The customer service at Twin city Motors is the best I have ever experienced from a dealership. I found a vehicle online and was contacted first by Raven; she was so helpful and very sweet. Our conversation flowed like we were old friends. She had Jeff Gary contact me for help with the truck. From start to to finish he was very upfront, honest and just all around helpful. We chose to go with the truck they had even though this meant making a 2+ hour drive to the dealership. Honestly we would do it again just because everyone was so helpful, not to mention the the whole process only took about 30 minutes!!

I had a fender bender in my car on September 11. I talked to Allstate they suggested for me to take my car to Twin City Motors. I took my car to Nissan to Twin City Motors on Sept. 20. Due to me owning a 2008 Altima it was hard to find parts so that took a little longer & they notified Enterprise Rental so that I wouldnt be charged. I could go on & on. All I can say is NISSAN really take good care of their customers. A BIG THANKS NISSAN FOR A JOB WELL DONE.

She was very patient as we asked our many questions, yet the car-buying experience was quite faster than I was expecting, which was a pleasant surprise.

Cyndi at Twin City Honda is the best. One of the reasons I still bring my Chrysler to a Honda dealership for nearly everything (Chrysler requires all warranty & recall work to be repaired only at Chrysler).

I have bought over 10 cars from dealerships in my life, and the folks at Twin City gave me the most pleasant new car buying experience that I have ever had. They were not all about haggling back and forth, they were very honest and didnt try to lead me on. They went out of their way to show us the vehicle via cell and computer, so we wouldnt waste a trip. The manager, salesman, finance man and CSR were very personable and met all our needs. We actually drove 200 miles to visit this dealership, and would be happy to do it again.

The sales team was quite nice had no issue with that but after I bought the vehicle Ive had nothing but trouble with it since day one service department rep seems to have an attitude not all of them but one lady rep answers the phone as well as handles alot of the service calls the other two are nice and has horrible customer service had to replace the battery on it wether pr owned or new customer service has been horrible go into the car lot three separate times takes Forever I needed a simple fix I got the runaround they finally fixed it so I thought until I walk out get in my car and its hanging again but its one thing after another beware before purchasing the vehicle even if it has a bumper to bumper you will still get the run around I have never had any problems with any other car lots the way I have this one other than the problems I have had in only having my car in the few months and the poor customer service I suppose its ok place if you want to dill with problems one after another Im hoping for a call telling me it will be fixed prepare your tylenol and pay attention

Thanks to Twin City Motors for selling me a broken truck!!!! This is my second review of them. I have had my truck for one month and one day now. On top of all the other things that went wrong with it (they did manage to fix the rotors and reimburse me for the AC repair), it also has a LARGE leak in a line that is attached to the turbo charge.I have confirmation from my mechanic that the leak isnt new. His words, That leak has been there for quite some time.Now, with a hurricane approaching, I will not be able to use my truck to leave if need be DUE TO the dealership NOT fixing this before it was sold! I cant find anyone to fix it in time! Really sucks too because I spoke to the manager AND the owner about this!

Pricey for the selection. I understand they work on commission, but Im just as poor....so dont get rich off me on trying to sell me a lemon

After being in their shop all week last week I picked up my car last Friday on September 27th and the right bumper was badly scratched where they tore it off or they ran over something and then they accused me me of doing it! My car was in pristine condition when I brought it to them with not one scratch on it!
