As a young lady it can be intimidating to take your car in for service but I had a great experience here! The guys treated me with respect, kindness, and great service! Charles was great!

Its not a bad place, typical oil change shop. The guys that work there are always very nice. They always check all fluids and tire pressure. If you want to get in and out quick and cheap its decent, however, the lil extras will add up fast. Washer fluid filled, extra. Coolant filled, extra, etc. The location being right on the corner of 2 busy streets does make it a bit difficult to exit, especially if you want to hit the freeway. Im not saying dont go, its a good place, just stating some facts and maybe answering a few questions.

Had a popped tire left car there and they went above and beyond to even call the north point pennzoil and have the guy come grab my tire and put a new one on the rim and they were very courteous, complete, and informative. Would give 10 stars if I could!

I started going there this year. They have went way beyond the call of duty. They always let me know what I can do to keep my truck running. The whole team is great and funny. I recommended them to people I know and will continue to do so. They are the best.

Staff was amazing and Dan was great, he answered all my questions and pumped up my tires with an amazing smile.

Went with my daughter to get her oil changed today and John took care of us what an awesome guy and asset to this business! He took the time to explain things to her and just very knowledgeable &informative-he didnt try to take advantage of a young girl and was just impressed .

I took my son’s new car in for an oil change and serpentine belt replacement. John and Steve were AMAZING! They even helped me try to install the remote start fob!!! I left and went to put gas in the car, and the car wouldn’t start. I called them and they came to the gas station to look at it!!!!! Everything they told me was SPOT ON!!! They REALLY went above and beyond! The customer service here is PHENOMENAL!!!!

My car died right in front of this location today. I waited 15 minutes for my brother to come save the day. I watched the employee walk back and forth with the sign for the most part of the fifteen minutes; I also observed that they didnt have one customer during this time. I was shocked that they just watched me sit in the middle of the road and didnt offer to do the human thing and help me pull in their driveway ( where I did end up). It wouldnt of took two minutes. Wheres the Christmas spirit ? Ill never go to this location again, and Ill make sure to tell all my friends and family to do the same.

Quick and easy. They break down all the things they notice wrong with your car the only reason why I didnt 5 star is they always try touching my transmission and offering flushes and my expert mechanic said my transmission is fine and there just trying to make more money off ya

They are great guys. Took care my SUV and gave me reassuring I will be safe and we laughed.

They screwed my brother over at this location a simple oil change and onto the highway 45 miles later the engine blew. I left work to go and get him and saw a pool of black oil stretched out across the road. When we confronted the owner he refused to pay for the engine even after we had it checked and proven the oil had been the cause. We took them to court and they played him like a card costing him thousands.
