Kendall #40 took my hair from magenta to a beautiful sapphire blue. In the process, we discovered a really pretty color she named rose quartz. Everyone was so nice and professional I’ll definitely be back.

Paeten 26 did my hair! She did an amazing job. Definitely recommend if you want to get your hair done. The girls there were phenomenal. I had my baby with me, an the whole time I was getting my hair done they helped out and kept her entertained, and took good care of her. It helped me out so much. I was grateful for them all. I’m defiantly going back there. The environment is cheerful. It’s all smiles. They make you feel welcome. I felt very welcome, and comfortable my first time. Keep up the good work ladies. My experience here at Paul Mitchell Great Lakes was absolutely amazing. My friend Ally asked me to come get my hair done at her school and I was a little scared but as soon as I got there that went away. (The environment was so up beat and full of life). She was amazing! Ive been going to Paul Mitchell the School Great Lakes for over 5 years now and have NEVER had a bad haircut. Ive always gotten the cut I asked for. The students are all so friendly. Im sorry for those whove had bad experiences, because the deal is too good to pass up. They do amazing work for being students, and if you are unsure of the style, cut or color, there is always a teacher or supervisor walking by examining the work of the students! Love this place!

Fantastic experience!!! Allie (#15 listed on the card) did my cut, and I absolutely love it!!! She listened to exactly what I wanted, and asked the instructor when she was unsure about the layers I wanted. Such a great experience!!! I will definitely be going back!!!

I really am happy with the services this school offers. The girls Ive had have all been very sweet & attentive. The supervisers as well. They really want you to have what makes you happy &will bend over backwards to fix or make right anything that isnt what you were wanting. It has only happened to me once here. It wasnt even a bad thing art ask it just wasnt what i had wanted. They went above & beyond to make it right. Thats customer service.

Paul Mitchell is the best. Cassidy #65 is a great stylist. I went to get a very specific cut to a number of salons and did not have any luck. Cassidy was able to cut and hard part my hair exactly the way I wanted it. She also does an amazing job with lining up my hair. I make appointments with Cassidy every two weeks now and refuse to see anyone else!

Well.... I wanted block coloring n bold color. Blond with soft pink... I ended up with caramel highlights. Granted it looks good but its not what I wanted. U would think if ur paying 70$ u would get what u wanted. When I said something about their being no pink at all I got a well its a lil dark n here and it should lighten up when it drys more. Witch seamed 2 make sence but when I left and styled my hair my self their was no change n color n I was disappointed n the size of the highlights. Looked nothing like the picture. It dont look bad dont get me wrong its nice but its not what I wanted.

Right after paying the 2nd portion of my $100 application fee I was sent a denial letter. Mind you Ive already switched employment and turned down a few good jobs because I really wanted to go to school. There was plenty enough time to give me the denial letter. I was very hurt and cried about it. I was finally haviing time to go to school set everything up for my child and work. And this is what I get??
