I had asked a older lady if she could size my ring finger for my husband. I had told her I needed it so my husband could finally stop asking me. He wants to get me a ring. I was looking and saw one I really like. I dont know if its because she knew I was not buying anything but she made me feel very unwelcomed and as a guy who works there walks up she turns her head looks at him and gives him a look like She just needs to go her eyes got all big and everything. I was there maybe 15 min. Needless to say I will ask my husband to not bring his busniess here. I work customer service and if doing your job is a problem get a new one

I just wanted to say, Thank you to Brad at the Port Arthur Central Mall store for what you did. We went in there and bought a necklace and I noticed the bears for sale to help St. Judes hospital, he helped me out with our purchase. Thank you sir, you and your staff are excellent.

Fantastic experience dealing with Kay Jewerers. Having inherited my mother- laws wedding band set I went to Kay’s to have them make them a size larger. I was overwhelmed over the work done & the cleaning they did to make these rings shine like new! The cost was so worth it to wear now & have these rings to pass on to another generation! After speaking to multiple jewelers to try and find a replacement for a lost earring, Kay was the ONLY one that suggested I bring in the one earring I had and they would make a match of it for vs buy a whole new set!!!
