Mr. Bill was the only person on the floor, juggling both the picture center, the register, and everything else. This poor guy must have been at his wits end yet still he found time to be polite and made the sincerest attempt to get my daughter and I out in out in a timely fashion. Bill is the reason I choose to shop here.

A full service Wealth and Wellness Pharmacy with drive through pick up. They also have a photo department. This store offers a wide variety of over the counter health products, wellness items sundries, cold drinks, prescription medication fulfillment and a friendly staff.

I’ve been at this pharmacy a few years and have great experiences. Not every visit is spectacular as there can be a wait- like anywhere. I don’t mind though because I can see how many tasks and people they are taking care of at once while the phones ring non stop. I’ve heard other customers be rude often and I can’t imagine being treated like that daily. I trust the pharmacists to ask medical questions or recommendations. The manager helped to get all my medications filled at the same time each time. The ladies working in the pharmacy recognize me and have even spent quite some time helping me to learn the Walgreens app! Unfortunately, they are understaffed but most places are. I’m nice to them and they are kind to me.

Would not make accommodations for me being hard of hearing when I asked pharmacist to take down her mask so I could read her lips. Would rather shout while we discuss personal information. Not helpful at all

No issues this time around. About a year ago we had a rude manager but I’m not sure she’s there anymore. Had what we needed today. Polite workers.

This review is very special to me about the pharmacist and her staff. My wife is Vietnamese and her first time having to take medication. The pharmacy staff and the pharmacist new it would be better if they printed out her medication in Vietnamese so she could understand how to take her meds properly. I have been a customer for years now with them and I just want to thank them for everything

Never been in a wal greens with almost 7$ for a cheap hairspray, and one other brand that was almost 10 get real people cant afford to pay that much for a can of bad hairspray. Lower your prices and get some other brands.

They never have a prescription ready when its supposed to be and then inconvenience you by telling you to come back. Then they screw with the app and you have to call corporate to fix it.

I do a lot of shopping at this store I find everything I need and a lot of things are on sale and I get points and I use my points to pay for my bill its just a really good store I love it

Got my vaccination easily and quickly

Lines are always long. You can call 50 x they will give you 50 different answers

Still seem prejudiced about people suffering from chronic pain but not as bad as others. Still a source of increased suffering. But clerks are very efficient, friendly and helpful. Keeps it from a one star review.

Oh I love the staff and pharmacy staff at this Walgreens! They have always been extremely helpful, extremely nice, and polite and just all-around friendly people to deal with. I only go to this Walgreens because its the only one I found that has the wonderful people that they do. The pharmacist takes the time if I have questions to speak with me personally shes a great lady and they are just good people at that pharmacy. I really enjoy going there. They have my business above all other pharmacies in town if they had a 10 star rating thats what I would give them!!!

If I could give this Review no stars I would, the Pharmacist Patricia C is the rudest person I’ve ever come in contact with!! She treats people awful, I don’t understand how she still has a job with WALGREENS!! I worked in The medical field for years and it’s not easy, at all, but if you can’t handle it then leave!! We was fortunate enough to find a different Walgreens, not to far from this one and all the workers there are excellent!!!

Great customer service. Store is very clean and well organized. Occasional long lines at the register due to lack of employees, but that seems to be an issue at every Walgreens.

The best, understanding and caring pharmacists that actually understand senior problems, pains financial issues and show they care. Not the same as other Walgreens Ive been to. They all need faster computers!

Went into this store before work today to get some multi vitamins . they had buy one get one free. AWESOME. Unfortunately every one I wanted didnt have a match. So the young man stocking told me they would be able to mix and match or if I only have one theyd do half price for the single one. I got to the register at which time I attempted with a smile to make conversation with the cashier and asked if she could look up my card. She rolls her eyes and says very snotty um no but YOU can enter it in just a min on the pin pad if you give me a second to start. Rude. Then the lady why I assume to be manager came up to fix my prices on my vitamins and she said oh no we arent doing this we cant mix. I said well the guy back there told me I could and the get one free items are less than what the item would be if you had it in stock. She laughed at me and said I dont care its a different brand and we cant do that . I said well no need to get upset with me, maybe your employees need consoled on the proper sale rules because I just spent a half hour before work picking these out sepfifially and he said it was fine. She got really crappy with me and then the lady at the register spoke yo kids behind me in line and said you guys probably have to get to school huh? Im sorry this customer is tsking so long and so difficult, youll probably miss the bus. Maybe they were having a bad day? Im not sure but i work in customer service and know that even when youre having a bad day you must always treat customers with respect. was treated very rudely and wont be changing my review until I have a better experience here

Worst head pharmacist in town... She thinks she knows more than your dr. and everyone is over medicated. I have been on the same meds for 10 years never had an issue until Crystal denied my meds for no reason. My ins. only likes Walgreens so know I have to spend over $500 a month extra. Thanks for not knowing how to do your job and assuming every patient is a junkie... Absolutely ridiculous when you break your neck and spine and cannot even get a prescription filled...Will never ever use again and will be reporting to state attorneys general office again.

I love the customer service at this Walgreens location. Especially Jessa..she is the poster child for great customer service and always makes me smile.

Everybody is actually kind polite and doesnt break it chops versus the other Walgreens Ive had the best experience at this one I really dont like Walgreens anymore Im switching to ..... but I will say out of all of them this is the best one

Worst customer service in town. Everytime i go in its the same unfriendly faces who dont even greet you or ask if you need help with anything... Including the male manger. Its more like you are bothering them when you go to check out then doing them a favor by shopping in their store. All i ever get is rude remarks and attitude for making them do their JOB. Youd think they would try a little harder to accommodate customers considering there are 2 more stores in either direction about a mile away. Oh and GOD forbid you use a coupon or 2!!! Noone in that store is educated on such.... Not even the manger ... Even when it comes to WALGREENS coupon. I think that whole store needs a revamp of employees. Ill never spend another dime at this location!

Worst pharmacy. Pharmacist was rude and tries to play doctor instead of just filling prescription. Makes people wait for prescription when they already called saying it was ready. Ridiculous and beyond rude.

Things that are on sale in their weekly ad very often ring up at the regular price (CHECK YOUR RECEIPT!). Also, not educated about manufacturer coupons.

One star is too high!!! They have an answering service that calls and tells things are ready when they are not. Then when you get there to pick up your prescription they turn the conversation on you and make it your fault for not calling and checking. Too many options available for care, choose another...

This is one of the worst pharmacies in our area every single one of these Walgreens how people who dont know anything....I have to wait 8 days to get my money back on my credit card because they dont know what the hell they are doing!!!!!
