The guys came on time, and did a great job of taking care of everything. Answered all my questions and left the place clean.Would highly recommend them again. The owner is who I spoke with and he was very fair and polite. Knew his stuff!

I had such a great experience with this company, they replaced my air conditioner unit because my old one I had after 25 years stop working.Effren & Nico are such great technicians, they worked hard all day at my house getting it all done. I also met Ron the owner, he made sure everything was taken care of. Nico came back next day to finish one of the cable connection through the attic and Effren also check everything before the inspection was schedule.I would definitely recommend them.

Emery Air conditioning replaced our 19 year old Air Handler and 14 year old Compressor . Nick and Efren worked tirelessly in extreme heat to complete a very logistically challenging job. 1 Repairman told us the Walk-in cooler unit was working fine and to just clean the unit and it should start blowing cold again. I could tell this guy was a moron so I called a second company. They said they theyll come out and look at it for $90+90/hr but wont go on the roof while its raining for safety. It was hardly a drizzle but ok. I guess $3k dollars worth of food should go bad because the tech is afraid of rain. I told him Id have to get back to him. I was polite but the guy was a bit of a jerk on the phone. Finally I called Emery. The gentleman on the phone seemed to understand the urgency of the situation and was very empathetic. His tech arrived quickly, found and fixed the problem in about an hour. Blown capacitor. Emery saved the day THANK YOU!

Emery did a fantastic job on my commercial unit they worked on a Saturday to finish the job and cleaned up after themselves. Dave and Mike know there way around an AC unit. Good Job.

Emery is one of the most honest service companies I have used. Another company was trying to sell me a part for my a/c unit. I called the owner of Emery and told him what was happening. He looked up my equipment and told me that the part was under warranty and that I would not have to pay anything to replace it. They have been taking care of my a/c ever since and all I do is call them and they come out the same day!! I highly recommend this company.

I think Ron and his crew are the best a/c service team in Port Charlotte to have on your side. Give them a try.

I called Emery A.C. about looking at my heating/ventilation system. They thoroughly scoped my issues and concerns, made recommendations on how to improve the air quality coming in to the home through the system; and even took the time to thoroughly clean the dryer vent tube, enhancing the performance of our clothes dryer.Ownership is very professional; is very hands-on; licensed contractor; and someone I would trust to work on my systems; as well as do it at a fair price.

I called Emery Air to come out to see about a no heat problem. The tech took one look at the system and pronounced it was too old and needed to be replaced, period. He did absolutely no diagnostics on the heating portion of the system, on top of which he said no parts were available, too old. I found quite a few reasonably priced parts available on line before the guy was out of the driveway. Basically I paid $95 for nothing, well except an opportunity for them to do a sales pitch. I was told that a new system would cost about $4500 for the condenser and air handler and if I wanted to do the ducts that would be about another $2000. These people are little better than thieves. The kicker is I did a bit of research on line, and fixed the problem myself, the problem was a switch in the old thermostat, cost me $26 and about 30 minutes to install and program a new thermostat. So, run, don’t walk away from this bunch! One can only imagine how many trusting or unknowledgeable seniors get taken to the woodshed.

This company was referred by our Home Warranty to repair the AC unit. Their tech came out at the moment the dead AC system decided to come back to life. So he did not repair anything, charged $45 for the visit and left. Three days later, the AC stopped working again and Emery was assigned again by the warranty company to come out. They never showed up, demanded additional $140 to come out on Saturday, still did not show up and on Monday morning stated they need to go to a different house in order to get paid. In the meantime, we were suffering in the summertime Florida heat over at least three days including a weekend. Do not deal with this company - call another company who is more professional than Emery Air.
