Great crew that goes that extra mile! George the manger went out of his today and totally blew me away. I’m sure it’s a regular thing for him. He know I was there for something specific I didn’t have the time to wait. Somehow he found me checking with the item in hand and it wasn’t like it was close by he had to come down from the second floor. Also frank and ray who help with the charts always friendly. Costco offers consistent quality, generous return policies, and decent pricing. The prices have risen steadily however, since the covid pandemic, but I guess prices has risen everywhere.

Clean, lots of variety to choose from. Staff is pleasant. Efficient service. Definitely my favorite location in the area. Overall good shopping experience.Auto service is good as well. They fixed a slow leak in one of my tires that I repeatedly took to Mavis without success. I was actually planning on replacing the tire when their associate assured me it could be repaired. Sure enough months later, the tire is still good. I am satisfied with their service

Love Costcos, but hate when they stop carrying certain items, like Lakanto Monk fruit sweetener, Ive been using that for the longest time and now they stopped carrying it. Hopefully they will start selling it again along with many other Keto stuff!!!

Two floored Costco! Lot of varieties of goods!Also, due to COVID, if you are fronliner you can skip the line! Thank you for that.Very huge costco cause it is 2 floors! The parking lot is huge but still a lot of people even weekdays. The line is always long but the employee tries their best to make it organize.Things and food that I love are: Wide variety of goods! I love their bread/pastry corner! I love their freshly baked muffins, cookies and croissants! The fresh produce are great too, specially chicken thighs that are price $8. I love their golden kiwis! It is cheap and sweet! Most of their foods are! They just introduce new products like KETO ice cream!Will I buy here? Yes af course! Because of the amount of goods here! You will get lost because there is a lot of things to see and buy! Lol

Great place to shop very friendly staff very knowledgeable of the location of items in the store. The stores two levels most of the food items are located upstairs and downstairs has most of the hardware and none edible items overall great place to shop lots of available parking although when its busy hard to find parking close to the door.

This store has two floors which makes it very open and clean. You never feel crowded here and the lines are really short and move fast.

I spend too much money here. I still love it though. Parking situation is not so great, the entrance is a bottle neck. Has a weird conveyor escalator to go upstairs.

Smaller size Costco with a lot less products than the larger Costcos, dont have a few things here that I wanted, like salt for my water softener... Not sure I will come back to this location. There was plenty of parking here...

Costco is my go to place for all my groceries. Unfortunately this costco in particular doesn’t carry the Two Pack Wonder White Bread. What a shame because I have to travel to other Costco to obtain it. Please put this product on your inventory list 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

What to say about Costco. If you have the room in your pantry or cabinets, its worth shopping here! Their desserts are delish! Great assortment of snacks for kids and adults too! Lines can be long but they get you out fast!

What’s not to love? Keto options galore, great prices on organic produce and wrap around your torso chicken thigh packages for ten bucks! If only you weren’t met with the multitudes for every shopping experience.

Michael was the one on charge of maintaining the order by the checkout time. It was Friday, and as usual is really crowd. However, I must say he was doing an excellent job, thinking of the logistics and being particularly polite. I wish my businesses only have employees of his qualifications.

Like most, parking lot is a mess the closer you get to the main entrance, but if you are willing to park a bit further theres always hassle free parking. I am not lazy and OK with walking a little. Their customer’s service is really good. Expect that you need to wait long time in the Electrician area.

They dont honor delivery appointments. FCFS system, and it takes long time because only one forklift operator. Most likely will not be back with water delivery

It is amazing how Costco chose such a small piece of land and decided to make their store 2 levelsThe process of going up-and-down the Escalator was extremely slow and a waste of 4 employees.

Costco is the best warehouse club in my opinion, every club is pretty much relatively easy to navigate, they always have Easter eggs and fun stuff for you to buy when you really just want to go in for the bare essentials. For example, you ever go into Costco for a Bag of Flour and Walk out with a Complete Home Theater system, Generator and clothes.Yea, well you will at Costco.They also have the friendliest people and best return policy.

We love Costco! Great prices on wine, liquor, clothes, electronics, gas and appliances. Not all Costco locations have gas stations or wine / liquor store. Sometimes different locations will offer different items.

Like any other Costco Im sure but Im disappointed with their lack of social distancing enforcement at the check out lines. It just seems like a mess and certainly can imagine someone catching Covid eventually due to this lack of concern.

Love shopping at Costco! Great prices. Tremendous variety and selection. Beer prices are on average $9 a case less than local beer stores.Looking for higher end name brands or furniture at great prices? Costco is the place to shop.Only issue was the new shopping carts are the pits. The wheels dont roll - makes for a frustrating start to an otherwise great shopping experience!

Nice location that isnt usually crowded. It has two levels so if youre looking for perishables like food go upstairs. Pretty much whatever you have seen in a one floor warehouse, the items are upstairs. Very nice people work there and I think many of them recognize. Im do I shop there that much? Lol

The only complaint I have why that COSTCO is still not providing alcohol wipes yet. Why did I pay membership when I still have to look for these things even after 2 months? I understand before, as people hoarded stuff. But even after 2 months, it’s just not fair. Please take some measures to make it available to all your members. When you get stock for alcohol wipes, please email your store members so we can come and pick up. I am a health care provider and cannot come to store every day. So, I want you to address this issue. Thank you.

Who would have thought that the Port Chester Costco would be larger than the Norwalk one? Im new to Costco, so I am still getting used to it, but the Norwalk one did not have the mini egg rolls, which bjs used to have, but they only carry the larger ones, which have a different taste.Many NYC stores have two levels in order to serve larger populations, but Port Chester is small and it has two levels. I dont know how long it has been there, but I would pass that area many ti.es but never went back until today. I wanted the egg rolls. Lol. They also have stag chili, which I had not noticed in Norwalk.Unlike the Norwalk location whose parking is a nightmare, you can get a spot here, even though drivers and walkers are not the brightest. I may come back when I need more items.

Parking has become an issue, less staffed than other costco. Extra time taken as it is two deck store. Costco remains above BJs for quality and experience.

This is definitely the most inconsistent Costco out there. I go there twice a month for all my groceries and they do not stock the same items at all times. So frustrating!

I love the layout and especially the workers, from the meat department through customer service. They do serve you and are quick to help.

Getting in is a nightmare, finding parking is a bloodbath. Fighting your way out is one to the death.

I live in New Rochelle and drive an extra 20 minutes for their great service.
