Buyer beware !!! NAPA has bbb rating of F 1.28average review . On 02/05/2021 I have purchased AGM Legend battery from this store, When I brought it home I discovered it was only 68% charged .Decided to give it a try. in 2 month I needed a jumpstart. Automatically thought its alternator. Took it out brought to AutoZone and it checked as good. Checked battery to my amazement it was 11.2 volts .Charged it a few days latter stuck again. When brought to store for replacement found out this store is so disorganized, they attempted to deny I purchased it from them altogether from the very start. So keep all of your paper receipts.!!!It took sales rep some 20 min to finally find the order. They gave me similar battery ( 2 month old) as replacement, I bring it home to find out its also deeply discharged at 68% Brought it back and they offered me 6 month old battery as replacement . :) Saying they dont have anything else. store has very limited amounts .Maybe its good for parts, I dont know, but definitely not a place to buy new car battery.my 3 year old battery from walmart measuring at 95% after 3 yrs .No reason for AGM battery be so deeply discharged sitting o shelf for 2 month. It could be ok but it needs to be recharged every few day snot holding the charge very well. I have sent request to regional tampa office and received one word : resolved . entire place is a joke,. They dont care for customers,. And they dont honor their warranty either, Not only warranty they sold me junk to begin with. its not warranty .It should not even count as warranty when you sell defective product to start with. Would never buy anything again from them ever,

NAPA always has what I need and if they dont they get in the next day. Great service!

Ian you really need to find a min customer service job u are rude and have the personality of a wet mop. Manager and delivery driver were soooo awesome prices are way to high not sure how they are even in business still. .

They didnt have what I was looking for but I found another thing I needed. Not a total bust!

Was planning to spend a few hundred dollars in supplies but the prices where some of the highest Ive seen.

They beat Autozone by 20% on an item. Bought it there and took the other one back to AutoZone for a refund.

The parts guy was polite and helpful and they had mympart in stock so inwas happy this is a good napa location

Extremely rude and unprofessional. I saw them rudely kick a disabled person out because they had a medical condition that doesnt allow them to wear a mask. The person left. I also left and went Advance auto where they are courteous and professional.

They sold me an item for $16.49 that AutoZone charged me $19.99. I need to rethink which auto parts store is my go to store. Fortunately, AZ refunded my money.

By far the best place we have shopped for car parts! Customer service skills are top notch! They went above and beyond for my husband and I, as far as giving us a ride back to are truck too! Great people! We will be doing business with them again!

Real auto parts store. Not like the stores that only carry the most popular items. NAPA has or will get promptly, items that are needed even by older or less popular vehicles; even tractors.

I was without power for a week following hurricane Irma. Mike Stanek and his team were able to provide generators when supply was very limited. He also had me on the road again in no time by replacing my car battery within the same week. Top notch service, professional, and trustworthy!

Awesome customer service!!! We had a situation with the wifes car battery and needed to replace it. I knew that I had purchased the previous battery from NAPA but didnt have the receipt and thought it would be an issue with the warranty. After a not so great experience at the Punta Gorda NAPA, I decided to try my luck at the Port Charlotte store. I explained my situation to Diana who was more than helpful and went the extra mile searching vehicle specific purchases for my car all the way back to 2016!!! She found it in a matter of minutes and said that she had the battery in stock and my original battery was still under warranty so I could get prorated! Extremely pleased with the experience and will certainly continue using NAPA! Thanks for a great experience!!!

During the hurricane, this store notified the public about deliveries on all essential products, like Generators and Gas cans. Because of this, my family and I were able to get these products that made dealing with a natural disaster more bearable. Mike stanek did an incredible job and treated my family with such respect! Altho helpful on details inside, being a woman that doesnt know fuses or windshield wipers(making it clear)-- you would think that maybe even an offer to help at least with wipers wouldnt be out of context. But it isnt autozone...thank God for my son.

Went to Patriot NAPA this AM to purchase 2 cans of Sea Foam ($11.49/can or $6.90/can on line. Wished to return a remote starter button which I had recently purchased and did not need (it was $44). Man at counter harassed me about the return and intimated that I was being dishonest about the transaction. (I had paid cash). Turns out everybody but me has a lower price and he thought I was trying to cheat NAPA. Calling your customer dishonest; very bad customer service.

I have dealt with these guys for years. Sometimes they dont have what I need but they have always been helpful for me. The prices on alternators, starters, power steering pumps and gasket sets seem fair. Sometimes I can beat them on the internet but must pay shipping and wait for the part to arrive. I would imagine its much tougher now days to compete with China and used parts on Craigslist and the internet than it was ten years ago. They have never given me bad info or wrong parts. If it wasnt for the internet theyd be a primary source for me.

They made me a new hydraulic line for my backhoe and 5 gallons of hydraulic fluid
