We had 2 brand new I-Phones 12’s purchased on our account by an unauthorized person or persons. It’s been almost a month and T Mobile still will not tell us who it was that stole from us. T Mobile will not show us the ID used to purchase the two new phones or even the video footage. We have been T Mobile customers for 14 years and this is how they treat us. Now we are working with PA Police Dept and they can’t even get this evidence from their Corporate Fraud Dept. We have been totally left in the dark on all of this… probably bc the T Mobile employee that sold these people the phones was in on it as well. I would not suggest anyone trust this store or T Mobile period.

I wanted to get the new iPhone SE 2020! The two ladies working were very quick and friendly. I wanted to keep the same number I had but when I didn’t know my account or PIN number from my other carrier, they took the time to try to figure out how to keep my number. It was a bit of a process but I got to keep my number and all of my information from my old phone! I just switched from straight talk a day ago and I’m liking the service so far. I’m only paying $13 a month for the phone and $65 for the plus service. So far so good.

Went to visit the Port Arthur store, when I walked in no wait and was greeted by Johnny G in which from the very beginning it was a great vibe. All through the whole process was great, got me a brand new iPhone X and I can’t wait to enjoy taking photos with it. Also if I have any questions Johnny told me just give him a shout and he’ll help me because he has one himself. This was just a great experience and his customer service was the best! If anyone needs anything come see Johnny and he’ll take care of you!

I just had one of the best cell phone experience ever when purchasing my Galaxy S7. The store manager,Beth, knows the importance of great customer service. She went above and beyond to satisfied me and my wife. She served us with a genuine smile. Her staff also appears to have her work ethics. Keep up the good job because excellent customer service is like a dinosaur now days!!!!!

Appreciate Johnny because hes such a nice person and always takes care of me every time I come in to the store. And it might be the last time I have to go in because he set me up with the App to pay my bill and now its way more easier. I will sadly miss the times on going in because it was such a great experience to chat with him and his peers.

Got here when the store opened and Johnny G was the first person to greet me and help me with my phone. It was just a simple button to be pressed, but ended up getting me a brand new phone that is the best one they have. Not only a new phone, but he seen that an iPad would be great full for me as well. He just got me everything I needed and provided the best service and not just him, his coworkers John and Erik were great as well. Come see this store by HEB and get the best service. Raven was a real great help, except trying to return the Apple watch 3 series which was suppose to be a series 4... i have to now go back to the store and talk to them about the escalation team to see if i can get the correct watch and return this one... they said they couldnt return the watch because i didnt have the receipt... but never mentioned to me that i could go thru the escalation team and have it returned...

Pretty terrible experience with Sprint all around. They sold me a liquid screen protector product that didnt hold up to the hype. Staff were really slow, as well. Sprint generally fails to impress on coverage and the pricing is deceptive. Id only choose this company if on a tight budget. Even still there are better options. I plan to switch.

Needed replacement phone setup. John at the Port Arthur Sprint store on hwy 365 had me in and out in a matter of minutes. There has been several times in the past I needed phones fixed and they are top shelf. Thank you.

Went into the store and was only going to paid the bill. And then the great salesman Johnny he went ahead and showed me a great speaker. The del was something that couldnt be passed up, he was great, and had me jamming out to the HK 4 speaker. This visit was one of the best Ive had. Also was great to come in and get the unlimited plan instead of having a limit johnny led me to the perfect plan.

My boyfriend went in there with a broken screen he was told that they could fix it. After leaving the phone a couple hours and paying a good 200 the phone was fixed... or so we thought. Ended up they upgraded the line to the same phone. We were paying 2 lease agreements for the same devicefor months. HORRIBLE now our account is being charged cancellation and bill is over a grand. I’ve never been so DISSATISFIED!!!!

We aware, this is not an actual sprint store. It is a authorized dealer. That means they usually give me the wrong answer. I have been sold items only to relieve a bill.Save your time and drive to Beaumont. If you have the time I would drive to a houston location.I have been with sprint since 1999, I love their customer service over the phone.

We were helped as soon as we walked into the door. Shane Ballon was a great help on getting our phone activated and our other questions answered. Were very pleased with our Sprint service and the Port Arthur store.

They are able to handle any problems and they are good at suggesting alternatives. Great attitudes and service.

My husband and I normally dred going in for upgrades/new phones, however, the manager at this location was AMAZING. It was an absolute pleasure talking with John. He was very knowledgable and he and his co-worker made our experience very pleasant.

I went in to get my phone replacement (that was send to my home via my insurance) activated. Upon receiving my iPhone 6plus at home and contacting customer service the activation was unsuccessful upon trying for 45min over the phone. I decided to go into the sprint store instead. I was warmly welcomed by Marianna. She was quick to assist my needs and after 10 minutes my phone was activated!! She not only was able to get my phone up and running but she also took her time to ensure I was able to retrieve all my info. I was such a happy camper I walked out with a new iPad as well! I must say, Ill walk into the sprint store over calling customer service any day now!!!

When I need help with my phone I come to this store. They are very friendly, helpful and do their job well. I would always reccomend them.

John is very helpful and his service skills are dangerous because you’ll literally walk out with the whole store, so if anybody needs help at the Port Arthur location look for Mr. John you won’t go wrong.

Here when you go to buy a new service they deceive you. Now there are some girls who look better but the service does not protect the client ...

Kennedy was rude and had zero respect for my time. Made me wait for 20 minutes for a screen protector and then when I received it 1/3 of the glass had bubbles. Staid on the phone with a personal call the entire time.

Johnny G helped me get set up with my iPhone 7 and Im loving it and havent had problems with my phone or bill and that was in July! The store manager Julie is awesome and takes care of you along with the other employees. Anytime I have had to go back for what ever reasons, if thats questions about my phone or a new case, I am always served with a smile and a true helping hand.The man underneath that talked down on this store and current employees must have came in when he was having a bad day. Manager which is a Middle aged white female, discriminates if you are not white. She’s clueless and doesn’t know how to do her job even though she just became manager. This was the worst experience I have ever had in a cell phone store. She needs to be fired ASAP because I spent 2 and a half hours and she changed my credit results to make me not want to purchase the phone.
