JCPENNEYs is my clothing store! Love their sales! Their clothes are high quality!

Open limited hours. Have very few staff members. Hard to get any help. The store doesnt look clean. Very disappointed.

Thank you JCPenney! Went to yalls 90% off diamond sell. And found my wedding ring! it was exactly what Ive been picturing in my mind! I couldnt believe I found it and only paid $25 for a real ring! Went back and got the necklace and earrings to match. For 50 more dollars absolutely love love love!

I got the wrong item shipped to me from an online order and returned it to my local store. The sales associate was very helpful in resolving the issue. I wish I would have caught her name!

Seems like their prices were higher than neccessaryfor the quality of their products. A set of full sheets were $80 for 300 thread count? I went to TJMax got a better quailty for $30! They were prettier too.

They are very unorganized. I was going to buy two pillows that were king size, and they were on sale. As soon as I waited forever to buy them, I checked them out and the price was different. I told the cashier that they were $2.99, not $11.99. She rudely told me that it was only the queen size, not the king. I took her to the box where it had said that it was $2.99. She saw this and told me that they were misplaced. I believe they should have workers that organize this to prevent any further confusion.

Horrible store. Everytime we have tried to shop at this store it has been hot in the store and the place is a mess. Definitely needs new management.

They never have more than one register open and you wait in line a long time after walking all over the store looking for a register thats open. Also every time i shop there they start sending me emails again and i have to unsubscribe. They should ask me before doing that.

It was a little warm in the store, but good service people in there.

Staff is friendly and inviting - very helpful. The salon is great. The manager is so knowledgeable she stopped by to make sure I received the everything I asked for. My stylist gave me more than I ever expected and I had complements on my hair everywhere I went.

I ordered 2 pair of shoes on 1/4/17 to be delivered by 1/12. I did not receive shoes, so I called today. I was told it would be a 5 minute wait that turned into 23 minutes. When I asked why my order was cancelled she said it was due to processing problem. She was very nice. She told me the wait for that dept. Was 10 minutes. After a total of 46 minutes, I gave up. The info on my sales slip is correct. I am not going to reorder the shoes again.

Despite of apparently fewer customers coming and little business, they are still surviving and maintaining store for the small town.

Way too hot in the store. Took forever to check out as the computer didnt work, employees were clueless. Will not be back any time soon.

Went to the cosmetics center (Sophora). Very helpful clerks. They helped me pick out a great gift (because I had no clue about cosmetics).

Great buys today. It was hard finding someone to assist me. But when I did the sales associate in appliances was nice and helpful.

I had a great experience I wanted my hair dye and I was surprise because I didnt no they have a beauty salon in jcoennys I enjoy the soft rinse water going through my scalp, I must admit I was nervous & biting my nails because the color turned out looking more Orange than honey bronze and they would not let me get out that chair until I was satisfied they used a lighter to get the color I request on there poster on the wall I pick out nice job well done the price ran 55 dollars cut and style & the smell of the hair products was very pleasant to my since of smell until I picked up the bill very reasonable for all, I have a low hair cut and they have this spray for natural hair it put curls in my natural hair no perms could leave this out of my reveiws

This store is very good, if you are not one to waste a lot of money on cloths. Every once and a while this store gives out huge discounts and sometimes even 10 dollar coupons!!

I went shopping at J.C.Penny to buy clothes for my baby boy.I found some very nice shirts marked at $4 on the shelves,and each shirt had a $4 sticker on it.At check out the cashier said the shirts were $7 and would not honor the marked price. I will never shop at J.C. Penny again.If you mark it at a certain price, you HONOR THAT MARKED PRICE. The only reason you got one star is because of the quality of the shirt was good.

I like the place they will always get my for something new and used. I have always liked this place.

I LOVE jcpenny! The prices are AMAZING. Only thing I dont like is it can be a little unorganized. But hey a store will never ne perfect. They have a good plus size section, sephora, lots of dressing rooms. The sales associates are always so helpful and kind.

Very messy store! Unlike any other JCP Ive ever been to. Complete and utter destruction in the clothing departments.

I used to really like JCPenny. Lately the store is unorganized and hard to find a cashier when youre ready to pay. The dressing rooms smell like urine and are always packed with clothes left by the customers. Ive noticed a lack of good skirts and dresses, some dresses look either too matronly and cheap or sleazy. There seems to be a lack of good clothes to make outfits out of, its a bunch of random things that dont match. Some of the dresses and skirts Ive seen look like repeats from a couple years ago too. They now have a Sephora in the store which is a plus, and I do like their selection of jewelry....not all of it, but I usually find a nice piece at a good price. I like the undergarments they sell for women also; however, they are also unorganized and all over the place so its hard to find your size. Get it together JCPenny, you used to be cool.

I had to search the store to find someone to help check me out. When i got to one check out i waited for five minutes and watched a woman make eye contact with me and walk away. Then we went after her and she was nowhere to be found. When we finally found someone they called someone up front just to make us wait another five minutes for the check out woman to take her time to get up to the front. Then when i explained to the woman about how no one would help me she argued with me. And continued to do so to everything i said.

Good sales, but trying to find sizes very hard as everything is mixed up. Could be more organized, but staff is nice.

I needed to exchange some pajamas that I had received as a birthday gift and I was very disappointed in the staff and the lack of courtesy that I found help me with this problem.... I doubt I will ever shop there again
