They took care of everything, permits,clearing away old fence . I only did back and one side of house, now I want the other .done .it’s beautiful. Angel came out helped me with all the important parts of what I needed to protect my house & pool . When they came to take down fence it was fast and the new up . I am very happy .

This company uses very high-quality fencing products, and they appear to have done a decent job with the installation. However, our experience with the actual installation process left much to be desired.Kris came out and sold us the fence at a great price. The contract said it would be in within 6-8 weeks, although Kris said 4-6 was likely more realistic. Everything seemed to be great! Then, the delays set in. 6 weeks became 8, then 8 became 14. Every week brought a new excuse, from “shortage of supply” to “the factory can’t find truck drivers to bring the fence here.” With the pandemic and the nationwide issues with people not wanting to work, these excuses were believable, albeit frustrating to hear.We finally had our fence scheduled for install on July 1. This was the week before a tropical storm was to hit our area, and I was anxious to see the project finished before that weather event. The work commenced intermittently over the next 7 days. During that time, the installer managed to cut through our internet line that had not been properly re-marked by the utility company (the line was spray painted weeks earlier, but the summer rains washed it away). The storm caused our fence to sink, but it was promptly repaired by our installer, Anthony.The single worst part of this experience was my series of interactions with Sabrina in the office. She was unapologetically rude to me on several occasions when I raised VALID concerns about our project. Every point I raised, from the delays in production to the haphazard severing of our internet line, was met with a disgruntled rebuttal and refusal to take responsibility. Even if “it’s in the contract” that the company is not responsible for something that goes wrong, a good customer service response is NEVER to dismiss the concerns of a customer.On a positive note, the owner of this company called me on two occasions to discuss my concerns about how our installation was proceeding. On both occasions, I felt that I was being listened to and respected as a customer.Bottom line: If you’re looking for a top-notch product and a quality installation, then this company is for you. However, if outstanding customer service and followthrough are also important to you, it may not be something you’ll find with Fence Dynamics.

Fence Dynamics was wonderful to work with. The ladies in the office are very nice and always kept me updated. The gentleman who did the quote was also very nice and super quick to come out and give us a quote. The fence looks beautiful and i would definitely recommend them.

Angel, the sales person was professional and spent a lot of time with me discussing my needs. He provided samples and explained in detail the quality of the product. Once I signed a contract, Sabrina, permits coordinator kept in touch- usually on a weekly basis to let me know how things were progressing. She was very responsive and always got me an answer to my questions. She gets an A+ in customer service. The fence was installed 4 days ago and I am enjoying it immensely!

First of all let me say the fence is done well and my complaints are not with the fence building, my complaint is with the office and their ability to carry out the building of the fence. Here is my story.I received one estimate and by the time I decided to go with this company, they raised their estimate by $600, this was because of COVID and the price of lumber going sky high, I accepted this new estimate and signed the contract. This was in the middle of May, and I was told that it should take 8-12 weeks to complete the fence, which was also acceptable. The fence was finally completed 16 weeks later.They make you pay 1/3 of the cost up front, and the guy who did the estimate told me that is so if you try to cancel you will lose the down payment. Now the problem comes, they tried to acquire a permit, and were told that there is an easement on this property, and were declined the permit, I also was told that they must have a new guy working in permitting and that he just doesnt know what he is doing, That is the last time I ever talked to me, he quit calling me back and did not answer his phone when we called. I did research on the easement and was told that one did not exist. When i finally told the lady who answered the phone that I just wanted my money back, she took it to the owner and he realized the problem was theirs all along and that the guy who did the estimate drew the fence into the ditch behind all the trees and onto the counties property. They fixed the drawing and received the permit.This was far from a happy experience and I would not recommend them to anyone, the problem does not lie in the craftsmanship of the fence but with the customer service of this company. I was going to let this experience lie, but they sent a note with their bill that I would receive a gift certificate if I completed this survey. I called to ask them if they really wanted me to leave a review, and while I was talking to the first lady who answered the phone, she was rude and just asked me if I wanted a copy of the decline letter, not even aware that the decline was due to their error, then transferred me to the original person who I talked to and the other lady could be heard in the background cutting me down, extremely unprofessional. She finally hung up on me saying that if I leave a review, they will just dispute it. I hope you get to read this, and I wonder if I will get my gift certificate.

The professionals that installed my fence were respectful, polite, and did a beautiful installation. This fence made my house a home. It was well worth the cost considering the value it has added and the privacy it affords. I can’t stop talking about it to everyone! Thanks!

The office staff is beyond helpful!-Sabrina called and emailed me as soon as she got the permit and again to inform me when all of the materials arrived. Angel came out to my property to do an estimate, in May 2021, after giving survey to the company, etc., leaving phone messages, finally got through, but yelled at by secretary when I called at 0715 am to leave a VM before I went into work and she answered the phone, saying We dont open until 08:00. Then dont answer the phone! (I didnt tell her that BTW). Phone calls, emails to company never returned, texts, calls to Angel never returned. Ive waited until now August for a fence that I was told will take a 3 month waiting period, and will have to start over, obviously with another company! If you are too busy to take another customer, just let them know outright at the beginning, so they can move on! Dont be rude, unprofessional, and unresponsive, like you went out of business!Addendum:I think it HILARIOUS that you found the time and made the effort to respond to my review within an hour or so after I wrote it!! Now THATS great customer service! I stand by my comments. All I said actually occurred.

This people were very patience with us, after 16 moths of waiting to be able to install it. The quality is great. Unfortunately because of the wether the process wasn’t the fastest but we have a fence and we love it.

We ordered our fence as a privacy fence for a home being built behind our property. But the fence is beautiful and will become a focal point on our property. The installers were professional and answered all our questions. They did a wonderful job and we are more than pleased.

The installation itself was ok. Dealing with the office was horrendous.I was told I would get updates every week, yet I had to ask for updates numerous times. Never got a straight response, i.e. said Please confirm that they are still coming today as no one has showed up yet., response I will have the crew call you before they arrive. The correct answer would have been yes, nor no. Then insulted me by saying I am sorry if you dont understand my answers, and I am not sure what you expect me to tell you?. Also said I know we are coming up on the 12-week mark this was a week past the 12 week mark of the 8 to 12 week estimate. When I pointed out that we were not coming up on the 12 week mark, but had already past it she said As far as the weeks, I go by the date you signed the contract which was 5/7/2021, to which I replied You are correct, I signed the contract on 5/7, which means 7/30 was 12 weeks. So we have already passed the 12 week mark. These emails were on 8/3. To me, customer service is just as important as the work product, so I would not use them again. And if they try to say anything to the contrary, I have all the emails saved.

From start to finish this company has been great!Had an appointment for a set time, was called an hour early saying he was running late (which if anyone has worked in sales knows this can happen!)Once Angel arrived we walked the yard gave me some ideas and said he was gonna write up a few quotes based on what I was looking for.Angel went into GREAT detail on how the fences work and the great quality of the work being done. He even helped me through the process of getting approved for a Home Depot credit card so I didn’t have to fish out ANY $$$ right there!!! With 2 years 0% APR.Was told it would take 4-6 weeks to pull permits/order/install.The fence itself was done in 4 weeks, part of a gate was missing from the order, which they came back the following day to install (I thought it was gonna take at least 1 week)I have never seen such a nice/professional fence installed, and can’t believe the timely manner it was installed too!Not only that but a month down the road I was again contacted by Angel to make sure things were to my standard and that i was happy with the fence! Great customer service! Also someone from the office would email me weekly letting me know the status of my job!

Terrible work! Terrible customer service! Terrible communication!I would NOT recommend these people!They have been out twice in one week after completion to repair the same loose pole.Now 2 weeks later since completion we have another pole loose, a panel of fencing leaning back and a gap where you can see the trees on the back lot.Sabrina the lady that answers the phone is rude and no help. I gave them a 3 stars due to how long it took for our fence to be completed. The fence looks nice since the completion but the install was hectic. We were told (by phone call) they would be there on Wednesday 05/06. My mother in law waited around all day to which my husband called the store in the early afternoon. The lady told him she would call him back after gathering some information. He never received a call so he had to call them again that evening to which they said they would be out shortly. The men ended up showing up to our home around 5:15-5:30pm. They apologized and had told us that we were not even on their route for the day. However they prepped our yard and came back the next day around 10am. They were only there for a few hours and didnt end up completing the job until that following Monday. Since it was the weekend we had to stare at a half completed fence. We were given an estimated time frame of 6-8weeks but it took almost 10 weeks to the completion date(1 day shy of 10 weeks.) Once emailing them my concerns they replied with we couldnt start until you got the approval from the HOA which I was unaware of. I feel like communication really lacked between this company. Had we have just received an email or a call about the time difference and the mess up on the schedule I do think we could have had a difference on opinion.

I have become increasingly dissatisfied with my vinyl privacy fence installation done earlier this year. The gate latch was installed 18 inches from the top of the six foot gate and I was told that was the code in Charlotte County. No one around has a gate latch up that high and it is not code. This resulted in the lower part of the gate shaking and moving when it was windy. Also, there was no handle attached on the gate so I had to reach up to the top of the gate to open and pull it closed. I had to have my boyfriend lower the gate hatch and put handles on both sides of the gate so I could pull open and close gate. One of the posts that is mounted in concrete is loose. I have called customer service twice and never have received a callback regarding this. I do not recommend this company.

Nelly in Naples, FL, for me as a homeowner working with Fence Dynamic has been a great experience, they started our project by explaining us all the process, as well as the differences between a type of fence to another, and they always suggested the best without pressing, after the contract was signed they started the permit diligence and the ordering of the material they would use, and even though they let us know that the awaiting time could even be more than eight weeks, we got our fence in much less than that, and not only that we got our project all done before the established time, but their performance were impeccable, they really went beyond our expectation. A very exceptional team. Starting for the sales representative who we worked with (Rob) as well, as the girls at the office, example, Jessica, and not less important, that great team that came up to make the installation. Definitely, Fence Dynamic is a marvelous company, with a great staff, I highly recommend them without any doubts

Our sales person, Angel was fabulous to work with. He was quick to respond when I asked him questions during the process. The fence install took a little longer then we were told/expected. But once the installation was complete we were extremely satisfied. The fence installer, Brad was very professional and made sure we were happy with everything.

Wish I could give a 5 star review because up until now, my experience has been great with this company and the installers worked quickly and professionally on the day they came. We were very happy and were excited to enjoy our new fenced backyard. BUT...at the end of the installation they realized that they didn’t have the gate for some reason, so they couldn’t finish my job that day. Fine, things happen, I’m understanding about stuff like that. They said they were going to come back the next day, Thursday, to finish the job. If not then, “definitely” Friday. But they didn’t show up either day, and so I called Friday afternoon and was told “definitely” Saturday. Again, no show on Saturday. I even stayed home all day waiting for them, which is very frustrating. So I called again first thing Monday morning (today) and again was told “definitely” today. But as of right now, we still have no gate, so our job is still incomplete. Why keep using that word “definitely” if it isn’t true? Why am I not a priority? My job isn’t complete and I have called numerous times to make that known. Don’t start new jobs until you finish ones you already started! And most importantly, don’t tell the customer something will “definitely” happen if it won’t. That’s my biggest issue here. I would have much preferred to have been told, “sorry, it will take a week until we can finish your fence.” At least then you are setting up clear expectations, and I would have been totally understanding. But to keep making promises and then breaking them, and not even calling any of these times to apologize or reschedule or explain? I don’t appreciate that whatsoever. That’s not how I do business, and as of right now, I’m “definitely” not a happy customer. Hope you come finish my fence soon....

I called Fence Dynamics because I had used them in the past. They sent someone out who walked through my needs, and drew up a proposal. I approved the proposal and they went right to work on getting the proper permitting and scheduling me for the fence install. Due to the fact that we were also getting a pool built, Fence Dynamics had to wait for their install, but they were very patient with us until we were ready for the install and then once we gave them the go ahead they got right to work. The fence looks great and we are happy. My only warning: make sure how you want the fence built is exactly how you really want it. Change orders are seriously expensive.

The sales guy Kris was very professional, pleasant, and punctual. The communication between contact signing and install was very clear each week with Sabrina. The fence was installed right at 6 weeks (was told 4-6 weeks so it was accurate), took 2 days and the installer (I think his name was Dan) was very nice and went over the fence install before he started and asked about any concerns during and after it was finished. So happy to have my fence in :)

Tried to get a quote from this company. I stayed home from work, guy was going to be late but at least called to let me know. Then he never showed up. I left my home survey outside for him for the next day if he did come, never came. Called and asked why I never received my quote, she said she would look into it for me... never heard anything back. No emails, no phone calls. They seem to not even care if they get your business.

We were very happy with our experience from Angel, the installation team and office staff at Fence Dynamics! We had a considerably large lot that needed to be fenced in and the price was great. There was clear communication throughout the entire process. The particular team that installed my fence had it up within three days (due to the weather and again because we had a large property to enclose). Very satisfied with the final product. The sales experience was pleasant as Kris was very professional and efficient. However, the company its self oversold and under delivered. We are having a fence installed from Fence Dynamic and the entire process was terrible and unprofessional. I would not recommend this company to anyone. We signed for a contract for a fence a few months ago and they gave us a start date of first thing Friday Morning 08/21/2020. I stayed home from work Friday due to the fence being put up. 8am rolls around, no one here, 11am comes around still haven’t heard from anyone, finally I take it upon myself to call the company and they said “they are on they way to you and will arrive shortly, they will be completing the fence today” 2pm comes still no one here. I again had to call the company for the office staff to tell me that they had to stop at Home Depot. No one called, no one had let me know what was going on. I get a call from the office at around 3pm saying that they will arrive shortly again and about 45 minutes later they fencing guys show up and say “we won’t be starting today it is too late in the day, we will come back first thing Saturday” (as this is no fault to the fencing installers, there is just no communication from the office staff) I had to take off a entire day off work for absolutely no reason. Saturday comes they start the fence but can’t put the gates on due to the cement having to dry (I understand completely this process) the installers tells us they will be installing the gates first thing Monday morning. I again stayed home from work and haven’t heard anything from this company about coming out to put the gates on! I call the company around 3pm and they tell me “they should have been out to you already, I will call you right back” still almost 5pm now and I haven’t heard from the office again and still no gates installed. I am extremely frustrated with this entire process as I have now used 2 full PTO days for no show both times. Do no go with this company as they do not care if your time is wasted as long as they are getting their money.

Horrible experience. Do not use them they never keep you updated and it will takes months to get them to install when they tell everyone 6 to 8 weeks. Also they do not how to measure your yard right and they immediately have utility co mark off your yard within a few days and of course it has to b done again because the markings and flags are gone before they decide to do your fence

Small job to erect six-foot high vinyl fence around my pool equipment at the side of the house. Went off without a hitch after irrigation lines were re-routed around the hole for a fence post. Sprinkler guy said it was much easier to fix/relocate a line than locate it, since he did not install it. Fence crew was back the next day on Saturday to finish the job. Looks great!

Beware of this company. Very unprofessional and dishonest. The vinyl portion of the fence was not put up per our contract. When we told them about this they said they were right per the contract. I asked them to send me a copy of the contract and you can see they changed the numbers by 1 foot! The chain link part of our fence was placed on top of an irrigation head. They said they could not move it, so we had to do this. The gates it took them an extra month and 3 times coming out to finally get installed and fit properly. This was the worst experience in the process of our newly built home. Stay away from this company.

Kris came out and gave me a great price on the fence after helping me figure out how exactly I wanted the fence set up to make sure I loved it when it was finished being installed, even during the “pandemic” permitting materials and all communications were flawless with the company emailing or calling each week to update me on the progress (permitting took a while because it was unable to be done in person as government offices were shut down) so about 3-4 weeks after signing contract the installer Ben came out with one other worker and started working on the fence even with the rain coming down! They did as much work as they could before getting too much rain and came back and finished the next day where the fence looked absolutely perfect. I naturally expect a fence to be uneven here or there but there are absolutely zero problem spots in the fence and I am now more than happy to refer everyone I see to fence dynamics! Not to mention they beat everyone else’s prices and Kris made sure to follow up with me and make sure I was nothing less than ecstatic to have the work done with them! Highly recommend to anyone who may be reading these reviews wondering about calling for an appointment

They happily take your cash for deposit/payment but who knows when/if they will show. You’ll get scheduled but don’t expect the crew to be there. Then you’ll get the run around and they will use any excuse they can think of to finally tell you they have a year to come out and their crew not showing up is not their problem

Very very nice work from the whole team. They guy who was talking care of the contract was very professional his name is Kriss. The Mexican guys who built the fence were very fast and friendly. We need more people like them.Thanks to all of you for the hard work during this pandemic.

Fence Dynamics were contracted out through Home Depot and I was contacted quickly for estimate. From the consultation to the day of install, everything went smooth and easy. Office kept me in the loop via email with updates on everything. I have nothing but good to say about everyone I came in contact with. Office crew, salesmen, and install crew were all A++ in every facet of the process. Would highly recommend!

Fence Dynamics was quick to come out and the install was quick also. They were quick to take my money also. Now that I have issues with my gate I am a forgotten customer....hence the two stars. This company needs training in customer service.***Added in Reply to comment: It was understood that this is not a warrantable condition. I made an appointment to have someone come out and give me an estimate to fix this issue, but I waited all morning for a no call, no show. My issue isnt my fence posts, which as a fence specialist, you should have seen in the pictures I sent you.- Customer Service lesson #1 : If you get a bad review, your first step is to contact the customer and see if there is any way to make the situation right and maybe they will remove their comment or give you five stars, making your company a higher ranked company.- Customer Service lesson #2 : If a customer pays A LOT of money (16K) for a fence, and later has an issue, give them the benefit of doubt and go out and at least take a look. Maybe your installer forgot to put cement in a post hole or hung a gate a little off. You might be able to diffuse a potentially bad review. Down to one star.

Super happy with our experience with Fence Dynamics! They were always available to give us updates on our fence installation time frame. The installation was super quick, like 4 hours! Looks great!!!

They came in 6 weeks, Kris said 6-8 weeks. Looks amazing, the guy, I think Brad was very polite, got the job done with very few breaks. We would recommend for sure.

Very disappointedI’m rather disappointed with Fence Dynamics. I called for an appointment, Kris came out immediately and was very friendly. I wanted an aluminum fence with arched gates and in the initial contract, Kris drew the arched gates in. After deciding to add an additional 18 feet of fence, Kris wrote up another contract but this time left the “drawing” of the arched gates out without my knowledge, as I didn’t realize that was what determined whether I would get arched or straight gates. When the company came to install the gates, I told them that I ordered arched gates, not the straight ones. We called Kris and he stated that he took them out to “save costs” ($400-500 per gate) yet still charged me the original price for the fence and arched gates. If I were saving in costs, it should have cost me $1000 less! I was told that because they are special order, not only would I have to pay a restocking fee but the additional $1000 to upgrade the gates. I spoke with the company regarding the issue. It took them over a month to respond to the issue, but because they were paid and the signed contract didn’t show the “drawing” of the arched gates, there is nothing they are willing to do. It’s obvious the changes occurred without my knowledge to increase commissions. Don’t use them, but if you do be very careful and pay attention to the little details because they will change things without your knowledge. I have 1300 more feet of fencing to put up and will be sure to use another reliable, honest company in order to avoid another dishonest and sneaky transaction. It’s a very sad and bad way to run your business.

We just had our fence installed yesterday. Geo and Armando did the work. They were very professional and polite guys and they did a great job with the installation. They even trimmed some tree branches that were in the way and when the job was done, they cleaned up everything. Would recommend Fence Dynamics too anyone I know. Great job guys and thanks again.

TERRIBLE WORK! We do NOT RECOMMEND this company!*Wait at LEAST a MONTH before you pay them your final payment!!Read my wifes review below and look at the owners reply about repairing the issues which is a lie then view these pictures taken today Sept 21st,2020.He claims the fence was touched right after install and that is a BOLD lie!They sent workers out to put up the fence on August 12th(Wednesday). The workers had the fence put up but NOT the gates on Aug 12th. The workers said they would be back early the next morning to complete the job. My wife stayed home all day Aug 13th(Thursday) then called the office between 12noon-1pm to find out where the workers were at. Sabrina says she would check on it but then never called my wife back. My wife then called AGAIN around 2pm and Sabrina says Oh he didnt call you? We told him to call you! He is out sick but he will come by tomorrow(Aug 14th Friday) with the crew to finish the GATES!Aug 14th(Friday)the crew shows up and finishes the gates and leaves.Aug 15th(Saturday) 3 days after completion of the fence I walked the fence to check their work. Only the fence not the gates they just put up the day before. Upon inspection of the fence we see 2 poles are loose.Aug 17th(Monday) my wife calls the office and tells Sabrina about the issue. Sabrina gets rude with her then transfers it to Jill. Jill says she will have the guys come back to fix the issues.The guys come out and pour down more cement.Aug 21st(Friday) I email Sabrina and tell her the same 2 poles are still loose.Jill came over with a skinny Caucasian worker and saw the issue area and said to me All of your fence posts were not properly tapped down. She then told me she will get it all fixed and for the trouble she will install a 2nd push down rod on the double gate.The guy with her came around when he was done and said he fixed the issues but they are NOT fixed. He did NOT have the rod to install on that double gate and he said he would return that same evening and he never came back. I gave Jill our final check thinking the job was done right when she was there with her guy.Sept 14th(Monday) we sent another email asking when these issues would be fixed. I made 3 calls and each time they would answer the phone then hang up.My wife writes a review 3 days ago on Google and the owner replies that our fence has been repaired. Do the pictures below look like the fence has been repaired?Its now Sept 21,2020.

Fence Dynamics did an amazing job, extremely happy with how the fence came out, front office always responded to emails and phone calls quickly. Angle was a great help with picking the type of fence the would work for me and with the layout of the fence. Thank you guys again for a job well done!

Let me share my experience with this company. I am a contractor from out of town and Dynamic Fence was recommended to me for some privacy panels at our home if Florida. We scheduled 4 weeks in advance to have someone come out. The morning of the appointment they wanted to cancel due to a conflict. After I stressed my displeasure in having an appointment set up for 4 weeks, they arranged their schedule to stop over. We decided on a product and a direction but needed to see a sample of the higher end fence panels to confirm. They never called or returned to our house. We made several attempts by phone and email. After talking to the office manager, she apologized and took our email to send contact info to us. She wanted us to work directly with her. We never hear from her. We contacted Atlas Fence and plan on using them for our installation.Good luck with Dynamic Fencing.

They showed up on time and within two hours they put up my fence. They told me it could take 3 weeks for installation and was done in 2 weeks. Robert is a very professional business man and he offered us an excellent deal based on our needs.

Fence Dynamics is the absolute WORST fencing company around. I do not recommend EVER using them. They require you to be home when they show up (which is fine) so we made arrangements to be home on a work day. After repeatedly telling us they were “on their way” for 4 HOURS. They never showed up. Next day- (another work day), repeatedly told us they were on their way for multiple hours. NEVER showed up. They completed no showed 2 days in row while ensuring us they were on their way for hours each day. We had to take 3 PTO days from work because they can’t get their employees to show up! It shouldn’t matter if they are contracted out or not. Sabrina- the admin lady who answers the phone is absolutely awful, unprofessional, and down right rude also. All around HORRIBLE experience with them.

I could NOT be more DISSATISFIED with Fence Dynamics! I am appalled that I have to click a star in order to post this review.1. They are unreliable- The crew began work this past Tuesday afternoon, they tore down our old fence and just left it strewed all over our front lawn and then never returned on Wednesday at all. Additionally, we were never contacted to let us know that they would not be coming. My husband called the company several times only to find out that the company did not know where their crew was.2. They are not meeting their timeline-we were told this job would be done in 2 days. It is now day 4 and they have yet to complete the job; However, keep in mind they never showed up at all on Wednesday and today they are a NO SHOW. Again, we were never called to let us know that they would not be coming today.3. They have no consideration for my property - the old fence has still not been completely removed and is laying around, not to mention my grass that is dying by the day.Be careful! We contacted Home Depot for this job, and Home Depot contracted the work out to Fence Dynamics. Shame on you Home Depot, this reflects poorly on you as well!!

There was a problem with finishing off the fence w proper caps.and plugs. Buy after a couple of weeks delay, Jill came to the rescue and installed them personally herself. Angel. Tyler andSabrina all professional and courteous.Fence turned out great.

Located and decided to contract for aluminum fence in PGI to keep dog confined. Fence Dynamics were responsive with their timeline for an estimate, and worked with my schedule thru installation. They delivered on time results, the fence was quality, and once installation was started it was done quickly and professionally. No issues with local post install inspections. I think they did a great job and the fence looks good

Fence dynamics is such a helpful company. From the salesperson to the office staff they are there to assist with any questions or concerns you may have. They provide weekly status updates on the progress of your job up until time of install. Once the installers come out the office staff soon follow up with you and make sure that everything is up to par. They are a reputable company and I would recommend using them for all of your fencing needs!

This company is an extreme disappointment. I believe in keeping my money in the community using locally companies, but this company likes to make up new policies as they go along. Had to have rear gate fixed several times, constantly finding gaps in the fence, and this is after spending $17,000 in fencing and permitting. We were given a 1 year warranty on the build and when we had an issue with another gate 9 months after build I was told there would be a 100$ fee for them to come fix gate.. I had USA fence come fix gate only to find the wrong screws were used and no screws were used in some places at all. Why would I be charged 100$ before even coming out to see what problem was. Never again. The best part is I have the whole thing on my camera system. Use this company at your own risk and good luck getting them to honor their warranty.Please when owner responds don’t try and act like you have no idea what I am talking about because I have also saved phone records with multiple no responses .

Amazing working with this company and the grew or or fence in fast and did great work couldnt be happier. I see a lot of the bad reviews on here are from people who have no logical reason really to why they left such a terrible review of you read the responses like people will go so far out of their way to destroy others? ANYWAYS super happy with our fence thank you!

Excellent job installing the fence. Jessica called me once a week keeping me updated on their progress, which was great! The installers worked until fence was perfectly placed. They cleaned up and took much pride in their job.

Fence Dynamics charged me 1,000 more and did NOT do anywhere near as good of job. They are not recommended. They bring a nice folder and presentation, then the wheels fall off.

LOVE my fence!!!! every other company had a far worse product. Presentation was amazing and work was done wonderfully. I have over 1,000 feet of vinyl installed and I am still STUNNED at the amazing work, price, and communication of the company.

They put fence up at my daughters school Murdock middle did amazing work so I asked for a quote on vinyl. HD 200 installed and completed in two days and the work was beautiful. Definitely added more value to my property than what I paid by far.

We received 3 quotes from reputable companies in our area. Although FD’s quote was highest, we were very pleased with Angel’s presentation & willingness to compromise, coming through with the best plans for our property. Yesterday the work was completed by Jay & Mike, two clearly professional gentlemen who worked tirelessly to attend to every detail. We are extremely fussy people and I can say, without a doubt, I would highly recommend this business for any fencing needs. We are EXCEPTIONALLY PLEASED and frankly blown away by the appearance coming out so wonderful which, due to our terrain, we did not expect anything close to what that produced for our finished product. We are very Satisfied with our new 6’ vinyl fence. Met with sales rep Angel and had an informative discussion on Fence Dynamics product line. We decided on 6’ vinyl fence with two 5’ gates. Jessica called to Update us when the permits were finished and when the install date would be. Brandon did a great job installing the fence arrow straight and cleaned up the fence and yard to perfection. Brandon also took the time to inform me of the best way to keep the vinyl looking good. I have to say saw some comments I was worried about but they are ALL WRONG. I had 3 quotes done and fence dynamics blew me away with the presentation. Everything up to the install date I was called and kept up to date by Jessica on the process and where we were at. The install was very quick and the work was exactly what I wanted and expected. These guys idk how they do it in the heat but they are hard workers and I tipped them on the excellent work. Good job everyone

I called in to get a estimate on having some fencing done and the people I talked to were very courteous and kind. They had people come to my house and give me a free estimate. The process of getting all the permits and paper work was quite speedy on their end. They put up my fence and it looks fantastic...I Love My new fence.... I recommend this fencing company to anyone :)

I was very impressed with the professionalism of Jay Maurer, our installer. He was very neat, cleaning up any debris. He was also very personable, explaining every step of the installation. I was extremely pleased with the fence and installation.

I was so pleased after dynamic fencing took on the job and completed my project. We checked out so many different other vendors but none was more pleasing to my family and I then dynamic fencing. Job was done to our liking and I am totally a completely satisfied customer!!

The installation was awesome! the job done far exceeded my expectations,The only issue was that when your yard has flags for your utilities make sure they are well marked, in our side the television cable was not marked correctly and the line was cut. This was the only issue.I would like to say thank you to Fence Dynamics for there weekly phone calls and project updates. Great communications!I am very pleased with this company and would highly recommend them to all my friends and anyone considering a fence install.
