This place is heaven lol. 1st time and extremely impressed and amazed by all their creative world of ice cream and more! Place was packed but extremely clean and sanitized as soon as people leave. The cleanest shop around and the owners n staff are polite and friendly and teamwork. You all definitely deserve a 10! We will be back with friends and family and will definitely spread the word!

Clean, excellent staff and great treats!! Ive been making the most of my summer by stopping in weekly. Last time, I tried a crepe - delicious! Tonight I tried the Malted Chocolate Gelato with whoppers!. It was very tasty! Staff is always friendly and helpful. Im looking forward to my next visit already.
Gelato was out of this world good!! The women working in there were so nice, helpful and kind!! All of there toppings are free and they give you a taste test just about as many flavors as youd like to try!! Keep up the good work ladys! Myself and kids will definitely be back!
This place is supper under ratted the menu they have is so large it would take awhile to ever order everything on it. The icecream and gelato are always good the one complaint I have is the peanut oil burns the eyes a little Id suggest eating outside unless they have the door propped open in the winter, the staff is always friendly, I usually get their birthday cake icecream in a cone. They have crepes and cotton candy macaroons and those crazy ice cream towers in a mug with like a cake slice and everything
Awesome staff. Sense of humor and good interaction with patrons. Choices are many. I personally like the coffee ☕ flavor. Made my mothers 85th year birthday dessert visit great.
We were visiting from out of town for the weekend and found this place and decided to give it a try. Loved the atmosphere and felt the home comfort with the staff their who Im assuming are the family who owns it. Me and my wife enjoyed the variety of gelato flavors and prices were reasonable. Would like to go back and try the crepes if we ever see ourselves back in the area and highly recommend.
Is a good place the people there give you a great service. For me is a 5, start they make you feel welcome there.

The first time I went there it was 5 star rating, Great service and amazing sandwich made by the owner. she was amazing the second time was met with younger employees and wasnt so great i have to give a semi ok review based on the owner.ppl dont care about your establishment as much as you will and it showed through there drive for customer service.

This place reminded me of living in Italy. The people were wonderful. The gelato is fresh, made in the store. The ingredients used must be top shelf, because this is top shelf gelato.Theres a wonderful array of flavors, cones, dishes and even sandwiches.Highly recommend you visit and enjoy a taste of Italy

It was pouring rain, on a desolate Monday night, 5 minutes to closing and the owner graciously stayed open to serve me two scoops of one of the most delicious, authentically homemade gelato I’ve ever had. The caramel toffee had a warm rich vanilla flavor interspersed with crunchy delectable toffee nuggets. I paired it with a complete opposite flavor of strawberry -and that had bits strawberry with a hint of tartness to cut through the rich creaminess. I wish I lived in Florida so I could visit this place more often!!

And now we actually get greeted with a friendly voice and smile!They went out of their way to make my favorite cotton candy flavor as well as making perfect crepes!! My boyfriend and I were very satisfied and full lol!! This place just became alot better!!!

We just went to this place 7 minutes before they closed and about 6 people were in front of us . They were so kind, gave us all samples if we wanted them, and the almond joy I had was so awesome !!!
After losing 30 pounds, this was my reward. Damn, now I have to lose 2 pounds again. The Belgian chocolate was smooth and creamy, as was the vanilla. $3 was a little much for a puppy serving, but it was all good.

Owner is pompous. Gelato is good but its overpriced for the amount you get. We buy large containers & theyre never filled as much as they should be for what youre paying.

You know... I am a full time local... I have been to this place 3 times now and there is a flavor I have to say is my all time favorite... But...I am not going back...I have had 2 servers now... One being the Forien Owner... And I have to say... They both have the personality of a wet mop...Neither Can smile or show they are happy to have you there.There is a Help Wanted sign in the window...My advice is RUN AWAY...

We went tonight and honestly it wasnt that good it tasted like it was refrozen and then when we were outside there was a couple who was waiting for us to leave so they can take our seats it was so awkward and uncomfortable
Ive had gelato from the store before and didnt like it. I went here and had their gelato, its AMAZING. Its made fresh. With the different seasons, he will make different flavors. Love this place.

Very nice little mom and pop shop. Many ice cream flavors and items that are unique. We had a shake and crepe and both were excellent. The crepe was made to order so it took some time but it was well worth it. The people working were very nice and offered samples of the ice cream. Its nice to finally have a family owned ice cream shop in Port Charlotte.
For great tasting ice cream stop by you will love it. For me I am lactose intolerant and there is always two types of sorbet. Today he had coconut lactosr free ice cream, it was very tasty.

Whats up with the attitude? Walked in to buy a small ice cream the first had to use the bathroom.When I came to order they did not have anything other than two large scoops ice cream in a cup 5.50 w tax. they gave me a big fuss and a big attitude because I wanted to buy a smaller one scoop of ice cream. Told me I should buy a two scooper and eat one on throw the other away.I suggested they should simply sell one scoop ice 😂Anyhow... Too much attitude for something that is supposed to be a simple pleasurable experienceI just dropped my review to one star, because of the attitude of the response. Instead of the response being sorry you had this experience they felt the need to tell me IM in the wrong for walking in (Before their posted closing time), then, they dont have what im looking for. And that is the customers fault

I cant get enough of this place. Everything from smoothies, shakes to the ice cream, its all delicious. All is reasonably priced and so many cool treats to switch up the everyday of desserts. Highly recommend to anyone with a sweet tooth!
This spectacular shakes with ice cream and sweets were really good. It was a really nice treat for the kids. Prices were fair for the amount of food you get, plus you get to keep the cup. Also their sugar free ice cream is to die for, keep going back for more everytime I need a treat.
