After visiting many Quartz and Granite Fabricators in Charlotte County, I was both thrilled and relieved to find the Team at Top granite and marble.They went out of their way to get me an oversized sample of a specific quartz I was looking for and then called me at 4 o’clock on Friday to let me know that it was there so I could come pick it up for the weekend.Gerson came to measure and give me an estimate. He pleasantly answered all of my questions regarding seam placement, product availability and quality. He made terrific suggestions and asked clarifying questions, which I greatly appreciated. My quartz was installed less than 7 days later. He and his team were prompt, neat and my Quartz looks terrific. I highly recommend Gerson,Elsie, Erica and the ENTIRE TEAM. Each of them is an excellent example of everything customer service should be.He made me a beautiful cutting board with handle grips. Call them for you countertops!

Fantastic experience with this company. We were looking for two small pieces of countertop for our kitchen and found the perfect partial slab here. We found it Saturday. They arrived Monday morning at 9 to measure, promising to have it installed by Friday. They called Tuesday morning and asked if they could do it right now. They were here in less than a half hour and were in and out in 15 minutes. The job is professional, beautiful, and the price was very fair! Highly recommend.

Six months after closing on our Punta Gorda house, ….we were more than ready to get rid of our laminate countertops. We shopped at Home Depot and Lowes but soon realized their floor associates would have little participation or control over the quality of the installation. We wanted to shop & support “local” so we visited 3-4 of the local showrooms. The Top Granite location is in a “small business” district and their showroom is small. (Bianca was a very positive and knowledgeable salesperson!) It was important for us to see the shop floor and then see the outside inventory display where we found the perfect pieces of granite. The shop guys even volunteered to use their forklift to hoist and then align the two granite slabs so we could visually see the locations of the joints and visualize the overall appearance, a service that helped our decision and which we would not have received at a big-box store. All the visits to our home were very professional. Visit #1 to accurately measure & then prep the estimate. Visit #2 to create the template. We then visited the shop to place the template on the best area of our granite to choose and know exactly where the pattern on the granite would be. Visit #3 was for the final installation. The granite had been cut exactly as we had laid it out with no surprises. The 5-piece installation was very methodical but progressed quickly, and the finished product is great. ( the joints were made ultra-smooth and are hardly detectable.) As a bonus, we received a cutting board, custom cut from our originally chosen granite at no additional cost. We highly recommend Top Granite.

Wish we went with these guys from the beginning. Service was very friendly and when certain decisions needed to be made they went out of their way to make sure we understood what each cut would look like by having us come to their business and loading our slab onto a table and going over the template and our options. Spending 40 minutes with my wife and I so we got the design we wanted and understood how the seem and everything would look was really appreciated. Previous contractor did a pretty poor job of ripping the countertops off so they were not working with the best surface and still everything came out beautifully.

We had our counters replaced with quartz, and we could not be any happier with the results! They had a great selection and we very knowledgeable. We were so happy we had them fabricate counters for our school bus that we turned into a camper. I wish I could give them 10 stars.

My wife and I had 2 vanity countertops fabricated and installed by this company. Price was very good and the lead time was fairly quick (10 days) after the granite that we selected was delivered to them. The installers did a very good job. Our only objection was that the granite was not highly polished as we thought it would be. We can also see remnants of layout markings made for the cutting process. I messaged the company asking for recommendations for products which I could get to improve the shine but never got a response (other times they were very responsive).After posting this review a representative of the company contacted me and asked if they could send someone out to meet with us. We obliged and two days later the installer came out. He advised us that they only polish the areas that they cut or shape, not the entire top. We sure wish they told us that when we hired them, we would have requested that the tops be totally polished during the fabrication or we could have gone elsewhere. He applied a coat of wax which did yield a beautiful shine like we were anticipating however the wax, as we soon found out, is very prone to waterspotting. Such would not be the case if the stone was abrasive polished. Our only recourse is to make sure no water ever remains on the tops after use and to keep stocked with the wax.Hopefully this review will make future buyers more knowledgeable and hopefully the company will communicate better in order to realize the customers expectations.

Today my husband and I had a new granite countertop installed in our kitchen and spare bathroom. From our initial communication, with Top Granite & Marble, to the delivery of the finished product, the service was superb! The gentleman who took the measurements and made modifications to our liking, was spot on. The three gentlemen who removed our old countertops and installed the new were extremely professional. Their work and craftsmanship are exceptional. At the end of installation, the countertops were cleaned and polished and the floor was broom swept. We highly recommend Top Granite & Marble. It was the BEST experience!My only advice to any homeowner would be to remove everything that is stored in their lower cabinets. We removed everything from the drawers but dust and debris from removal of the old countertops filtered throughout the cabinets. Cleanup would have been far less with total removal of all items.

Gerson was recommended to us, and after seeing his work, we decided to use him. I cannot say how happy we are with our quartz countertops. We added a waterfall to one side of one of our cabinets, and his 45 degree cut is dead on. His work is perfection. He is punctual, delivers high quality, precise craftsmanship, and I would recommend him to anyone.

Were new to the area, and needed some counter tops done. We priced at all the big box stores, but we always to try shop local. We found an ad for these guys on facebook, and planned a visit to their showroom. Now, their showroom isnt much to speak of, dont expect to be wowd here. Its a small office in an industrial complex off the beaten path. But Gerson was as nice and professional as they come. Gave us a solid estimate (that never changed from beginning to end). Gave us plenty of options, and a concrete plan from measuring to install. In the end, we ended up with beautiful new granite counter tops, installed exactly when they said (1 week after we set it up - lightning quick!), and WAY cheaper than the local big box stores. I highly recommend Top Granite.

Highly recommended, to begin with they do job fast and exactly as promised. They came out did an estimate once they gave us the price, second day came in and did a template. In a weak they came in and installed the counter tops. They are real people with feelings and emotions they are not sales people that just talk to convince u to buy their product. They work with their customers for the customer to be happy and them. They are hustlers....very happy working with them and definitely recommend them. No issues what’s so ever since the moment we started working with them till this second.
