Do not go here this place is horrible. I ended up spending 2 hours here while buy a new phone because the associates didnt know what the hell they were doing period. I ended up buying a new phone and wanted to finance a case and screen protector and they didnt even know how to do that nor did they even know how to activate my dam new phone through the T-Mobile system even though I was already a T-Mobile customer to begin with. I will never be coming back to this location ever again. They need to actually train the people that work instead oh just hiring then without training them first.
I hate this T-mobile. Had no Air conditioner on when it was 90 degrees outside. Juliana was a nut case. Inappropriate when speaking to employees and customers. Lack of leadership, she had no patience towards me so she told another employee to help me out and she went to the back and slam the door. Ive been help out before by good employees such as Markos and Jesse. But Juliana is a bad fit for this job. Never coming back to this T-mobile until they get rid of her.
T-Mobile sucks! My mother-in-law who lives with us is on our phone plan. Shes had lots of problems with her Samsung j7 and wanted it replaced under the insurance we have on her phone. I received a call from her that they needed me to go to the T-Mobile store to authorize her getting a new phone. No worries I go show ID and they start the process. When the new phone arrived she got a text and went to the store to pick up the new phone. They wouldnt exchange phones because Im not there, so I go back with her and show ID again ask them to change the settings so she can do what she wants in the future and ask them to transfer everything to the new phone. Ive been sick, and walked outside to sit down for what I figured would be a while to transfer everything. My mother-in-law comes out after 10 to 15 minutes and when I asked her did they transfer everything she says yes so we go. Once back at home we look at her phone thinking we would need to help her put in passwords on her apps and stuff we noticed no contacts nothing! I called T-Mobile and they say oh you want everything transferred come back and well take care of it. My response thanks should have done that the first time. Now I go back to T-Mobile and ask why would you exchange phones with somebody and not transfer their contacts and everything!!! Their response is they couldnt transfer because the new phone didnt have a battery. Really you dont have a battery in this whole store? By the way my son and I were sitting outside with the same j7 phones in our pockets. They said we told her we couldnt transfer. This isnt senior who does not have a lot of knowledge about cell phones, and definitely didnt have any idea of what they ( supposedly )said. At this point I say heres my phone fix this and hand them my phone. They now come back with we cant, her phone is gone. They now say they wiped it clean. Now Im pissed!!! We have to go and get all the apps and write in all the contacts and everything again, on the new phone. So heres the review I yelled at them they were going to get! Thanks for reading my rant.
The associates working there have no clue what they are doing, had to call the manager do to they didnt know what to do. Had to personally call t mobile and have the store talk to t mobile to only have the store still not do what was correct. Ending up going to the T mobile on Wooley and had no issues doing what was requested, unlike this store.
So I’ve had an awful, still on-going case with this T-Mobile Store. More than a month ago 731.15USD times 2, as in 1462.30 USD was wrongfully charged from my card and the store can’t do anything about it.It started out well, the employees were nice, helped me finding the phone I wished to purchase, an iPhone 8, 64GB, Space Grey, and a pre-paid tourist SIM-card. Everything was settled and I slid my card through, but it was declined. I then got a text from my bank, telling me someone was trying to purchase something in the US, so I had to call them to re-open my card. (I am from Denmark, therefore a tourist in the US.)I tried to pay once again, but my card was declined. The employee said I wasn’t able to get a receipt on it, but asked me to check if it went through, but due to time differences between Denmark and Oxnard, California I wasn’t able to see it yet.So twice my card was declined even though I had enough money for it. I was then told they weren’t able to take that high an amount with my type of card (VISA), so I decided just to go with the SIM-card which cost 32.94 USD which went through smoothly. Two days after I checked my bank account and found out the 2 times I tried to purchase the phone+SIM card went through and had charged me the 1462.30 USD. Unfortunately I wasn’t in Oxnard anymore, so I went straight to the closest T-Mobile store in Santa Barbara instead, asking for help, but that didn’t work very well.I later had a friend call for me who spoke English fluently, to talk to the store in Oxnard who told me they couldn’t do anything unless I was there physically, which was not an option for me since I was going home soon.I’ve spent the last week of my vacation trying to get a refund, but since I had no receipt, they can’t do anything about it.It’s been more than a month now, and I’ve tried, and tried and nothing goes through. The bank needs a receipt, which I dont have. all I have is my Bank Wallet on my phone where you can see the amount of money T-Mobile 876D has charged...I know it’s my fault that I didn’t ask for a receipt or anything that counts as a receipt, but the rest it their system’s fault, and I’ve lost 1462.30 USD.
I went there with a non working note 8. Thier solution was to put in a claim. After my own trouble shooting an hour later the phone is working. Trouble shoot before submitting a cliam force reboot
Daniel is very helpful and friendly
Disrespectful, rude and I am happy that I switched from T-Mobile.
Always greeting costumers with good manners, best place to come, very patient and helpful
Great customer service!
First thing first. im glad theres a T-Mobile next to my neighborhood yayyy :D second of all, Marcos is such a great and helpful person. I came in yesterday because I has no idea how to send my editor special pictures about my dog that passed away. Im not very good with technology. Marcos walked me through the process. He showed me step by step. He was kind enought to write down the steps down for me on paper. And thats not it, Hes going to save me money on my monthly bill. I been with T-Mobile for 9 years and this was my first time asking the assistant manager Juliana where to leave a review for Marcos. I love this new store and *cough* *cough* not that busy like the one in wooley and esplanade. Thank you Marcos for everything :)
