Nice easy access ladys in office were easy to deal with and very helpful only down side was the spiders but for an outside unit in Texas not much you could do about it

My mother had been a long-time customer of Life Storage. Recently, I was charged with the item-removal task of the three units she rented at this location (#343). Despite the fact that they were losing a valued customer, the manager Chrissy was so helpful and made this emotionally and logistically difficult task so much easier.

My husband and I have used Uncle Bobs Storage twice and it has been a great experience both times. The facility is always clean. We never have to worry about bugs in our storage space, and the staff is super friendly. When we no longer needed our large storage, the staff was more than willing to help us find a smaller space that was better suited to our needs. The best thing about the storage-to-storage move was that we got a credit to our account which was almost like having a discount for the first month in our new space. I always recommend them to others who are looking for a storage. Unlike the horror stories that Ive heard about storage facilities in the past, NOTHING has ever come up missing from our storage. Its a very safe place to store your things.

This is my 2nd time using this facility. I highly recommend it. Sharita was very polite, great customer service, and made it easy to complete the rental process. NOTE: So far, this place has not flooded even during high flooding disasters. I was using it during hurricane Harvey - it flooded all around the area, but not in this building.

Great facility with excellent service. Its pricing is on the higher end, but not outrageous. They also have incentives for months free or half off. Access to the units is limited between 6:00 AM and 9:00 PM. I did not expect that part since my last unit I could access whenever. You can pay online which makes it absolutely worth it.

My problem with Life Storage even though Ive had a unit here for a couple of years now is they will not work with you if you are on a fixed income you have to pay at the first of the month some people that are retired or disabled do not get their money at the first of the month and they dont care theyre going for that late fee because theyve gotten very very expensive since Harvey they took away the dumpster. You have carry ypur trash off the premises. I dont know maybe three stars is too much for them the personally I think they should work with their customers a little bit more and offer them instead of paying at the first of the month if they want and pay it the 15th of the month they should allow it without it racking up $50 every month extra in late fees. For the high rates one would think they would provide a dumpster. If you are looking for long term storage. I would go somewhere else.

Been using this storage area for 3 years, the staff here always nice and helpful. My only complaint is that they used to have a dumpster and box recycle bin and apparently people abused the priveledge after the Hurricane and ruined it for everyone else. Now theres nowhere to throw garbage away or boxes. The staff is great though.

I am a disabled veteran and I have been using the Uncle Bobs storage unit for quite a while. I have always been treated like family not a customer. I do have several issues that I am dealing with which makes me very sick too often, The associates at this facility call to check on me and give support when I am not around or havent been to my storage in a while. I love that not just because I am late with my payment or havent made my payment these associates work with me as much as possible encouraging me to make sure that I am okay first before any payment discussion comes up. I am made to feel part of the family and not just one of the customers. I thank the Uncle Bob family for making my struggles a whole lot lighter because they show me that they care.
