Will not be back. Youre not allowed to browse for frames. If they do show you a pair you like the charges will not be applied correctly. They do not stand behind their time frame of delivery either. I was told 7 to 10 business days, called on the 9th day and was told, I dont know what youre calling for we told you 10 days. Now here we are 15 business days later and they still do not have them or know when they will have them.
There is an older lady who manages this place that is very rude. She makes up her own rules as she goes along. After being so disappointed by her attitude I went to another TSO and they were great! DO not go to Central mall drive. GO to Jefferson city in Port Arthur.
This store will hold you hostage with your prescription. I have a son away in college and can’t get appointment for three months. Just go without contacts for three months. I have been trying for a year to get this taken care of with no luck. I would suggest using another store if you wear contacts!!!!
Walked in was immediately greeted. It’s a very friendly atmosphere and everyone there takes their time and making sure everything is the way that you would prefer. The lady that helped me pick out my glasses “Kindra” she was AWESOME! I would definitely go back for my eyeglasses and contact lenses in the near future.

Love the staff here! Norine, Becky, Dr. Ford, and Pam are all so personable, friendly, and very thorough! My 7 year old had a great experience and we will definitely be back!
Stay away from this place. The staff is the most unhelpful, uncaring people Ive ever dealt with in my 30 years wearing rx eyewear.
Workers cant properly communicate to their customers the correct appointment days... I canceled tutoring at work to come the day they told me, only for them to tell me when I got here that my appointment was scheduled for three weeks from now... They need to replace their receptionist with one that actually knows how to look at a calendar.

The people there are really nice. They take time our ro explan everything to you. All your options. I must say the lady Mrs. Kindrea was awesome. She made sure the frame I pick out look fabulous on me. Due to the fact this my first time wearing glasses. Thank you all.
I personally stopped in to their office, told them I was coming in from Arizona and wanted to check and see if they took my insurance. They told me yes they did, I asked them to make sure, cause I didnt want to make an appointment if it wasnt going to be covered. They said they did take my insurance, so I made an appointment for two days later, giving the ample time to check and see if they accepted my insurance and call me back if they did not. They never called me back to say they did not, so I went in for my appointment. I had my eye exam and then they come to me and tell me..we dont accept your insurance you now owe us the full amount of the appointment.I told the DR that was examining me at the time... what is this?? I did ask them to dbl check and make sure they took my insurance, they did tell me they did multiple times, what they never bothered to check? I would not have kept or made my appointment if they had told me in the first place that they did not accept my insurance. He said he would take care of it and not to worry, so I didnt worry and things seemed to be taken care of until several months later when I received a bill for the full amount of my appointment.When I called in to ask why I received a bill, and I explained what the Dr had told me and what had happened, the billing lady got real snotty with me and said if I didnt pay it they would just send it to collections. Now at the moment my credit score is 720, so her attitude that I need to pay for the mistakes made by people working in that office really upset me... but I still didnt yell at her, the fact that she wanted the money in 1 day was also laughable but upset me even more, and I still didnt yell at the woman on the other end of the phone.I did state that it is not my responsibility to babysit her employees to see that they are doing their job. I did tell you I was coming from out of state and that you needed to double check that you did accept my insurance, it is not my fault that they were so greedy that they didnt not bother to check and see if they did or did not take my insurance, even though they had plenty of time to do so. It is not my fault that they dont know enough to make sure an out of state customers insurance will or wont be usable in there office.And I am on social security disability, so I have a very small income, and I do not have extra money to pay out to people that have no ability to do their jobs. And I dont believe it is my responsibility to pay for the mistakes of people working in this office, It WAS THEIR RESPONSIBILITY to check my insurance to make sure they took it, not mine, as I would have no way to do that.THEY DID NOT check it at all!!! They should have been able to tell me BEFORE my appointment that if I continued with my it I would owe them money because my insurance would not cover it.As far as I am concerned, they are no better than a common thief. They are trying to steal money that they dont deserve, because they did not do their job, hell they didnt even give me my glasses prescription, so I cant go someplace else and get my contacts either.
I was looking at glasses and was told that I could not look because they had customers sitting by were the glasses are, which is out in the lobby just like all eyeglasse store. If thats a problem due to hepa or whatever than maybe you should move the customers to a different area. I like to look at the glasses before so I know if I want to order from here or not. Will not ever go here for eyesglasses.
I moved out of state and I broke the arm on my glasses. When I called they were extremely professional and helpful. They determined exactly what I needed to make the repair and solved the problem. Good experience.

Horrible customer service. Very rude workers. Called to make a complaint and office manger said she had to check my story. She never apologized for any inconvenience. I will never use these terrible people again. If I could give less than a star, I would.
Second time here and they keep messing up waited a month for my work lenses to come in I get them and there all blurry not the right prescription this the second time this happens this place sucks I recommend the tso on twin city is better always gets it right the first time I been going there for 15 years idk why I came to this place good luck to y’all if y’all come here
