Having never owned a pool before I am especially impressed by how responsive they have been to all my questions/concerns.Just wanted to add to my original review. Couldnt be happier with our pool service. They now send us weekly updates/photo of our pool. Pristine Pools provides great customer service and are very conscientious. Highly recommend.
Absolutely love this company! They always come on the day they say and they keep our pool spotless! We were out of town and a neighbor called us to say we had water spewing from our pump. We called Mike with a request for help and he went immediately to fix it for us. Even called us to tell us it was done. They are a top notch company.
Highly recommend Pristine Pool Services. They readily answer emails and texts. Now after pool service they send a picture of your pool, list everything they have serviced and who serviced the pool.
We purchased our home with a pool in January. We have never had a pool before so are a little clueless. Chuck introduced himself, explained what he does, helped us get our spa working, etc. Every week he comes like clockwork. Our pool always looks great and for what I feel is a really reasonable price. I would highly recommend Chuck and Pristine Pools!!
Chuck, our serviceman is excellent. He arrives promptly and immediately gets to work testing the water, then skimming and scrubbing. Recently on a service call he detected a problem with our salt cell. Explained the part extensively and suggested we would need it replaced. Had the part on his next call and installed. Chuck has been very respectful of our property as well. We are very pleased with this company and would highly recommend.

We recently purchased property in Port Charlotte with a pool in deplorable condition. The pool had not been maintained for months. We called Pristine Pool Services who came out and provided work and cost estimates required to get the pool back in operation.Within a week the pool has gone through an incredible transformation; from looking like a swamp to clear blue swimmable water.We are very happy with the service provided by Pristine Pool Services of SW FL, Inc. I had several estimates before choosing Pristine Pools.Not only were the prices right but Frank, the owner, has always taken the time to answer questions anytime. He will also show and explain to you what he is doing. He just replaced my pump that went out on Saturday.I couldnt be happier with this company and its employees.Neal cleans the pool every week. Our tech Chuck has been amazing. After we started using Pristine our friends and family thought we had new tile and resurfacing. Night and day between pristine and any of the four other companies we had used in last ten years prior to finding pristine pool service. If you want a pristine pool without the work, these are the people to call.

Like you are doing now, I read all the reviews before committing to Pristine Pool Services of SW FL for my monthly pool service. I used Pristine for 8 months and from the start, there were issues. When I paid my invoice using Apple Pay (an option on their Quickbooks invoice), I was argued with and told repeatedly that my payment was overdue because they didnt know how to receive payment through their own system. Even with the weekly service, my pool was always dirty- I swept the floor and walls in between their weekly visits, and when the pool tech broke the air release valve (not his fault, it was dry rotted from sun exposure which is why I didn’t mention it to the owner), I was not informed. It leaked for weeks until my lawn guy sent me a picture to let me know. He noticed and assumed I knew, but after leaking for some time he thought it best to tell me. I reached out to Pristine to see if they could replace the part for me during their next visit and was told that my filter housing unit was too outdated and parts were discontinued. I was told it would be $689 to replace the whole unit. $689???!!! I just replaced the part myself- $23 at Pinch a Penny and 30 seconds of labor. Thank you to Randy from R&S Pool Services for being honest and suggesting I try to fix it myself (I called him for a second opinion and he wouldnt even charge me for a service call!). Save yourself some frustration and money- look elsewhere for pool service.I’m happy to see my review is being read. It is true- in addition to the air pressure valve, I also bought a pressure gauge which is a different part all together. Never having worked on a pool pump before I assumed it would be difficult and did ask for help. I found out it wasn’t hard at all. My filter unit is working great and no longer leaking.

I called her and explained what happened and she promised to resolve it it and that it would not happen again. Reviews for this company are very good. Minor issue, resolved.I will be looking for a pool service company in the near future, I would consider them based on the reviews and Debs sincere response

We like Neil. We trust him. Both important. We don’t watch everything he does as a result. He’s a professional for sure. My hubby is a stickler about our pool and thank goodness Neil makes sure to be here on time, let us know what he’s done that day, and even our dogs can’t wait to see him with a friendly smile every week. Pristine has provided great service for us. Our service technician, Neil, is always responsive and really makes sure that our TOTAL pool system is operating correctly, and works well with us on repairs when needed. When we moved to Florida a year ago, we used one of the more well known pool services initially, but didnt like their service. We switched to Pristine and have been VERY pleased with the services they provide for us.

Neal does our weekly service. He is the best. I had a problem with my eyes burning after the pool was serviced. Neal worked on the problem for 3 weeks before he solved it. Since then everything is fine.My pump was struck by lightning while I was away. I was notified and a new pump installed the next dayYou more than likely will not find a better company to service your pool.

They use to be good, but went downhill with the tech that serviced my pool. After servicing my pool would leave items laying out on my pool deck and didnt respond to my request to look at my pool cleaner that wasnt working. Henceforth, I fixed it myself, So with that in my, I decided there is no reason for me to keep this pool service any longer. The owner and wife are nice, but the reason I cancelled is simply due to the Techs inability to follow direction/request.

My pool was not in the best condition. I had a different company come to my home and service my pool to find a week or so later there were no chemicals in it and it grew algae, it stained many areas in my pool. Frank came got my pool clean, put a lot of elbow grease and now there are minimal if any stains from the algae. I am so happy with my pool, looks so clean. I use him on a weekly basis maintaining my pool. I give Pristine pools 5 STARS. Thank you Frank for such a great job!! Well done..
This pool service is the best. We had a previous pool service company that told us there was no way they could get the stains out of the bottom of our pool. Frank of Pristine got them out within 2 days! This company cares about you and your pool and they have the best prices around. Great service! I recommend the Standard Package for those who use their pools multiple times a week. I am considering upgrading to the Premium Package. My kids love the pool and are in it all the time. With all the toys in the pool and the foam from the pool noodles the more frequent vacuum might be worth it.

Frank from Pristine Pools recently took over the care of my pool and I am more than ecstatic with the results...my pool is always crystal clear without an over abundance of Chlorine smell and burning eyes....he is using all the correct chemicals for all the correct conditions and the first time out he removed some rust stains on the bottom from cage screws that I have been looking at for the past 3 years that the last company couldnt remove....Highly Recommend Giving Him A call
