Not terribly efficient. They forgot that I was picking up a wheelchair. I was told it would be a few minutes. Thirty minutes later a women came out and apologized about having forgotten to take care of it the day before.They first sent someone to get the wheelchair from their warehouse. If you cant remember to take care of your job at least give the customer a heads up so they can come back later.
I recently got a walking cane for my grandfather from Unity Medical. I wanted something that would be sturdy yet not too heavy to move around. I goy the perfect round handle cane from them and that too at a great price. Thanks for all the help guys.
They helped me with my mother when I needed a Lift Chair and wheel chair for a month. They delivered and picked up. Did all the ordering over the phone and even worked with my schedule for delivery. These guys are right there on top of their game.
My doctor ordered a nebulizer for me and when I stopped to pick it up at Unity they had me sign my paperwork and handed me a bag with nebulizer equipment in it, (my health insurance bought the equipment for me)when I got home and unbagged it I found they gave me a used nebulizer, when I called them they refused to give me a new unused nebulizer, stating that my insurance didnt say that it had to be new, so my insurance paid for a new nebulizer for me and they gave me a used nebulizer that had previously been used as a rental equipment, I was to sick at the time to argue/fight with them and was stuck with the used nebulizer, it was a very upsetting experience!
