could have just been told that upfront while I waited for 2 days to hear back about the car. Why ask me for a bigger down payment, if the car was already sold or in the process if being sold that day? I just wish my time hadnt been wasted pursuing this vehicle, while losing the opportunity of another one like it.

Buyer beware!! DO NOT sign up for bank draft with extended warranty!!!In 2019 we purchased a 2011 Sahara Jeep Wrangler from this dealership and also purchased the extended warranty Zero Plan (financed with Universal Lenders). In June of 2020 we traded in the Jeep at another dealership. So, I called Universal Lenders to cancel the monthly $207.68 auto draft on my bank account; they informed me that cancellation had to co dealership. So, I called dealership finance and was told would have to come by and complete the odometer statement and paperwork. Paperwork was done on June 5, 2020. We are now in September 2020 and they are still taking the monthly payment and my hands are tied!! I call Mr Reno and he won’t return call or respond to emails. I call Bruce Semien and he says - we will call you back with an answer....I get crickets!!! Can’t get dealership to cancel, Universal Lenders won’t stop AND my bank account has paid $830.72 for something I don’t have nor use :(. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
I love this place. They took care of my van. Will not my van to no other place. Mr. Gary and the staff are outstanding . They make you feel like youre family. My van was making this funny sound when I go across bump and etc. Mr. Gary keot me informed on every step of process that was going on with my van. .Thank you guys for fixing her. I received a purchase agreement on the truck I was interested in for a decent selling price but when I email the sales person back 2 days later I was told that the price was last months price and the rebates for this month was around $3500 more. Needless to say I’m taking my business elsewhere.
Everyone was polite, knowledgeable, and professional. From the time I entered their doors until the courtesy driver delivered me to my door...I knew that my vehicle and I were in good hands. Now my car runs like new. I am a happy customer.

Wish they would have informed me that if I brought my own oil and filter that it would have still cost me $42 in labor. Ive always brought my own oil and filter and paid either 14.99 or 19.99. The oil change was quick and I had no issues with the employees.

ABS Wheel Speed Sensor AlarmOur 2015 Chrysler 200... at 18,040 miles, the ABS Wheel Speed Sensor Alarm came on for the third time and it gave us the blues because we came to know that when this happens the transmission will not shift correctly, if it shifts at all... as can tell 18,000 miles is low mileage for a car this old, after the second time this happened it had just over 10,000 miles, so we didnt trust taking a long trip in it... most of the time we traveled in our 2013 Caravan...Thanks to MidCountys service department, its back on the road but we will still only drive it around town.

I had an unfortunate situation arise with my Jeep Wrangler that caused me to need repairs. Tina and Bill in the service dept bent over backwards to help me resolve my problem. The technician Randy did an excellent job repairing my Jeep and getting me back on the road. Bruce was also very helpful in trying to help me get into a Ram Rebel...I hope we can make a deal! Thanks to the service dept for taking care of me!!**Updated** After 2 weeks, the issue with my Jeep has not been resolved. I was sold a used Jeep wrangler with oversized tires in 2016. I was told that my Jeep would be covered under the Warranty Forever as long as I had all necessary service performed at the dealership. I have spent over $1000 on oil changes and other basic maintenance that I could have completed myself for a much cheaper price in order to be compliant with the Warranty Forever. The first time that I bring my Jeep in for a malfunction that is covered under my Warranty Forever and they keep my Jeep for a week and then tell me my claim is denied due to oversized tires that were on the damn thing when I bought it!! The service manager Bill was great in helping me get this specific malfunction corrected but now I have a Jeep with no warranty even though Ive kept up my end of the deal. I was then told that they would give me a great deal on a new Ram or Jeep to make this situation right for me...Im still waiting 2 weeks later and evidently no such deal exists. I will no longer do any business at this dealership.

Update from first review for mid county, now currently Bolton, with mid county I still recommended them despite some mishaps with my financing, BUT with Bolton Ive changed my 4 star to 5, the service was A++, no mishaps with financing, when I asked them to go through one bank they only went through that bank, they were great and kept me informed the whole time, and even now 3 weeks later Marc our sales rep that we spoke to still texts asking how we love our truck, thank you Marc for all the help
Will lie to you about approval just to get you up there and try to put you into something you dont want. I was told I was approved for the jeep I wanted, once I got there the Robert Thornhill told me the frame was bent and I had to pick something else. Once I picked somethimg else waited over 2 hours the said i wasnt approved because I had picked and awd. Everything I picked theyd make something up about to get me in something less desirable.
Mrs.Tracy took great care of me and my vehicle... great customer service and Great attitude.. took lots of precautions during the covid pandemic and always kept her mask on as needed..

I was looking for an inexpensive, used 2nd car. I’d spent several weeks looking and was disgusted by just how dishonest and terrible dealers selling cars in the sub-$8k price range here in Houston were. So when I saw a car I liked listed at Mid-County at a very reasonable price I was extremely skeptical. I contacted the dealer and spoke to Noah Hammer. He was very patient and helpful and he even took close-up photos of some dints and scratches on the car that I might not have noticed in the listing photos. I drove the 75 miles from Baytown and was surprised to find the car was exactly as advertised. Noah was extremely friendly and allowed me to take a long test drive and throughly inspect the vehicle. There was absolutely no pressure. The negotiating process was quick and fair. The rest of the process to complete the sale was fast and very pleasant and everyone I met was helpful, courteous, and professional. They may not be close to me but I will be returning here for my future cars and I highly recommend that you give them, and especially Noah, a chance to earn your business.
If you are a woman, DO NOT buy from here! My mother and daughter bought a car for over $11,000 and right away there was problems. One thing after another that we had to fight to get taken car of untill, while sitting at a red light, the engine blew. Within a 7 week time the car had been in the shop for over 3 weeks. They then offered us $1,000 trade-in for it. Its suppose to be covered under the forever warrenty but it has now been over a month and a half with no response what so ever.
Sales person was awesome and really worked to make the deal I wanted. Outside of that every other experience with service has been awful. Way overpriced, incredibly slow even with an appointment, and reported my truck to car fax for an overdue oil change that was NOT overdue it had just been changed at a different dealership as I work in a lot of different towns. I did not give consent to share my info to begin with even if it were overdue. I will take my truck to Beaumont from now on for services when I’m in that area

Will not be using Mid County Dodge for anymore service.Poor customer service and prices are high! Made an appointment to get an oil change at 9:15 am I showed up at 9:00am they didn’t get my vehicle in the bay until 11:00 am all the employees at the desk were like well we are busy right now and we are behind so after a 3 hour wait time I get my bill and it is $30 more expensive than another dodge dealership I typically use.
I went there for some recalls on a truck. They could not finish all of the recalls because they didnt have the part. They said they would call me back to finish the work. I never got the call.They did have coffee.
We delt with Hailey and Dominic for about a week confirming details building up to us coming there to get the car on that friday. They changed information from no down payment to 2000 and then to 4000.Thursdayday hits and we couldnt get a call back to find out if we could come out the following day to getthe vehicle. Lost mybusiness.

Went to Mid county service department 3 weeks ago to get a new sensor on my truck for ABS light, and they also purge and check the brake fluid on all 4 tires. I didnt notice they didnt tighten one on the purge valves and I was real close to having an accident. But Im glad nothing happened but the results could have also been way different. Just double check your vehicle if you go there could save your life.
Went to trade in my 2014 Ram for a new one, would have been my 4th one however didnt feel my business was being appreciated and when I mentioned the special dealer incentives I heard about I was told that was at another dealer in Beaumont? Stopped at Twin City Nissan down the block for the heck of it and found the customer service I was used to. Was treated like a king was offered more for my trade then I expected and drove off with a new Titan 4x4 that I have driven for 4 months now and absolutely love it. I walked away feeling I got a lot of truck for my money.
