I love Starbucks but I dont understand why it shut down at the mall! I love their mocha cappuccinos

Literally never ever complained about a Starbucks. Ever. Never sent a drink back and never complained about the taste until today. My salted caramel mocha tastes like someone poured an entire salt shaker into it and then didnt feel like fixing it so gave it to me the way it is. I drank half of it telling myself not to complain until I took a final sip and got a ball of salt I crunched on. As you can see in the picture, the remains of the salt are clumped up at the bottom. Crunching on FULL SALT CRYSTALS is DISGUSTING. Even if it was sugar it would be kind of gross to crunch on the crystals. Yuck.

Overpriced mediocre coffee served with pretention to karens/kevins

I love my iced mocha latte from there. When I cant stop it I will buy it in the grocery store.

The only reason why I gave 2 stars is because this Starbucks in the Mall doesnt carry Multi Grain Bagels or Oatmeal. I sometimes like to have breakfast at the Mall and it is disappointing that a Starbucks in the Mall where there are lots of people do not carry what other Starbucks always carry, Multi Grain Bagels and Oatmeal. On the positive side, the coffee is always good and hot. Manager, if you read this review, try to satisfy your customers and please carry what other Starbucks always carry and you will get 5 Stars from me, otherwise 2 stars for now.

Was craving iced peppermint mocha, it was so good.

Very organized, efficient, kind people.

I am not fond of this Starbucks. I try to go to the one in north port! I have a 30:70 (ratio) chance of them getting my drink right here. 30% being the times they get it right. I order a very specific drink and have for years and it seems the may not be trained well here or they are rushing too much. Im not sure but I have literally started getting a smoothie when I go to the mall because I got tired of getting a drink that wasnt what I asked for! Best of luck if you order something specific!

I just wanted a black, high roast drip here. They had to make some, as they had none. It took ages. It was a good enough strong brew. I didnt mind the place and the staff were friendly enough. Its a tiny store, with seating outside. If youre here and you want coffee, itll do.

The quintessential coffee for good shopping!!

What a disaterous place to try to get into. The driveway in and out is not only confusing but very dangerous to try to get in and out of without getting hit. I definitely wont go there again as its not just the dangerous situations of getting in and out its just ridiculous to go and pay $4-$10 for a cup of coffee when Wawa down the street is only $1.00 and has so much better coffee with many flavors.

We love this Starbucks! Not just for the coffee but for how the team members remember our name and our drinks. We love small town coffee shops and being in here takes us back. Many thanks to this team for truly being top notch.

Wish they still had the java chip frappe. That was my favorite. The tea is pretty good. Caramel macchiato is really good also.

I use to enjoy this location. It’s went down hill big time. The service was bad, coffee was disgusting, floor and counters were dirty.

I love everyone who works there. They really go out of their way to make sure they get every order just right and i love walking in there to see smiles and them knowing my name.

They need to bring back their skinny mochas.

I like getting White Girl Wasted here.... great atmosphere and friendly staff. They always know my order as soon as I get to the register (I come here 4-5 times a week).

The staff at this store don’t care at all about serving their customers. I had at wait for three baristas to finish their personal conversation before even being acknowledged. And the lady who made my cool lime refresher put over SIX lime slices in when recipe calls for one. Great attention to detail. Will not be coming back here.

The staff are very genuine and hospitable, and the place looks very clean. Four stars because the coffee was good but not amazing, and there is pretty much no room in the place to sit down and enjoy the coffee. This location is more of a “walk-through” starbucks.

So this location doesnt serve tea very often. When asked, the young men behind the counter disnt know the price. Then, when we asked for honey, they looked at us funny and rooted around the kitchen, eventually handing me a handful of packets. The tea was good, because its pretty hard to screw up tea. But I wasnt impressed with the level of customer service.

The coffee is good, but they arent as personable or friendly even as other StarBucks locations. Also they use the lobby/wait area for storage so it gets cramped quickly. Im sure both have a lot to do with location and store layout. But that also means I dont get the come have a seat feeling. If I stop in, its always a grab and go situation.

Im not really too fond of the place. It really doesnt have much that I really like. It might not appeal to me but it might appeal to other people with their coffee drinkers but Im not a coffee drinker so I wouldnt know. This is my honest opinion not that I wouldnt get anything from Starbucks but it just doesnt appeal to me not my kind of place

I love Star Bucks and I am a gold member. I visited this location because it was convenient at the mall. I ordered a Pumpkin Spice Latte over the mobile app and when I arrived 20 minutes later to pick it up they had not even gotten to the order. When I asked for my item to be made they apologized and told me to wait at the end. There was no one else in the store waiting. This place is just disorganized.

Delicious, ran out of cup holders though

The frappuccino here isnt as good as the other Starbucks Ive been to. They always lack sweetness. I always have to add more syrup. And then, i ordered online, it didnt print out my sticker or receipt. i was left there waiting for 15 mins . I wouldnt get my order until i talked to your Barista. it happened to me twice. And the barista would give me an attitude as if i was lying. That really pisses me off.

Decaf was broken. Had to settle for regular.

Wonderful location, upbeat positive staff who go out of their way to be sure you have your order the way you like it. Always with a smile. And they still have the Pumpkin spice!!!

Store is always fast and clean

Saturday morning staff are awesome. Very attentive ladies with great attitudes. Very pleased with this location.

This location was messy, and no where on par with Starbucks standards. Staff was unprofessional. The wait time was both disappointing and shocking, especially when they were not busy.I had to wait unnecessarily longer just for them to mess up on my frappe.

Love the green ice tea. Friendly workers.

The barista there, I think his name was John, wow was good.

This girl really have bad attitute as employe, I ask her about happy hour and shes not even answer it as nicely and just quite when I ask her can I make my coffee with ice, I dont see her name tag but shes with glasses, short hair and have nose piece

Way to costly for what you get

This has always been my go to Starbucks when in town. A typical mall Starbucks, small but ideal for my needs, pickup and go. The staff are very attentive and personable.

Definently recommend the Mango Dragonfruit Refresher for the summer!

Ask for a water - nice not rude but took half in hour three employee satan in back and did nothing if I was at himh takes me less then 10 seconds to fill up a water disappointing

Nice staff.. tall latte extra shot.... will be back again and again.. luv it.

No where to sit let alone stand. The wait time is horrendous and youll be cramped in a semi circle for 15 minutes after getting through the line out the door. The prices for the food is a bit much and they do not refresh the food as often leaving u with whatever leftovers by mid afternoon. I find my frappuccino to be very liquidy and the coffee always taste burnt. Its just a little too deeply roasted for my taste. Most of the staff seem to be lost or unorganized but pretty friendly. I give it 3 stars despite all of this because they make my drink how I want it and it always taste consistently good.

I have been there a few times I always get the same drink no matter which store I go to. This is the only store that never seems to get it the same. Today my friend ordered a white chocolate mocha frap (my usual) and it was not- even when sheasked if itwas right because she always gets it for me they said yes when they knew it wasnt. This was the third and final time Ill drive to another not wasting my money again!

I ordered a grande iced caramel machinations and a pumpkin cheesecake muffin through the app out of convenience and the line being long. They gave me a tall instead of the grande and I had to ask for the bakery item even though both were supposed to be ready at the same time. I was told by the barista that I didnt order a bakery item even though on my drink it said item 2 of 2. I understand that they were busy but I paid for a grande not a tall and a bakery item. i just ended up walkimg away because I couldnt get anyones attention to fix my order. I will not be ordering from this starbucks again.

Callie is extremely rude and unprofessional! Because of her I will NOT be back and WILL warn people about this awful Starbucks!!
