Im a little late with my review but I had some add-ons done by Thunder Action a few weeks ago. I was completely satisfied with the job they did on my 2020 Trike. So, I thought I could save time and money and ordered up the parts on-line while they were still out of town for the summer to have them ready when they got back. Bob tried to install everything I had gotten but go figure, nothing fit properly and in fact one item would have been dangerous for me if he altered it. Needless to say, they both explained the problems and Sylvie actually ordered the correct parts that were needed (I returned what I ordered). They also gave me a bit of a discount for both the 1st attempted install AND the second actual install. This shows that they do care about their customers and that they strive to do a top notch job. I have no problem going back again and highly recommend their competent, courteous and affordable services. Thank you so much! Will see you again for sure!

The best Harley repair shop in port charlotte. They have plenty of parts u might need right away. And if they dont have it they can get it pretty fast. Its a mom and pop shop and mom ( silvy )realy knows her parts. Pop ( bob ) been fixing bikes for a long time and Ive been going there for 15 years since i moved here. Prices are fair and quality of work is top notch.
