Paid around $400 to have screen and battery replaced on my Note 10 5G only to find out the technician did not use original Samsung parts, he used a cheap low quality battery that not only did not hold a charge, but caused an array of other issues in my phone. I have since then had to have the phone replaced. Thank God I had insurance. STAY AWAY.

This is a reliable and trustworthy place to have repairs made on mobile devices. Also a decent selection of used phones. I got an iPhone for my daughter here for less than $100 and had it fixed when she broke the screen 2 months later for about $40. I will definitely go back if the need arises

A complete scam. We brought my sons phone in for a cracked screen. They kept saying they needed to keep it longer. After 2 days, they said it was ready. We paid $150. Within a couple of weeks, it no longer responded to touch. We found out from good repair people that all they did was change the outer screen and do a hard reset. The screen was still damaged underneath. So we paid $150 for a hard reset. We took it to real professionals, paid much less and received a 90 day warranty for their work. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS. You will certainly regret it. You can always think I’m just some disgruntled customer and go lose money yourself. I’ve done that before. I just can’t stress enough that this place will rip you off.

Fixed screen on phone (S9+) but didnt connect the speaker back. 300$...I expected more...

Ive been going to universal communication for many years. The reason being is because they are the best priced and the best service around. I tried to take an iPod to a so called repair shop locally within a 2 min drive, they had it for two weeks and they said they couldnt fix it. Lesson learned. I would rather drive 45 minutes to get to Port Arthur central mall and get it done promptly and well priced. I Love This place!!

I agree this place is a scam. I paid to get my screen replaced, and waited 4 hours, only to have it quit working after a couple of weeks. I went in to have them look at it, and they asked for a receipt to check the phone. The repair guy is unreliable. I dont recommend this place to anyone!

They charged me $232 dollars to get a screen repair. Two days later I realize the corner of my screen is coming up, not only that they managed to put my screen off cenetered. So upset. DONT TRUST THEM WITH REPAIRS. Ever.

I took my iphone 6s with a broken screen& they basically fried it! It was in perfectly working condition just a broken screen!I personally know how to fix iphones but was unable to do it my self since i was only in port aurthur for less than 24hr and did not have tools or replacement parts... so i took it to this repair shop, you have to be pretty incompetent to fry an iphone...! God knows if they did it on purpose to sell me one of theirs... hence they were pretty pushy towards me buying their phones after they destroyed mine!Dont go there!It truly is a scamEven more so that the 5 star reviews are from the people who work there!They need to be shut down!

I took my phone to repair the screen and they charged me 200$ for an original screen. They gave me a different phone and changed the mother card from mine to the one they gave me. I know that because after a month I took it there the screen shut itself down and I took it to a Samsung store where they told me what they did. I wouldnt give any star if I could.

This was an amazing stop ! Where you find all your accesories for your phone ! I got my iphone 6S plus fixed ! I mean it was amazing they guyz just fixed my phone in 22 mins !
