Worst gas station. Don’t come here after 8pm if you have kids to change diaper orUse the bathroom don’t bother it’s closed their too worried about crack heads in their bathroom. They’ll never get my Business I’ll run out of gas before I stop here.

Update the guys who stole the money was arrested. He his the empty wallet. Above the managers desk . The best part. 711 insurance is supposed to call me with in a day its been week and now there avoiding my calls. While this runs my family further further in debtthis store is ridiculous . I went into the store and the manager and clerk on duty asked me to look out the window to check who was trying to pump gas at 9:15 at night . while doing this i had my first last sec in my wallet . .. I was moving out of an Apartment into a house. We were on our way to pay . when i realized i was missing my wallet.; the manager checked the tapes to tell me that my wallet was not there it disappeared and calling the police wouldnt help i felt uneasy when i called the police they watched the tapes guess what 7 11 stole the wallet and the manager covered it up. The next day i called 711 in pg and fort myers finally a fort myers employee answered the phone to tell me that charlotte sheriffs are there taking all the tapes for evidence as they started a in house investigation . the investigation on my wallet showed more theft and corruption and this leads to bringing managers from miami etc to run the stores. Its been 7 days i have to get my ID all my bank cards etc cancel waiting on new ones, but i have no cash no cards no id anc i am on the verge of being homeless and 7 11 says sorry but /we have our own issues right now as our employees were steeling from us too!

Ordered their delivery service. The mini tacos were cold and rock like and the burger was moldy. Dont get food from this place unless you want to get sick.

If you want to buy lottery tickets then you gotta find the right cashier to use your debit card. Makes me mad af when I go there and 1 cashier says yes sir you can get lottery with your debit card and 10 minutes later cashier #2 says hell no you cant buy lottery tickets with your debit card. Wth make up yalls mind.

My debit card was hacked via PRABHU App. Its a money transfer app used in India.! Stay away, there under fraud investigation.

This is, by far, the worst 7 eleven Ive ever been to. Their bathrooms were somewhat clean, with toilet paper all over the place. However, the employees at 9am were rude and very inconsiderate. I was next in line, but the person who was going to check me out, turned to check their phone, doing something else, and told me she will get you. When I looked over to the next line, two people had already been waiting. I am disappointed in this horrid customer service.

Customer service is horrible. The manager is always yelling at the employees in front of the customersI stop here a lot, but..not sure anymore. Think Ill go up to WAWA. At least those people are nice, and have a better attitude.Still cant believe what I hear almost everytime i wakk into this store.

Place is nasty. floors are havent been mopped in days. Bathrooms not clean. Trash in parking not and all cans not emptied in the store and outside the store. When i brought the issue to employees they said dont shop here then.

They never have coffee made at 5:30am. The excuse is there busy. Maybe they are IDK. But out of 6 days a week and different employees maybe 3 days there is coffee made.

One person working slow with a line of 10.. wasted my time

I cant find no ice in this area and this people give me a few cups of ice to put in my cooler for my kids drinks to pass this night whit cold milk and food.

Last time I went to 7-Eleven I got very poor service and the staff was not very helpful at all it was for a quick bite I was very unfamiliar with the store I was with someone else and they were very rude the staff should be nicer and much more friendlier that was around noon time and I was on a Wednesday afternoon I need more work on their customer service
