Best Ice cream, hands down! I tried the chocolate and coffee, my husband had the moose tracks. All three were fantastic. No ice crystals, and full of flavor!All the 1 star reviews are bogus and ridiculous. In regards to the 1 star reviews, they have an efficient car line that goes by fast. They don’t rush you. Who cares if they where a mask or not? They’re outside. They’re not even within 6’ of you. No one “smelled like an ashtray”, everyone was polite and friendly. This was my first experience here and I loved it. Worth the 15min drive. My parents came here and told me to definitely come. So happy I did! From one small business owner to another, fantastic work. And shame on anyone that tries to give a bogus one star and act like a keyboard warrior. They can really hurt a business. And those are completely false and unnecessary.

Homemade ice cream, great service, and wide variety of flavors and toppings. They even offer sherbert and frozen yogurt.Tip: if youre getting toppings make sure youre prepared for a lot on the top. I had a full size Butterfinger on mine.

Absolutely love this place. Been visiting for years and its so nice to be able to take my child there. Bunches of flavors and combinations and exceptionally friendly staff make this more than just getting dessert. It really is an experience. My only observation is they seem to have problems with credit cards and large bills, which I suppose is to be expected for smaller businesses.

Even though the drive thru line and wait was long, it was well worth it. Our first time there, and our family will definitely be returning to try some more of the amazing flavors and goodies they offer. I had the butterfinger ice cream and it was the best Ive had. Two thumbs up for the staff and the treats. You will not be disappointed.

Everyone who lives in this area has been to Scoops. Cars line up on SR 41 waiting to get on the property and place their order. Its no secret - best ice cream around! Serve both hand made and custard ice cream. Prices are fair. Plus they offer a doggie ice cream bowl - it comes with a giant dog biscuit on top. We took our dogs to Scoops today for my pups 12th birthday party. This usually is not the case, but you could smell their dumpsters from the opposite side of the building. It made eating there not quite as pleasant as it usually is.There are a couple tables inside, but it is small and crowded feeling. There is seating for about 20 people outside. Or, you can just take your goodies to go. You dont even have to get out of your car.They have also taken steps towards becoming more efficient. Someone stands outside taking orders before you drive up to the window. This way, your ice cream is waiting for you when you pull up to pay your bill.

We love this place. They also offer pup cups if you have your doggies with you!

I love this place. I have family that lives in North Port, Florida and I come to visit often. This is definitely one of those places you’ll never forget and always make a stop at. The ice cream is the best I’ve had in a long time. I highly recommend stopping in or pulling through the drive thru!

I have been coming here every time iam in Florida! It has been a family tradition for years. I have never not taking my 2 daughters here anytime were in the area! Absolutely love this place! Always very friendly staff, and they hook you up with the ice cream. Places like sweet scoops are far and few nowadays! Always support locally, private owned businesses! 5 STARS hands down!!!!

I am leaving a 5 star rating as for now. They have good ice cream and everything; but, I will be dropping my review down to 0 stars if the next time I go there is a dreaded Idaho license plate still hanging on the wall. While I enjoy eating there, the fact that they recognize Idaho disgusts me to no end because of all of the heinous acts they have committed. If I have to see another thing related to potatoes I can and will complain about this establishment, claim that I will never go there again, and then go later in the evening I said that and act as a regular consumer who just wishes to partake in some high quality ice cream.

The ice cream is always amazing!! I highly recommend the Mint Chocolate Chip or Caramel Cashew. Also, best Chocolate soft serve Ive ever had.. Even when there is a line of cars spilling out onto 41, you dont wait more than 5 minutes. Charming inside and outside seating areas too if you want to enjoy your treat outside of your car. The ice cream is good and the service is alright. They recently made this whole big deal about not accepting debit cards and charging a 3% surcharge for credit cards because of their fees so they wouldnt have to raise prices. They then raised their prices anyway and still charge the surcharge...Like I said the ice cream is good but its not worth the price anymore.

2 stars for convenience now that the signs are down that they take debit and credit again due to feez BUT staff comes outside to move it along faster, walks back in with cards then back out with card - so your card usnout of sight for a while and still have to wait behind whoever is at the actual window. Ice cream itself isnt the best but best for the area considering its the only place it wont melt when you go home in the north portnarea - chocolate chips way too big and need to advertise that hard chocolate and Rocky road is made with very bitter dark chocolate. Husband and I have both had unpleasant experiences with owner just seeing how staff gets treated or responses answering customer questions. If there were another drive thru ice cream place nearby this place would be out of business.

Been going to scoops for years but tonight I went to the drive thru with my boyfriend and the girl that took our order was very rude and gave us dirty looks. Told me my milkshake was 6.50 paid in cash and only received 13$ back she kept the .50 cents for herself which would normally be no big deal but she gave me a vanilla milkshake when I asked for a black raspberry one. So it was honestly terrible experience and I didn’t even get the right ice cream.

We saw a line on memorial day and had to come check it out the next day. It was so good. Moose tracks and coffee heath, thats where its at.

Big variety of flavors, the banana one is really good. personally, I consider them too sweet... but most Ice Creams here in the States tend to have that level of sweetness.

I thought it was crazy that they had a line down the street for icecream, until i tried it. I was lucky before my daughters gymnastics and it was slow so I decided to stop in and try some icecream. I got brownie for my daughter and caramel cashew for myself and I absolutely loved both. They are very generous and the flavors are absolutely delicious. I will most definitely be back!

I highly recommend this ice cream place. They have so many flavors of ice cream and so many other different options!! There is always something for everyone. The ice cream is rich and creamy. I have never had a problem with the staff. The service is quick and the drive through is a nice addition. Inside there is not much room, but it is decorated with colorful license plates that add some character. I prefer going earlier in the day to avoid standing in line. It is a very popular place and gets more crowded at night time. Overall, the place has so many options that appeal to different taste buds! This place definitely deserves 6 stars!
