Worst customer service ever experienced!!! UnbelievableFirst we called for an appointment around 3.30 pm. The girl didn’t seem to like that because they are closing at 4 pm. I guess she was afraid to stay a few minutes longer.We were looking for Quartz. She showed us a rack with samples, explaining there are no price levels for Quartz, and we’d have to pick what we like, then they’d give our builder an estimate. We told her we need to know what is more or less expensive, unfortunately she was either not able or willing to tell us. So we looked at the samples…they were so dusty, you couldn’t even recognize the color. We asked for a rag to clean them, she said, they didn’t have one…. She was absolutely not willing to help us. So we asked if they have a bathroom, so we could use some toilet paper to wipe the dust off. She brought us some toilet paper, and while we cleaned the samples, we asked if they would hire (joke). She answered “yes, but we wouldn’t hire you “! That said, we were so shocked and upset, we left.Luckily, there are a lot of other Granite companies that might train their employees, how to treat customers! What a shame… 0 stars !!!

I cant say enough good things about this company! Their staff, especially Judy, was friendly and helpful. They gave me an excellent price on great piece of granite, and because of the awful experience we had with our builder, they held the order for an extended period in order to help us out. The final installation went smoothly and the results are beautiful! Thank you, Rolling Stone!

Many great choices, my family had a duplex built and the color for their counters got mixed up to a dark color. They let us change to a beautiful white marble with silver sparkle. Very pretty color!

5/2021 On to the Master Bath. I wish I could give you another 5 stars. After a couple mishaps, Rolling Stone corrected the mishaps in a friendly and very professional manner. Valerie was awesome and very helpful. In fact she helped us to pick out a vanity top, FINALLY...LOL! That quartz top is BEAUTIFUL. We were a little skeptic, but the end result was definitely worth it.All the other women in the office were very helpful and courtesy as well every time they saw me walk in their office (Blush)!The tech, Sydney does an awesome install, very professional and it shows how much he cares about what he does!!!Thanks Rolling Stone. An excellent choice for new counters. We had our new granite counter tops installed today and are very pleased. Every step of the process was made simple thanks to the staff at Rolling Stone. We went to look at the granite slabs that were outside and it began to rain but they were right there beside us all the way. The price was great and so was the install. I highly recommend Rolling Stone.

I had a great experience with Rolling Stone Granite. Worked mostly with Jessica, but yard workers, template guys and installers were all very polite and professional. Everything from picking out slabs to the final install went well. In fact we got our install moved up which was great during the holidays. They did everything that they said they would do. Do not have one complaint. I would use them again.

Obviously by the way they drive they are not responsible or mature enough to be trusted for any remodel or contract work. Perhaps in the future they will represent themselves as adults.

Great place to find your new stone counter tops. The people that work there are great. I recommended my friend Michael to use them to do his kitchen for they had done our house from the builder. When our home was built in 2017 Rolling Stone Granite provided and installed our granite throughout including our kitchen and we were very pleased. So it just seemed to make sense that if we were happy with their work when our home was built, when we decided to add a kitchen in our Lanai we should work with them for the same skilled workmanship. They just finished installing a beautiful kitchen countertop in our Lanai which matches the granite they previously installed in our main kitchen. Ft.Myers location did an excellent job. Marco and Fabio were both very professional....they were timely after they did the template and full back splash. Their pricing was very competitive. Their install crew was very professional and creative. They caulked and cleaned up very well. My wife and I are very happy . We will be recommending them to all our neighbors.

They provided a granite counter top for our outdoor kitchen. We went to 4 different companies to pick out a slab for the counter top. We wanted something with swirls in grey rather than the entry level multi colored speckled granite. We found what we liked at all 4 places except that Rolling Stone was by far the lowest in price. We received quotes for what appeared to be similar quality granite ranging from $2000 to $5100. Their price was so low, I was almost afraid to use them. Forgetting price, Marco and Fabio were a pleasure to work with. Turn around was quick, 1 week. The seam in the counter can barely be seen. The installers were neat and professional and did an outstanding job. I will recommend them to all my neighbors.

There were some problems, but the company did try to correct them and I was very happy with that. Would it have been better with no problems? Definitely! But in the real world, there are always issues that arise. They were at least willing to work with us. Not a perfect company, but I would give them 5 stars for effort.

Rolling Stone Granite did an amazing job on our two bath vanities! Price was great, turn around time was quick. From the moment I got out of my car I knew this was the place for me. Of all the slabs, one in particular (actually three slabs) stood out. After looking at all the stone I chose the first one I saw. Beautiful, gorgeous granite. Rolling Stone did my kitchen and laundry room and it is the focus of my home. The workers were very pleasant and really knowledgeable - come to find out the granite is from a mountain in Brazil, home for the workers that I met as well. Couldnt be happier. I am remodeling both bathrooms and will repeat business with Rolling Stone for the counter tops.

Rolling Stone Granite, Inc. was recommended by Reliable Cabinet Designs, Inc..of Englewood, FL. Rolling Stone had a huge selection of granite slabs. Once we made our choice, our name was placed on two slabs. A very experienced worker came to make templates once the cabinets were installed, and the finished counter tops arrived one week later. The installers couldnt be more precise, making sure that everything was perfectly level and caulked. We couldnt be more satisfied with the results, and would recommend Rolling Stones Granite wholeheartedly!

I went to the showroom in Englewood and was greeted right away and shown around the small showroom and was told about the different products, plusses and minuses. Very knowledgeable staff. When finished in the showroom, I was taken outside to the granite displays. Wow! However, I still didnt see the stone so, I was told about another showroom where they get their granite from. I went there as suggested. I found, minutes after walking thru the door the stone! Rolling Stone got the granite; did our template and our install was scheduled very timely...and this was during the holidays! Ricky and his partner arrived as scheduled, on time. They were so professional, polite, friendly and explained what they were doing as well as very careful to clean up as they went along. They worked closely with our man doing the remodel. They were very respectful. The prices were competitive and the quality was exactly what we were hoping for. Replaced two old bathroom countertops and sinks. The stone is beautiful, the installation was good but the scheduling was poor. (The office is very confused about most things) Promised installation on a Monday, waited all afternoon and it was delayed until next day. The prices are comparable to competitors. One note for those remodeling - the sinks are very deep and mounted under the stone.. For us, that meant that the drain assemblies had to be re-created from the wall out. Plus the lift rods on the faucets were too short. We need to find a solution for that. .

This will be two parts. As far as the granite and installation, excellent. Everything else, pathetic. The office staff was horrible to myself and my wife. Never took notes or communicated with the others in office. They could not get it thru their heads that we worked. Told us my wife could do a layout, but when we wanted to schedule said they didnt do them on Saturdays. Had to reschedule our install cause our sink hadnt been ordered on time. No biggy, sink showed up, asked for a date, said OK then they never showed up. Said it wasnt on calendar, but I watched them type it in. Asked for owner to call me, still havent heard from anyone. Requested a cutting board be made. Nope, they didnt write it down. When I asked them about it, the office staff said they dont know if enough granite left, even though I know they only used one slab and one corner of another. Feel like the office staff just kept screwing up and making excuses. Still waiting for that phone call.I will sign my name, Micah Botts

I finally contacted them and dealt with Juliano Correira who responded and subsequently disappeared.I would be very careful dealing with these folks and if they need advance money run like hell!

Rolling Stone advertises that they will beat anyones price - which they did (though a bit reluctantly) - so i got a great price, but the finished product was not very good. The seam is very noticeable and there are several tiny divits in the granite that should have been filled in and polished over. The countertop was put in, but none of the outlets were replaced (we had to do that ourselves). When I called to ask them to come back out and fix the noticeable seam, they informed me that I would have to call the people who they sub-contracted to because they had been too busy to do the work themselves. The people who I called (the sub-contractors) never got back to me to fix the seam (which still drives me crazy everytime I see it to this day). Disappointed that I went to one company for the granite and they hired someone else to do the job and it was sub-par work.
