Greeted as soon as walking in door. They are taking precautions to protect employees and customers. Everything was explained and I was not hovered over or harassed. Buy one get one, great deal. Great service. This was my third store, I paid little more than I wanted but service was great.

I have never written a google review before, but I think my experience prompts one. Edward, the manager here is the nicest person I have ever met in customer service. I told him the kind of glasses I like and I did not pick one pair off the shelf. I loved every single pair he chose and I am usually very picky! He made sure we ran insurance and their specials to find the best deals and just went WAY out of his way for us. He has the best personality and we honestly need more people like him in this world!

No one answer the phone when you call and there is no voicemail. Tried to make an appointment on line and it was cancelled twice due to a scheduling conflict. Apparently they dont need the business.

I went to Visionworks looking for one pair of glasses today, and I was greeted with a buy one get one free deal! Wonderful surprise. I was helped by Tiffany, who was knowledgeable, extremely helpful, courteous, and really, really kind. She gave me a great experience and totally brightened my day. Great energy. I left happy with two unique pairs of great quality glasses. I’m really glad I chose Visionworks today.

The store was good helped me with my glasses and were professional about it the manager worked with me he was cool but I’ve been waiting 14 days for my glasses the lab broke my glasses the first time and vision works had to send them another pair of frames and all they had to do was pop my lenses in and send them back that was 4 days ago and still haven’t got my glasses the manager explained to me that I’d get a refund on the money I spent on my frames but I think the lab should pay me back the money they charged my insurance also they promised me 7 to 10 days and it’s been well over that the stores paying me back I think the money they charged my insurance should be paid back also

Edward helped me find the glasses that I love even though we had to go through 50 different ones. Also found ones on sale and got good prices. He was super patient and kind. Definitely recommend.

I think this is my second review in my entire life. We have VSP insurance and were told by our insurance company that we could have our glasses prescription filled here. I was hesitant. However, the second we walked in and were greeted by Edward, the manager, I knew we were in the best glasses place EVER. Not only is Edward super friendly and enthusiastic, he is super knowledgeable and professional. He knows his inventory and has been in the industry for 14 years. My husband filled his prescription yesterday and today I went back not because I needed a new pair of glasses but because I wanted a new pair of glasses after consulting with Edward.We will definitely be back and I can NOT recommend this Visionworks and Edward enough!

I was floored at how much money I saved getting my sons glasses here! I was quoted almost $500 for one pair at a local optometrist. I purchased two pair here for $384! Plus Tiffany was amazing! A+ service! This was the first time I ordered glasses by myself. My glasses broke, and Im a student with no money. I ordered the very basic because glasses are so expensive. I got my glasses in, but I couldnt take it. The glare that was coming through my glasses was distorting my vision pretty bad (Im not used to glare and didnt realize how much it would effect my vision). They helped me return my glasses and exchange the lenses with non-glare. It was a complicated order, but they were very patient and VERY helpful!
