Its good!! Great place to buy parts and oil for your car but some of the employees dont always help you out when you need to find the right oil for your car!!! So Google is also your friend!

I am an RN, just off work with a failing battery. Have a full day tomorrow and the car barely turned over tonight. Pretty sure I was one of the last customers at the Port Charlotte Autozone tonight, but they didnt bat an eye. I was expecting them to say come back tomorrow. But one of the staff got the manager Joe Martel and he tested the battery...major fail, gave me options, put in a new battery and even threw in a couple auto tips. My Babe and I absolutely recommend this location. They are kind, helpful, knowledgeable and respectful. When my man was on a trip i had to fix my car. As a female I like to think I know more than the average female (i know, no surprise). Well I had to get a part for my car. A Bleeder screw, i knew I needed this part because i broke the top off of it, anyway.... I went to my store (this location) and another in Murdock. My location didnt have the part so I went to the other location that did. Sad to say I was treated as if I was ignorant. While I understand that the gentleman is older and that a woman such as myself isnt common, I do believe I could have been treated with more respect than an assumption of who he was dealing with. Needless to say I will surely stick with my location and the staff there.*** See ya soon yall! 👍😁🇺🇸

Nice people, very helpful. Limited selection of windshield wipers. Didnt have the brand I prefer, but couldnt wait to go somewhere else. Employee replaced the wipers for me, a service they provide. Really helped out because the equipment in the package didnt include the correct piece for attachment.

Great parts at great price and you can not beat convenience and lifetime warranty.Buying off the internet might be cheaper in some cases but warranty is the issue.If part goes bad seller or manufacturer may not necessarily stand behind it or it will take you very long time to replace. At auto zone you can get it replaced in a flash.

Helpful staff, pleasant and knowledgeable. I have compared their prices to advanced auto and they were considerably less expensive on a few things.They generally have what I need in stock, but if not they are able to get it in the same day and not charge shipping.

This is the one place where they treat a customer like it matters They will call competitors for the best price Sell you parts and install them if possible And all with a Smile You can borrow tools but sometimes they dont get returned.

First I went to two other auto parts store. AutoZone was the only store to have the fuse that I was looking for.

I lived right by this Auto Zone. I always try to use Auto Zone because my cars are saved in there website so I can check part availability before I walk up, they have reward points every time you spend over $20.00 you get a point save five points you get a $20.00 credit ( points expire now ).The thing that makes this Auto Zone great is there I an Orilies Auto and Napa walking distance. There is also a Cal Ranch right across the street for bolts and nuts.

When you walk in the store they say hello and ask you if you need any assistance. As a woman I appreciated this. Very helpful.

My go to car parts place. Super friendly staff and helpful. They will even test your alternator here and check on what error code your car is spitting out at you.

Usually they have higher prices so I usually go elsewhere, but this time all five needed items were each lower in cost plus they have me a 10% courtesy discount! Although the part I purchased was the entire assembly and I only needed the top half, the salesman was very helpful.

I choose Autozone over Advanced Auto because they honor Uber Driver rates. That being said theyve always gone out of their way to help me. So far, theyve always had what I need in stock & they have a rewards program.

Sometimes a little slow because of AutoZone being to cheap to hire help at a living wage. If you wait patiently, those employees are very helpful and do a wonderful job at helping the customer save . There terrific !!

Disappointing.The associate failed to credit my rewards card and told me I have to call AutoZone to get the points. He knew I had the card. I placed it on the counter in front of him. I asked him to apply the sale...and he still failed to do it.Now I get to spend my time on the phone correcting his mistake.Also another persons name appeared with my phone number attached to it and when I asked the associate to check that he lost the display on the screen and couldnt retrieve it.Now Im worried someone else might be accessing my account and getting my credits.The associate should have corrected his mistake. I should not have to spend my time doing it especially since I pointed out in several ways I had a rewards card.I have to rethink going back there.There are other stores in my area.Im giving one star because they dont post if you choose zero stars.There were other issues, but this is enough for one post.I did have to return an item and that was a real challenge.All in all I may buy from AutoZone again, but using the store in Port Charlotte will be my last choice!

A lot of the employees are not knowledgeable about cars. One lady, a manger especially. She had no idea what bondo or fiberglass was. Most any part I asked her about she had no clue what it was for. I do not understand how someone can manage a part store with zero knowledge. Other than that store is clean and they usually have everything in stock or can order if you need it. Much like any AutoZone.
