I was customer number 3 out of 5 people waiting. Only 1 guy actually assisting a customer while other employees come in and out of back room. Manager said he could only sign people in. People should be able to sign themselves in & put him to work so people aren’t taking off half a day to hang out in store & catch covid!!

Ive been a customer for 7 years. This past week with Verizon has been by far the worst experience of the 7 years. I spent an hour and a half upgrading my wifes phone on 10-4-2021 was there after work and was helped by some amazing girls in there this time frame I consider about normal due to complexities of choosing a phone and making software switches and activating new sim cards etc.Two days later (10-6-2021) my wife came in at 11:30 am due to issues with the new phone and she did not leave until 7:00pm with me. Mind you we have a 4 year old and a 5 month old. When I came in after work at 5:00 pm they came out with a new phone at 6:00 pm but yet, despite having the old phone in possession hadnt bothered to switch all apps over, it took 10 minutes for them to bring out the old phone so I could complete the transfer. Was told by manager he would contact me today 10-9-2021 because he was off the two days between then. It is now nearly 10 pm and I havent heard from him and I guarantee I wont because he forgot. I will be considering my options at this point

Wanted to get away from monthly pre-pay, so here I am. There was a bit of a wait, but I was in no rush, so wasnt a problem at all. It gave me time to peruse the newest phones available.Once the Verizon representative got to me, things progressed rather quickly. He was polite, knowledgeable, and explained in detail all of my options. I was able to open a new account, get a new phone, and a Verizon Visa card in short notice. All I have to do now is wait for the new phone to arrive in the mail tomorrow, to activate the phone and account.If you stop by, be sure to seek out Horrace(forgive me if spelling is wrong), he was great.

Slowest, least professional workers I’ve ever seen. They make Xfinity customer service look efficient. I came to pick up a new phone and transfer service after completing everything including payment online. Instead I left the store and opted to wait for the phone to be mailed. I’m assuming it will get to me faster than waiting on those two “employees”.

We had to wait for approximately 35-40 minutes, but it was lunch on Saturday. After being called things went in an orderly & convenient manner. Angel was the sales representative that helped us. I explained what we were looking for & she did everything to apply any & all discounted services we were eligible for. Answered all questions I had, gave me different selections for cases & gave us the best suggestions for using any of devices we got. We purchased a Samsung pad & a hotspot for the house & for traveling. All & all we will pay between $5-8 more a month. Great visit, gracious, knowledgeable, helpful & kind people.

1. Waiting outside 95° even old ladies and no benches or anything for customers to wait for 45 minutes or more.2. Manager doesnt know anything.My phone was out of service and the guy ask me to get a new one for 300 just because he couldnt fix it.3. I went home did a reset on my phone by myself and it worked, after the manager bad diagnostics on the phone.So they dont know what ate they doing.

This place is run by communist who turn away paying customers because of medical conditions. I will be removing my line and closing my account with them because of it. Trying to claim they are following CDC guidelines when their employees are actively failing to comply with the same CDC guidelines they are trying to enforce. Extremely unprofessional. Had to give one star just to leave a review but really was a zero star experience.

I had to give a star to write a review due that the sale rep MARCUS was VERY RUDE!!! I have been a Verizon customer for over 5 years and I HAD NEVER HAD AN ISSUE with Verizon. Something as simple to provide customer service over the telephone was to much to ask from Marcus. I had to call another store for the help I needed and get the great customer services that Verizon always provided me in person or over the telephone.

Had a major issue trying to switch my number to my own phone plan. But luckily Angel was there and she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on how to help me in my unique situation. They were also very clean, wiped down and cleaned the whole areas after each customer left.

Went to get help with an iPhone. I was given a number to call 1800MYAPPLE. DO NOT call this number. They tried to run a scam. The person on the phone asked me to buy a $200 apple gift card, claiming that the purchase would be refunded to me immediately. Talked to an authorized apple dealer. He gave me a different number 1800APLCARE. Called the number and problem solved within a few minutes. Not sure if the Verizon employee was in on the scam or just ignorant. Either way inexcusable.

I spent over 2 hours in this place trying to get my phone fixed. They were supposed to have ordered a new phone for me. After 5 days I contacted customer service to see where my phone was. They said it was never ordered. Also, to get in this store you have to go through a city Police Officer at the door who is not friendly or customer oriented.

Always rings and rings. Never enough help in the store to help the heavy flow of customers. Wait time is between one hour to three hours.

Our 10 year old child deleted his phone/calling app. His grandfather brought him into the store without our permission. He is on our account, not his grandfathers! He called us and thinking I was giving a Gmail password to him, I heard him repeat it out loud to a store employee! I didn’t realize he was in the store resetting our child’s phone. When I asked to speak to the employee I told her that I didn’t know that he was in the store and we, as his parents, would come in if we had any trouble getting the app back on his phone. She told me if I just give her the correct password she would restore it. I told her we don’t give passwords to people we don’t know. She told me she already reset his phone. I told her too bad. We would deal with it when he got home. So then, grandpa brings our child home and my 10 year old has the gmail and password WRITTEN down on a post it note from her!!!! Seriously?! You just gave this info to a child?! We have parental blocks on his phone for a reason! We don’t give our child access to this email account! Horrible that you let someone that’s not a user on this account access to make changes and then to top it off you give a child a password that he shouldn’t have access to! Ridiculous!

DO NOT go here! These employees are crooks. They sold us a new phone, did not set it up for us. They were lazy and did not switch over contacts. They were so lazy they wouldnt even take the new phone out of the box. They sold us a screen saver and did not apply it. When I asked them why they werent doing anything other than being a glorified cashiers, they lied and said it was not their job to do any of those things and Verizon did not allow it. I explained that every other Verizon store did these things. They shooed us off. Then the overpriced screen saver they promised would fit, did not fit and actually broke. When we tried to return it they blamed us for breaking it and once again shooed us off without any help.

Cullen was fantastic. Met me at the door, greeted me and helped me with my order. There was a slight hiccup arising from the call center and email notification (make sure your bring your ID and payment card with you, btw), but Cullen explained the process, I went back to my office to get my card and came back to pick up. Cullen asked for my card and asked if I could have their business account rep give me a call to see if they could make sure I was getting the best bang for my buck. Overall the store is clean and the floor reps are polite.

Id been a Verizon customer for many years. My bill was $189.00 and $169 dollars for many years. I only entered this store two times. Each time I left, I swore to myself that Id never return. My final visit was because my two phones both had issues at the same time. The only thing the clerk was concerned about was to get me to upgrade and buy new phones. I walked out and went directly to a Tmobile store. My bill is now $79.00 (senior plan) unlimited. Im happier than Ive ever been in years. Oh, please note, the Verizon clerk still ordered a new phone for me, even though I did not ever utter any verbiage to him regarding purchasing a new phone. Those representatives are so pressured to make sales. I returned everything to Verizon!

Ive had mixed experiences at this corporate store. Once, I got service as soon as I walked in and I got a phone and was done in a good 20 minutes. In contrast, I walked in once and had to wait 20 minutes to be seen. The employee was not knowledgable and not at all helpful. Would recommend a local authorized dealer for quality and personal customer service.

Do not recommend this store at all. They don’t have internet (are you kidding me) so they can’t help you at all! First phone they sold me got froze in the software update and when i took it back they said there wasn’t a warranty. Are you kidding me? I hadn’t even owned the phone an hour and it was $1200 phone. I said I wasn’t leaving until I got a new one. The guy was SO rude!! He gave me another one after discussing with the manager. I had to go back to my office and set it up again. Got on the road for a two hour ride home and it wouldn’t work. Stopped at one in Conroe and they said Port Arthur never even activated it. They are horrible. Will never walk in that place again!

This was my first experience and I must say that Verizon made a great first impression on me! The customer service at this store is nothing short of AWESOMENESS. I walked in looking for new phones for myself and my son. We were switching from a prepaid plan with Family Mobile. I love how I was greeted at the door by Larry, a Solutions Manager, who made sure that my every whim was catered to immediately. I love how I was given a business card with contact information for both him and the store rep that helped me, Ivette. She listened to my needs and I was never made to feel rushed or pressured. I couldnt pass up the deals that were being offered. With all the credits for porting, trading in previous devices, and my 25% employee discount, both my son and I were able to get new iPhone 6s Pluses, new iPad Air 2s AND not have a bill for THREE MONTHS. I couldnt dream up a better scenario - we love the products and the service! No dropped calls. I love how I was walked to the door when finished. I got in my car feeling VERY SPECIAL and THAT is the key to keeping customers long term. Ive had to contact Ivette a few times for different questions because of my newness to the bill-pay process and to my surprise, she answered my texts and calls! Im a stickler for good customer service and Ive gotten it every time. Im puzzled as to why there are so many bad reviews. Although Verizon has a reputation for being rather expensive, I feel that the prices are fair and competitive. I plan on being a customer for life. Overall, I would give a 10-star rating if I could. Keep up the good work Verizon team!

Ok, so I never expected the treatment I recieved at this facility, especially since it is a main store for Verizon. Ill try to keep this short. I walked in and the reps were busy, so I just start walking around until I see that one of them was free. As I start walking up to John, he seemed like an ok guy. I told him that I was told to come there to pick up a new sim card since mine wasnt working. He asked for my credentials so I gave it to him. He walked away, came back handed me the sims card, had me sign his tablet then walked away.😟 So in my head, Im like, I guess I put it in? I did put it together and asked a lady to help me make sure it worked because he just left me with no instructions, nothing. After she helped me she said all it needed was a few moments to load and that he did nothing wrong. I told her that it was the way the exchange went was unprofessional. Then he starts running from the mouth trying to argue with me and lied saying that he asked me if I needed help. If he did I wouldnt have had to ask the female for assistance. Once I seen that customer satisfaction wasnt a big deal here, I wished them a great day and left. Moral of this is that I will NOT EVER go back to this store. I will drive all the way to Beaumont for a great smile and outstanding customer service.

Tried to upgrade to a new phone and the salesman refused to do it and kept persistently trying to talk me out of it. After me constantly saying I still wanted the upgrade I finally gave up and we went to a different store. Ive never had a problem like this before but it was absolutely ridiculous! Snobby sales person, could careless if I purchased an upgrade or walked out of the store, never stopped cleaning her iPad, hardly made eye contact and I felt like it was a bother to have her answer my questions. Haven’t decide to move to another provider but will give Verizon another chance at another store. Went at 8:15pm on Saturday 11/23/13 and door was locked. After seeing the sign, the store was supposed to close at 9pm and was confused, but the person working did not open the door. While we walked away, 2 more people went up to open the door and had to walk away too. My mom and I were ready to buy, guess we will go to beaumont tomorrow.
