The millennial behind the register had a serious attitude problem. I tried to get an email receipt but she pressed the button too fast to bypass it. When I explained to her why its important that I have an email receipt she blew me off and told me to go to customer service. She expressed no interest in customer service and no remorse for causing me a huge headache. this isnt the first time Ive had a problem with cashiers at home Depot by passing the email screen. This snot-nosed kid had the audacity to tell me that it was my fault and she cant bypass that screen.
Ive always gotten good guidance from the pro desk. As a novice in much of the building aspect, they always speak to me in a manner I can relate to.
I love this place. Just the right amount of help and friendliness!
