I went to the Beaumont store and they didn’t want to help me, said cheaper to order online. I have always had good service in Port Arthur so went there and was pleased again it’s the service. I didn’t have to wait and the sales lady was happy to help me. I was in and out quick and ordered a new IPhone. I will drive farther from here on out.

Does not back up the products they sell. We bought an iPhone 12 from them last night that does not send or receive messages, among other issues. We were told there’s nothing they can do, and that we would have to contact Apple support ourselves to resolve the issue. Since we bought the phone from them less than 24 hours ago, they should back their products and either repair it themselves, call Apple themselves and repair it, or offer us another phone. Just a warning if you expect full service you will NOT obtain it from this store.

Very poor customer service. Spent 4 hours trying to get data from old phone to new phone. Excuses were internet busy, weather was bad. Made 2 trips to the store and still not resolved. Talked to the manager she acted like she could care less. Reps were helpful but overall service was terrible. Save yourself so head aches and go to Verizon or T mobile.

I had to wait a very long time to get assistance at this store for someone to put my sim card in my cell phone. No one even greeted me when I walked into the store. They just ignored me like I wasnt even there. I almost did not get my problem solved before they closed on Tuesday, June 8, 2021 if I would not have just asked the young man myself to quickly help me put the sim card im my new AT & T Cell Phone after already waiting in there for an hour.

Allanah the manager went above and beyond the call of duty in helping me find my phone. My phone was called to see if anyone would answer and the guy that found my phone answered. He gave us his address and Allanah didnt want me to go by myself so I followed her and was able to get it back. Allanahs actions were very caring about my safety. We need more people like her in this world.

Frustrating, to say the least. Came to replace a charger cable I bought from them not even a full 2 weeks ago. The head of cable completely snapped off the end of the wire. Waited almost a full hour for them to look up said receipt. Didn’t find it. I wasn’t asking for a refund, just a replacement. They wouldn’t replace it. This just tells me that they don’t stand behind their products. I could have bought, busted and replaced a cheaper cable at Walmart in less time than it took for them to screw me over today.

This was a horrible experience for a disabled person, I arrived around 5pm on 3/18/2021, concerning a problem with a fast charger or the lighting cable not operating. Took 10 minutes to get signed in (location was busy) I waited for over an hour and then a person that works there (whom I found out was the manager for that evening ), came in did her duties before taking over after which she proceeded to assist with the line of people to see who had not been signed in what they were there for to explain the wait time and if they wanted to make a appointment. This is where things went down hill now it’s a hour and 10 minutes and she helps a lady who came in 15 minutes after me it’s at this time I asked her if she had an appointment (if she did then I could except it)But she didn’t, the service person said that all she needed was the shield put on her iPad, heck all I needed was a charger or a cable, things got verbal with her saying you can make an appointment if you want to. Also during this time she directed another service person to help another person who came in 25 minutes after me. Now to rub salt she finished with the person she was working with and went into the back office, the service person who had finished with the person with the bill problem was sent from the back to come out and take care of my orderI got what I needed in 15 minutesThat lady stayed in the back office until I had left the store. I know this because I sat in my truck testing out the charger and cable and I watched her come out. 25 years defending this country and 16 years patrolling these streets I am very observant of people.Unfortunately since the ATT store is the only one in the city we are stuck.

They can sure hook you up with service at the store, but I went down to cancel my service because it was terrible. They said you have to call customer service to cancel it, they can’t do it in the store. I told her I did call customer service and they put me on hold for an hour. Absolutely terrible

Very unhappy with the customer help here. Especially inside and them either not telling me the whole truth or just lieing to my . Especially with 5G information which I know i have and they challenge that even thigh they never win. Im with Silicon Valley for a reason. Dont try to B.S. one of the people that1.) Called for about an hour straight and they didn’t pick up ONCE. I watched them walk in out of the store and them talk to each other so I KNOW they were there. I had to call sales associates and 3 representatives tried calling too but it was the same story. They just wouldn’t pick up! I signed up for curbside pickup because I was uncomfortable going into the store and they refused to bring me my $1500 phone I ordered. Terrible service, and trust me, I’m not the only one this has happened to.

Employees were helpful, but not very knowledgeable. I was helped after maybe a minute on the waiting list. After the initial enthusiasm wore off, the retail side began to shine. I wasnt much a customer as I was a sale, I even had a separate retail specialist come up trying to sell me the unlimited data/direct TV package for only 180 dollars a month. Overall, though, my visit was quick and pleasant, however I wont be keeping the service as its much too expensive for the lack of data coverage in my area. I realize thats a network problem, and not the stores fault, which is why I give them 3 stars, not a bad store, but could be better.
