I cannot descibe all the details b/c my husband was the main one in communication with Cindy but I do know that our fence had many gaps and we were told that it was installed this way b/c of our dog eventhough we had no dog at the time. An attempt at a repair left us still with gaps and hopes for a nice professional looking fence gone. The holes from all the misdrilling look like absolute garbage. I cant wait for a redo in a few years with a different company.

J2W installed a vinyl fence at our house and a wood stockade at my sons house, this past week. Both fences came out better than expected, the cost was much less than we had planned on and the quality of materials used was top notch!Cyndi and Scott are an absolute pleasure to work with, responsive, knowledgeable and they appreciate their customers!!! I would highly recommend this company!

Cindi one of the owners is terrible to work with. I had her come out and bid a trash can enclosure job at my home, last week of July,we got approval from the HOA for the project Aug 16th and contacted her to set up a time for install. She would not give me a definitive date for install. Very wishy washy about when they could get the job done.She finally sends me a Facebook message Friday Aug 28th that they will be out Monday Aug 31st to install. I told her school goes back that day and we would be available after 10am. Again NO response from her until I reached out Monday morning to confirm they were coming out. She finally responded telling me our job is being squeezed in between large fencing jobs and she couldnt accommodate later start time. Goes back and forth with me and tells me you are new to the area and do not want to burn Bridges by making false claims against a business. What false claim? We hired them to do a job,they never came out and poorly communicated with us. I do not recommend you call them for small jobs like trash enclosure,they will blow you off!

Great company!!! Would highly recommend, she came out the same day I called her submitted a permit, eight days later my fence was up. The crew that came out were very pleasant and very professional. Scott even fixed a problem that the old fence company left behind.

Scott and his sons put up our fence quickly, sturdy and looked beautiful.He said call if there was any problems.Wellll our gate worked for a week.Called Scott, he explained to my husband how a adjust the gate to open and close correctly. Wellll that work for s couple of days. Called Scott several times and he said he would come......never did.We love the fence, hate the gate.Poor service follow up.

We used J2 to put up a vinyl privacy to fence in our back yard. It was a pleasure working with this husband-wife team from the very start! Florida is known for poor workmanship, shabby customer service, and horrible work ethic. J2 is an amazing exception! They were on time, finished in a day, had excellent prices, and CARED! Dont go to anyone else. This company is worth its weight in gold!
