They helped me find an emergency cpap mask after mine broke while on vacation . We are eternally grateful. Polite and nice people God Bless you all. Recommend 100%.
I am extremely unhappy with their services, I was told my insurance covered their products and then I was billed 95 dollars for my second mask. I was told by an employee that it was covered, then I was sent a bill. I tried to return the mask and they would not take it back. I cant even use the mask at all. Then now I am being told I am going to be charged a rental fee for 3 months and then the machine is mine. When I picked up the machine I was told I had to use the machine everyday for a month and my insurance would cover it and if I didnt they wouldnt and that was for the first month not that I would be charged for 3 months a rental fee for it. I was told by the Doctor I went to he was sending me their because he new they worked with my insurance. I just cant believe they are selling their products to people without knowing what is covered and what is not and you will get a different story depending on who you talk too,, totally unprofessional to me. I was also told they use to take returns for mask but not now with the covid they dont and to keep the mask for back up after I told the person I cant use it because it makes me feel Closter phobic and I am really not happy I have to pay 95 dollars for something I can not use!
Horrible experience. On more than one occasion when trying to purchase necessary medical equipment. The staff has wanted to argue with me rather than help get the equipment I needed. Follow up doesnt happen. Told the woman I was speaking with I was going else where, all she said was OK No empathy or apology.. If you dont care about service go here otherwise dont even call.
Port Charlotte Oxygen is the very best! All of the employees I have dealt with have always been very friendly and have always handled any questions or concerns I have with the utmost professionalism. It has been my complaint from the start. There is NO CLOSE PLACE TO PARK for anyone sick enough to use this store. For a respiratory patient the closest parking space is NOT handicapped and at least 75 feet from door. I have to have someone drop me off each visit and then there continues to be a hard job to find parking because this store is in front of the driveway, not parking. Have seen people so winded come in there due to this, 911 may be the more appropriate call than a new c-pap mask!
This is the best equipped oxygen therapy office I’ve ever seen -the staff are knowledgeable and helpful-they stock multiple optional items like CPAP cleaning machines and travel CPAP devices. It has been a one stop shopping home in my local community and I have taken pictures of the “showroom” to share with out of town CPAP buddies who were sad they had nothing like it in their town. Keep up the outstanding work-I am so grateful!
I am a snowbird and my DME company at home would not ship me a new power cord d/t insurance policies. Jacob from Port Charlotte Oxygen was willing to troubleshoot my machine to verify that it was indeed the power cord that was faulty. He was also willing to loan me theirs while I ordered a new one via Amazon Prime. Service with a smile and no monetary gain for them! That’s what I call 5 star service!!

Just met with Jacob who was very helpful in explaining my CPAP options. I am changing from a full face mask to something less. So many options but he was so patient and extremely knowledgeable. This is a business that cares about their customers and their comfort. Dont spend another night with an uncomfortable CPAP device! Call Jacob and he will take good care of you!
We decided to use this company to support local business . What a mistake that has turned out to be. They have not called one time since my husband was put on the machine. It would have been nice to follow up and make sure everything was ok, but to not call for supplies tells me they dont care at all. I called and this Jacob told me he was with a customer and if I wanted to come in that would be better. All he wants is supplies. Calling doctor and insurance company to change over to another company. Not to mention they are closed on weekends and only open during the week for business hours. Does Not help the working class at all.....
While in SW Florida during a recent visit, I discovered a missing, yet critical component and order a replacement piece via Amazon Prime and expedited delivery, leaving me with two nights w/o CPAP. In a major fail, a delivery update indicated the piece was going to take five days. I researched options nearby & called PCO. After speaking with Jacob, who suggested coming into and looking at the spare parts box, I arrived the next day. Sadly there was nothing to be found, however, there was a display mask with the component. Jacob allowed me the opportunity to borrow the piece until the replacement arrived, all for a nominal fee. Hooray! All else went according to plan and I returned a new piece yesterday, as agreed. Great service and location, if nearby.
Jacob has gone over detailed report. Also informed me to continue to adjust nose mask and chin strap for better seal. Excellent instruction.
When you call they take way to long to answer. I hate being on hold.
Waited 20 minutes and received no help by Jacob! Went elsewhere.
