Great price for style of windows, Installation was very professional, would recommend to everyone.

It took over three weeks to do a 10 minute job. I called on a Monday and was told she only orders on Fridays. Was called the following Thursday, only to be told my window balancers were on back order. The gentleman who came and did the work was very nice, maybe he can train the lady who answers the phone.

I called this morning to have a window crank replaced. The receptionist was very helpful and polite. They repaired the crank the same day, for a reasonable amount. Id recommend them to others.

Never have I ever met somebody so rude in my life Randy The window Man came early was very sarcastic I guess the office didnt tell him his appointment was for 12:00 he came at 10:00 looked at the windows told me I have to knock the wall down to put a window in and maybe one of my guys will do it I asked him when hes going to return he says maybe maybe not rude sarcastic I wouldnt use him to do anything

Ive used Window Man on several occasions and he has always been prompt and at reasonable cost. He even managed to repair my oldMiami-style crank windows, locating difficult to find parts. I will always use local independent businesses whenever possible. I am never quite sure that an 800 Number Group will actually send someone who is qualified or even from my local area. Support our local guys!

The Gentleman that I spoke to and got an estimate from was very nice, its a shame that he gets rated 3 stars also. The problem is the person answering the phone.For some reason the woman that answers is short, rude and just seems plain bothered that youre calling in the first place. Customer service isnt always everyones strong suit but the lack of it can lose you business.

Same deal. We dont work on boats. Although itis a simple sliding glass door. I would just like to have an explanation as to why not. I will never reccomend their company to anyone.Margaret Taylor

The Window man has completed a whole house window replacement for me that was done for exactly the estimated dollar amount.The install was professional, and just took two days. They pulled the necessary permits and passed inspection the first time. They picked up all their construction debris, and left my home clean. Window man has also done screen repair, and other lanai repairs. I will use them again

To Mike, please be advised that if you get an Official Estimate those are written on an Estimate form and honor for 6 months. If you come in looking for a guesstimate, that is what you will get, a guess to how much something will be site un-seen. If you then call and ask for different material that is in fact much more money then what you first inquired about a company has the right to change the price to cover the material that is being used.

Dropped our vinyl launi windows off to be repaired. Ready in a day or two. Ladies in the business were friendly and ready to help. Reasonable price. Better than us trying to replace it ourselves.

Rude woman at desk. Came in to ask if they sold the little plastic pieces that hold the decorative crossbar in place. Snapped, no! back to me. No reason to be so nasty. If you are going to work with the public, you need a lesson in basic courtesy. Back to the big box stores I go!

Less than great experience. Actually no experience at all! Booked our appointment 2-3 weeks ago and gave the very rude lady on the phone our information. We heard NOTHING from them until the morning of our appointment when they called and said sorry, you are our of our coverage area and we wont be coming out. We missed work to be at home for this appointment. UNBELIEVABLE! Not sure how people operate businesses like this.

I received a written estimate from the Window Man for pet screening for my lanai. It was a one-day install, and they did a great job. The price I paid matched the price I was quoted on my estimate, and I have not had one problem with it in five years. Will do business with him again.

I called this company if they can repaid screen i ned it done today they said yes i drive for 18 miles and wen i arive they said it canot be done fake

I would not use them again there customer service is terrible it has been 3 months and I cant get them to come back out here to correct all the mistakes they made and they wont return phone calls all they want is your money and we spent big bucks this is really sad that they do not care about there customer think twice before using them

We had just moved to Port Charlotte from Philly and didnt have a screen repair shop but I found them on the internet. I called to have a few of our lanai screens fixed that were totally torn they were out within a day and replaced and animal secured or double secured them cause our cats kept breaking the screens to get out its been about 6 months now and theyre still secure! Plus they took a check :)

We made an appiontment to get our windows fixed, but the guy showed up an hour early and left, never called us and when we called them the lady on the phone was very very rude and bacially said they dont need our buisness, we wont ever use them.

I had gone to the store and gotten prices for window screen replacement, writing the prices on a piece of scrap paper that I had the screen sizes on. However, when I went to pick up the screens, the price was over 50% higher. Venting to a neighbor about this occurrence, he reported that the same thing had happened to him a few years back.If you use The WIndow Man, be sure that you get a written quote first, no matter how small the work! I for one will not be using them again.
