Wow does this place make me MISS WALGREENS. The workers here are rude and unorganized, and I am suffering because of it. How hard can it be to type in a NADEAN#? For the love of God!!!

CVS may be good for some things, but for getting a Covid test I would try elsewhere. They are very disorganized. We had an appointment (made online) for 10:20am. We pull up and there are 4 cars in front of me ?? Seems like they don’t do their scheduling correctly or something. How long does it take to swab your nose and throw it in a bag and toss it in the slot? If I remember correctly the appointments were 20mins apart so that means the car in front had a 9:20am appointment. After waiting the line went a little quicker than expected and we were services at 10:32am not great but not horrible. I added one more star.

Waiting in line for a medicine for 15 minutes and still no movement. Seem understaffed Frustration.

Not great service I take a sleeping medication and it ran out when I called the automatic number it said it was ready when I went in it was not when Inquired about I was treated like I was bothering them or that I am a problem

Im sorry, CVS is a pharmacy, when you close at 6 that is a terrible failure! Just mad I cant switch with my meds. Its really bad for people who work normal hour jobs! Useless store/pharmacy!

Phone call review: I was calling to ask questions for a comparison to choose a pharmacy from my insurance list. Kathy in the pharmacy was very professional and answered all my questions, checking for a source on one of my drugs. All this help even for a comparison query. Thank you, Kathy!

Very conveniently located at the corner of Harborview and US 41. The people are very friendly, I have never seen it crowded, and it is a clean, tidy, well-stocked store.

If you want to be treated like a criminal, this is the place to go! Every single time I try to fill my ADHD prescription, the hack pharmacists that work here find some asinine reason to deny me. Always a new reason and always bullshit because when I go to a different CVS, I am able to fill my prescription with no issues whatsoever. RUDE pharmacists that spew misinformation for the sole purpose of blowing people off so they dont have to do their ACTUAL job of filling prescriptions. I cannot stress enough: DO NOT go to this pharmacy if you are taking any type of controlled substance. I have been accused of altering my prescription, of trying to fill more than one at a time and of trying to fill my prescription early in order to have more on hand. Its absolutely BEYOND insulting to be treated like some sort of drug addict junkie just because I have ADHD and need medication. Whoever that old, brown haired pharmacist is with the bug up her ass needs to be fired. She is unprofessional and a pain in my ass. Never going back here again, and I suggest you dont either. If I could give negative stars I would.

Extremely helpful people. Have had problems with my sons meds from time to time and CVs goes out of their way to help mitigate the situation..from giving partial refills until I can get a script filled to checking other CVs to see if they can obtain meds to calling DRs office to clarify details concerning potential problems.....great staff..keep up the good work.

After years of dealing with this store .no planed return trip after having to deal with the rude old bat at the register ..left our stuff and walked out
