Ginger at the Port Charlotte store was absolutely fantastic helping us with our mattresses purchase. She showed us several mattresses, but she listened to us in the beginning and showed the one she knew would work for us first. Shes very intuitive and and very nice, no aggressive tactics or BS. Ive been a commissioned sales person for the past 30 years and I was waiting for the hard close, luckily it didnt happen, she didnt need to her demeanor and knowledge was plenty and just what we needed.If you go to rooms to go, ask for GINGER, youll be glad you did.

The best furniture shopping experience by far! Barney was absolutely the best and is what made the experience! He walked the store with us piecing our living room together! He took a pillow around the store to help me pick a rug (he has an eye for this!) once I had my living room build and everything paid for ready to walk out the door I spotted a fire place. Barney walked across the store to grab the side table we purchased to set it next to the fireplace so I could see how they matched. Talk about customer service!! He then said I know you want a fireplace but does it have to be this one? He then walked us around and showed us the perfect one! Did I mention it was $100 less! Barney isn’t about trying to make you spend the most he about trying to match you to what you want. We will back without a doubt! Sales department was great. Delivery not so much broken pieces. They left it in our house till a new one could get delivered almost 2 weeks later new one comes its broke as well so now we sit an wait again didnt even sign for it the driver just left an said call the number. No offer on discount or anything from the store. Im more upset i said i dont want it and the driver up an left.

Wow!!! The showroom was beautiful and the experience was A++... I went in with intentions of only buying a bedroom. After listening to my needs, the sales professional found me the perfect bedroom and gave me a demonstration on a mattress and adjustable base. The bedroom was on back order like everywhere else, but I can use the adjustable base and mattress while waiting! I didnt expect to spend that much, but the financing offered is interest free and make it extremely affordable. I was also recommended a rug for my bedroom to help complete the room. I would have never of thought about getting a rug with my bedroom, but after looking up some pictures online, I quickly agreed and picked out the perfect one... The store manager and assistant manager were also walking around and thanked me for my business. It made me feel more than just a paycheck for these people. Thank you Rooms To Go! I will be back for a patio set I saw on the way out!!

One of the salesmen opened the door for me and my mother in law who was in a wheelchair. My husband is a double amputee . We told him we were looking for a cloth recliner. He proceeded to take us around the ENTIRE store picking out leather recliners. We stated again no leather please. There was not one cloth recliner in the store! When we finished the tour, my husband went to get the car and I was left to take my wheelchair bound MIL out of the store, as the guy stood there watching me struggle. No handicap doors. I felt like because he didnt make a sale he couldnt bother to hold the door anymore. What a nice boy...

I went into RTG about a month ago looking for a new set of couches and their associate, Pierre, showed me a beautiful reclining set with cup holders and wireless charging in the middle cushion that arrived a few days ago and I must say, outstanding! I didn’t know which set of couches to choose from and Pierre took his time and really helped me decide which couch would better suit my lifestyle. Great customer service and great quality furniture. This has already become one of the best investments I’ve made recently. 10/10 customer service and 10/10 furniture!

Me and my family have been buying furniture at this location for years. Initially I had no relationship with the store but after trouble with a piece we had bought I had to ask for customer service getting it resolved and I have to say I have rarely if ever received such amazing assistance. They were beyond understanding, to the point where they acted as though it were their own money involved or I was a friend or family. Its to the point where I would consider the manager Mike almost a personal friend for how well and often we communicated throughout all of his numerous efforts to find a fair and equitable resolution. I will never buy furniture anywhere else. For sales ask for Ginger, she is extremely attentive and works to find the best deals.

Dennis was so helpful today! I have a dining room table thats in great shape but I wanted to update the chairs. I had an idea of what I wanted and he was able to show me several options. Once I decided on the prefect one, he had my order checked out and delivery setup - all within probably 30 min! We bought our living room set with them about 2 years ago as well and have loved it! Bought patio furniture had to wait over a week for delivery. When they got here the delivery truck was desheveled boxes a mess. The driver called us to the truck and tried to hand me pieces of one of our chairs it was destroyed. After seeing how they were throwing the other items in the truck around we told them to take both our items back. We are in the process of getting a refund. We took our business somewhere else!
